Sleep was far from his eyes..watching the ceiling then blinking strangely he would let out a sigh of his own defeat. Looking at the baby who was next to him sleeping away from all worries which Manik has been facing now.

"A baby" .. His friend shook his head in a disappointment hearing Manik.

"Zerikh dude..don't give me that reply...help me out"... Manik panicked getting such response from his friend who wasn't considering Manik good here.

He looked at his friend innocently giving a look to remember what happened last time...maybe a little bit information will also do good to him.

But when Manik saw his friend shaking his head in no his head fell low. Manik wanted with all his brain and heart to get rid of that baby who was now one of his responsibility.

''Dude I told you last time I saw you when you were heading to one of the room with a girl"...Zerikh let out dropping himself on couch.

A girl..Manik head started to spin again as he tried to recall the face or name of the girl.

"Do you by any chance knew who was the girl"... Manik voice was low but enough to be heard.

"No".... Zerikh grabbed the remote from the coffee table before switching the channels.

Manik found himself helpless here with no clue walking over the window he looked at moon which was shinning brightly over his window.

Only if I could go to the past.

The best thing about sunday morning is that you don't have to set alarm to wake up.

Nandini stretched her hand as far as she could followed by a yawn...she grabbed her phone from the nightstand.

"11am".... She murmured before keeping her cellphone away.

"Ah...wait..no sound from next door"... She sat up straight blanket still hugging her body.

What if that jerk threw the baby away

But...why do I care..not my concern

Standing on her feets she step towards the washroom to do her morning routine.
Grabbing toothpaste and brush she carefully drew paste on her brush then started to brush on her teeth.
She has just started the movement when the sudden knock on her down made her spit.

"Who can be so early..at this hour"... Questioning herself she walk to the main door still doing slow movements with brush.

"Aish....dad and Joon".... She stood frozen after peeking from the door hole. Not thinking much she rushed back to her washroom hurriedly brushing her teeth and quickly spitting the paste she washed her face nicely before rushing back to the door.

"What took you forever to open the door".... Her father asked annoyingly as soon as the door was opened by her shocked daughter.

"Umm...dad..I..I..."...

"Never mind...come here I have to talk about something to you".... Mr Murty gesture with hand to sit beside him on the couch which he was already comfortable on.

"Yes".... She let out a quick reply but was irritated by her brother who kept ruffling her hair.

"Joon stop it".... She yelled making her hair back to normal.

Taking slow steps she sat beside her father who had a serious face on but Nandini ignored that and gave a warm smile to him.

"So Nandini...I have come here to inform you about the party..which is held today evening at our mansion"... Her father informed her with a stern voice while Nandini closed her eyes on the news cause she always hated those parties and loudness of the mansion that's why she came here to a small apartment to live her life in peace.

"Dad..I don't think I can"... Her voice was cut in between when her father spoke in between " I didn't came here to hear your opinion..I want you there and that's an order"

With that he stood up ready to leave walking straight out of the door without giving a glance while her brother was still seated there on his spot fixed eyes on her sole sister.

"Little sis...it will be short and quick..you don't have to stay for long just show your face".... Joon handed her a card and then lightly patted at her head.

She smiled warmly at him taking the card away from his hand then she walked up to him till the door to say bye.

"See you soon sis".... He gave a light peck on her forehead then turning his heels back he walk away to the elevator.

Nandini watched her brother until his figure disappear inside the elevator.

"Pfff...what a bad start of day"... She shut the door with a bang.

Manik was walking breathlessly in his room being freak out of the sudden announcement made by her mom. He kept biting his small nails and then glancing over the baby.

"Gosh..this is bad"... He murmured to himself then thinking of a plan he dialed Zerikh's number.

"Yo dude"... The husky voice was heard from the phone which made Manik remove the phone immediately away from his ears.

"Yah...I am not deaf"... He yelled from other side showing his annoyance clearly.

Hearing apologies from other side he nodded but soon realize the guy on the phone cannot see him.

"I need your help"... He desperately let out.

"What?".... Zerikh unknowingly shouted so loud that the sleeping baby was now crying making them aware of his presence.

"Look what you did"... Manik rushed to the baby to shush the baby down but nothing work ao he grabbed the feeder which already had been prepared before hand and soon inserted in the baby's mouth.

Zerikh who was watching all of this Manik's action with a wide eyes couldn't resist "I am sure you gonna be a great dad"

"Shutup"... Manik eyed him completely showing his anger.

"Sorry...but I don't think I can handle this baby while you are out"... Zerikh nervously scratched his back neck.

"I truly believe you can just like I am doing now"... Manik whispered from the baby's side making sure not to disturb whose eyes were slowly closing again.

Zerikh didn't know what to say so he just nodded cause he knew Manik needed his help so badly.

"Okay...I will but don't be late to pick up my phone whenever I call you".... Zerikh let out walking closer to him closely observing the baby and then smiling at the cuteness.

"He or she"... Zerikh asked still admiring the sleepy baby.

"Huh..?? What?".... Manik snapped at him.

"I mean..boy or a girl"... Zerikh's full focus was now Manik.

"Umm...I never knew"... Manik looked confused.

Zerikh couldn't help but slapped his head lightly. "What are you dumb?"

Nandini was nearly running around her apartment arranging everything. She was whole mess now on the top she had to attend that boring party in her mansion which annoys her the most.

She had always hated these extraordinary show off which her family loves the most. They wanted Nandini to quit study and join the family business after her graduation but Nandini wanted to study more gain more knowledge of business and marketing but never wanted to work in her father's company.

Apart from that her passion was dancing in her free time she always hit on some music but recently she had been caught up so much in her MBA studies that everything seems distant to her.

Nandini had no party dresses cause she didn't believe in investing in something which is of no use for her.. sliding her dresses away she can find no dress which can make up for today.

Sighing she searched for her cellphone which was lying ideally on the bed.

"Yuri.....hello"... She attached the phone to her ear but her brows narrowed when from the other end no voice but rustling sound was heard.

"Hey..Yuri..you there?"... Nandini called again over the phone.

"Oh yeah Nandu..wassup?"... Finally hearing the sweet voice of her friend she smiled.

"Um..Yuri..are you free tonight?"... Nandini let out nervously afraid if she will say no cause of her date or a romantic night with her recent boyfriend but suddenly her face lighten up with happiness hearing over her response.

"Okay...be here around 6".... She hanged up with a smile and then again walking over the cupboard only to pick black jeans pairing with black crop hooded sweater which she hadn't wore very much.

"I know I am gonna look odd..but better to be odd then to be uncomfortable"... She talked to her own reflection in the mirror.

Looking for the shoes she choose to wore black high ankle boot...totally gonna be black princes today.
