A fake smile graced my swollen lips. I nodded reassuringly, letting my finger tips gently caress Ethan's leg.

An innocent blush crept onto Ethan's cheeks. "Babe, I'm driving" Ethan chuckled, briefly taking his eyes off the road to look at me.

I raised my eyebrows jokingly, causing the both of us to erupt in fits of laughter.

"So who did you wanna talk about?" Ethan inquired, while paying attention to the empty, winding road that seemed to be nothing but endless street lights, filling the darkened sky with hazes of orange.

I took a sharp breath in before looking over at Ethan's face, lit up with joy. God damn....this boy could be a Christmas tree. I closed my eyes for a brief moment, exhaling.

"No one important" I smiled biting my lip as I admired Ethan's strong jawline.

"But baby-" Ethan began.

"Shut up an drive, Dolan" I laughed, inching my narrow fingers up his thigh a little higher.
