My ribcage expanded as I inhaled an audible sigh. I continued to  gradually slow down my pace as I hesitantly opened my car door. To be completely honest, I was nervous to see Y/N...

Y/N and I met a little over two years ago, and things went really well. Well, until...long story. However, we did end up breaking up.

*In the car*

The powdery blue sky enveloped the twisty trees and empty winding road. The sun glistened proudly in the sky.

Shades of purple, orange, red, & yellow leaves danced amongst the rest of the trees. Some even plummeting down to the dying greenish-yellow grass on the side of the road as I drove.

And before I could wrap my mind around my thoughts. I found myself composing each step I took strategically as I walked up to Y/N's door.

Not long after, the thick door cracked open. My eyes widened. "Y/N?"
