"Dean!" Sam yelled at his brother as people started to call the police. Sam grabbed Cas from Dean and sat him down. "You OK?" Sam asked Dean. Dean gave a exhausted smile and fell to the ground. "Dean!" Sam shouted as he bent down to his brother. "Somebody help!" He screamed. Cas walked over to Dean and held his hand. "Wean?" He said as a tear ran from his bright blue eyes, to the bottom of his cheek. A man walked over and bent down, "I'm a doctor" he said as he checked Dean's pulse, "he's alive just knocked out." the man said standing up. Sam let out a relieved sigh. "This should wake him up." the man then moved a orange stick in front of Dean's nose and stood up. "Owwww.." Dean groaned as he sat up. "WEAN!" Cas screamed as he started to hug Dean, Dean gave him a squeeze then tried to stand. Sam grabbed Dean and held him up. "WOOP! WOOP!" The police were here. "Sam! They're here!" Dean yelled as he picked up Cas and ran towards the door. Dean Put Cas in the Impala and ran back into the building and helped Sam grab the stuff they were going to buy earlier. As the cops pulled in they saw Sam and Dean jump into their car and drive off, "Hey! Stop!" they yelled at them but they were too late, the brothers were already gone. 

Dean was in the back of the impala put the proper clothes on Cas. Once he got clothes on Cas he put him down for a nap, and he was out like a light. By this time it was already ten o'clock, and pitch-black outside. "Sam l think we should go back to the motel." Dean said rocking Cas in his arms. "Yeah, I think that's a good idea," Sam said, "but we need to get gas first." "Alright but we aren't taking this child into that dirty building." Dean said as they pulled into a Seven Eleven. Sam got out of the impala and stuck his head into the window, "You want anything?" He asked. "Pie?" Dean said still rocking Cas. "Yep fine, do you ever eat anything other than pie?" Sam mumbled under his breath as he filled the tank. Sam then walked into the gas station to pay for the gas. Once he was inside he walked over to the fridge and grabbed some pie and a bottle of water. As he was walking to pay he saw a pretty big bee plushy and grabbed it. After Sam payed he walked back over to the car and saw that Dean was knocked out and handcuffed to the car door... Cas nowhere in sight.
