2. Wish
Waking up early in the morning was never Rai's favorite part of the day. However, waking up to her friends' messages was. When she turned her phone on, she saw that her messenger was flooded with 'good morning' pictures. This was a way that Rai was used to starting her day, and it always helped her to start her day off right. Her best friends and her would always spam each other with pictures of the men they had crushes on, longing to date them but knowing they were way out of their league. Rai's crush's face greeted her as she scrolled through message after message.

Well, thank you.
He's adorable.
Why is Jeon Jungkook so hot?
He's too hot for his own good.
I'll probably never get to meet him
Let alone get married to him.
It's a wonderful fantasy though.
I wish it could be real.
Heck, I wish me getting married
To anyone could be real.

There is nothing wrong with dreaming.
Sometimes dreaming helps us get through the day.
And you know how the saying goes.
Be careful what you wish for.

I'll keep that in mind. LOL
I'm off to work now.
May we both have a wonderful day thinking about JK.
Shutting off her phone, Rai moved to finish packing what she would need for the day before heading out the door towards her work. As she took the half hour commute in, her mind couldn't stop thinking about those pictures of Jungkook. She couldn't stop thinking about the man in general. Having been a hardcore fan for several years, it was a dream of hers to someday meet the members of BTS at least once. That was just one of many dreams she had. Another dream of hers was to get married and have a family.
Ever since she had been a young child playing with her baby dolls, she had always wanted a family of her own someday. The only problem for Rai was that the town she grew up in was too small. At least it seemed that way to her. Every person that she met she seemed to have seen a hundred times before, or they were related to someone she knew. None of the people that she crossed paths with on a daily basis was someone that she was interested in dating. She had thrown herself into her choice of career in the hopes that she might meet what everyone termed as 'the one' along the way, but that had never happened either.
Now here she was. Twenty-seven years old and still waiting for her Prince Charming to come.
Sighing, she shoved in a BTS CD, listening as one of her favorite songs - Fake Love - flooded the interior of the car as she drove the rest of the way to her job.

Seol ran until he felt as if his lungs were going to explode. He had been running for at least a half hour now with only brief pauses in between. Leaning up against a stop sign to take another rest, he looked across the crosswalk at the school building that lingered in the distance. There were signs of life behind the classroom windows as classes carried on; the cars parked outside the building arranged in a semi-circle around the drive. He had never attended the school personally himself, but he recognized the name and the place. His mother had driven him past the building several times, telling him how she used to work there before she met his father and how she had enjoyed it immensely.
Taking a few deep breaths to calm the rapid pounding of his heart, he moved to walk across the crosswalk and towards the school building. He paused outside the entrance, looking at the call box that was fastened to the door for safety purposes. Reaching out a hand, he pressed down on the button with a finger, watching the button light turn on as the secretary at the front desk picked up.
"Can I help you?"
"Yes, hi. I'm here to see my mother. She works here."
"Who's your mother?"

"Miss Rai, can I use the bathroom?"
She had only been at work for approximately three hours, and this question had been asked of her at least a dozen times if not more. She had given her entire class a test to go over the math skills they had just learned, and had warned all of them to go to the bathroom beforehand. However, there was always that one student who had to go regardless.
"Go quickly," she said, not even getting the full sentence out as the boy raced out the door.
Her desk phone rang a minute or two after the boy had left. Reaching to pick up the phone, she realized that it was the front office.
"Rai, are you able to come down to the front office?"
"I can in about three minutes. My class is almost done their test and then they are going out to recess."
"Alright. Thank you."
Rai wondered what that was all about. It was an odd call, and of course she hadn't been given any indication of what she was about to face when she went down to the front office. The student she had sent to the restroom returned, and her students finished their test just as the bell rang. Collecting them, she left them in a haphazard pile on her desk before walking down to the front office. She couldn't help the erratic beating of her heart as she walked down the stairs amongst the flow of children running up and down around her.
As she entered the front office, she noticed a young man sitting on the bench in front of the secretary's desk. His head turned to look her way as she entered and walked over to the secretary.
"Hello. I came down as soon as I could. You said that I was needed?" asked Rai.
The secretary cast her eyes up from the computer screen she was staring at, nodding her head before pointing her finger at the boy sitting on the bench behind her. Rai turned to see that the young man had stood. He looked shocked and surprised, acting as if he had never seen a teacher before. At least, that was the best way that Rai could equate it in her mind. His black hair was a bit askew and his dark brown eyes stayed focused in on her. His doe like features reminded her an awful lot of her favorite idol, Jeon Jungkook. She wondered if this was his son for half a second, but then immediately chided herself. It sounded like some sort of wild fanfiction.
"Who are you?" Rai asked as she looked at him, watching a small smile appear on his face as his hands anxiously played with the hem of the red hoodie he was wearing.
"My name is Jeon Seol," he said as he looked at her. "I'm your son."
