Her delicate fingers traced the intricate embroidery on her dupatta, a gesture as subtle as the fluttering of her heart.{Tare hai barati chandani hai yeh baarat}
Purvi: (caresing her cheeks)Shreyu, you look beautiful.
Purvi whispered, her voice thick with emotion. Tears welled in her eyes as she gazed at her sister, her heart overflowing with a bittersweet mix of pride and longing. Tarika, her best friend, squeezed Shreya's hand, her own eyes shining with happiness.
Tarika: Aaj Dulhe ke to hosh udhane wale hain. (shreya smiled with lowering her eye lashes as Tarika adored her)You're going to be a wonderful wife.
Tarika murmured, her voice laced with warmth and happiness.
Shreya took a deep breath, her eyes closing momentarily. {Janmo janmo ka hai sajani tera mera sath}She thanked the universe for this moment, for the love she had found in Daya, and for the endless possibilities that lay before them. {Saato phere honge ab haato me leke hath}A silent prayer echoed in her heart, a wish for happiness, not just for herself, but for everyone around her.{Jeevan sathi hum diya aur bati hum}

The faintest of sounds reached her ears, the unmistakable clinking of the 'baraat' as Daya made his grand entrance. Everyone rushed outside leaving shreya, Tarika - Purvi glanced at shreya as they made their way out. Shreya's breath caught in her throat, her gaze instinctively drawn towards the window. {Tu hai jeevan me jo pritam}She stood and slowly took steps towards window and caught a glimpse of him, a figure bathed in the golden light of the setting sun, his face illuminated with a joy that mirrored her own.{sukh nahi mangu duja} He smiled, a dazzling, captivating smile, his eyes meeting hers for a fleeting moment across the vast expanse of the entrance {Aarti naino se karti hu}. Purvi and Rajat teased him looking at Daya eyes direction as he blushed shyly and shreya hiding herself behind the window curtains.
Rajat : (laughing with doing his Aarti)Thodi der aur Damadji.
Abhijeet (patting Daya back with holding his baby in one hand): Rajat abh to pura haq banta hain, tum chalo rakho Daya.
Tarika:(glaring at Abhi)Abhijeet baki rasmein bhi karne hain yahi nahi rukna hain.

Purvi held Daya nose as everyone were talking while Tarika scold Abhijeet.
Tarika:Abhijeet dekho tumhari baartein mein Daya ki naak kurbaan hogayi.

Daya: Abh to tum dono bas kardo, andar chale.
Tarika (whispering to Abhijeet)Tumse kuch nahi hoga abh bas jute shambhal lena.
Abhijeet noded smiling with holding his baby hand.
Abhi : Papa aur beta dono sab shambhal lenge hain na mera bacha.
As everyone enterside the hall was awash in a kaleidoscope of colors-the vibrant saris of the guests, the intricate decorations, the cascading red roses that formed a breathtaking canopy over the mandap. The air was thick with the scent of incense and the sweet perfume of jasmine, a scent that lingered, a reminder of the magic of the occasion.
Daya was sitting in the mandap as Tarika- Purvi attended the guest with Abhijeet and Rajat beside Daya and Shreya respectively. Daya dialed Shreyas number with placing it beside him as she can hear everything.
The priest, his voice a soothing melody, was explaining Daya his duties as a husband, his words resonating with the weight of tradition and the promise of a lifetime together.
Shreya in her listened intently, her heart pounding with a mixture of anticipation and nervous excitement. They knew this was just the beginning of their journey, a journey filled with love, laughter, and the shared dreams that they would build together.
A gentle knock on the door broke the quiet reverie. It was time.
Rajat :(Admiring her)You look stunning .
Shreya:(smiled)Aapne mujhe phele hi kaha hain.
Rajat :Jitni baar kahu utna kaam hain meri Sali sahiba.
Shreya smiled as he helped her with her vail. She taking a deep breath, rose, her paleness stark against the vibrant red of her dupatta, a symbol of her new life, of her devotion to Daya.
As she emerged from the chamber and stood at the entrance of hall, the music swelled, a crescendo of emotion that mirrored the rising tide of her heart. She saw him again, her Daya, standing beneath the ornate mandap, a vision of handsome dignity, his eyes burning with a love that was both passionate and tender.
He was waiting. She was coming. Their love story was about to begin.
Emerging from the chamber, Shreya was a vision of grace, her red silk saree a fiery beacon against the backdrop of gold and crimson. A delicate veil of sparkling silver, adorned with tiny, shimmering stars, cascaded down her back, catching the light and turning her into a radiant goddess. As she walked, the music swelled, echoing the tumultuous symphony of emotions welling up within her.
The air thrummed with a symphony of sitar and tabla weaving through the vibrant tapestry of the mandap. Lights streamed through the delicate silk drapes, catching on the swirling patterns and casting dancing shadows on the polished marble floor. The aroma of jasmine and sandalwood hung heavy, a sweet perfume that mingled with the laughter of the guests, their whispers of excitement.
His gaze met hers, holding her captive in a moment of pure, unadulterated joy. Her eyes met Daya's, their love story mirrored in the depth of their gazes. He stood beneath the ornate mandap, draped in a crisp white sherwani, his handsome face framed by a neatly trimmed beard, his eyes a warm brown that held the promise of a lifetime. Their gazes locked, and the world around them faded away. In that moment, there was only their love, pure and unadulterated.
He was waiting for her, his smile a radiant beacon of happiness. Her heart soared as she walked towards him, the weight of tradition and expectation fading away in the face of their shared joy. He knelt, his gaze unwavering, and in a voice husky with emotion, he spoke.
Daya: Love, will you be my wife, my partner in life, my forever?
Her eyes, sparkling with unshed tears, mirrored the tiny diamonds that adorned her ears. She nodded, a single tear tracing a shimmering path down her cheek.
Shreya: Yes Daya.. yes..
Daya gently took her hand, his touch sending shivers down her spine. He kissed her knuckles, a tender gesture that spoke volumes of his love and devotion.
Standing, they exchanged garlands, the stage slowly rotating as the crowd erupted in cheers. The air buzzed with excitement, filled with the joyous sounds of the celebration. The wedding rituals unfolded, a beautiful dance of tradition and love. They performed the pooja, their hands clasped together, their foreheads touching, sharing a silent prayer for their future.
As Priest requested for Shreya's brother, Abhijeet, stepped forward, his eyes filled with pride as he offered her hand to Daya, a solemn gesture that marked the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. Shreya looked at with gratitude as he crased her head.
Abhijeet: Daya dhayan rakhna iska humari star hain ye.
Daya:(Smiling looking at their bond)Hamesha rakhunga.
Tarika placed Shreya's hand in Daya's palm, her voice thick with emotion as she smiled at Abhijeet and Shreya.
Tarika : Aaj se humara ladka aapki ladki hua, 7 janmeinon ke liye.
Abhijeet smiled adoring her, Shreya's eyes met Tarika's, filled with love and gratitude as she hugged her sideways. Shreya looked at Daya who was smiling, his eyes twinkling, and he winked at Shreya. {Mein toh dharm hi samjhun}She returned a shy smile, her heart overflowing with love. {teri kahi hui har baat}The ritual of sindoor dan followed,{Saato phere honge ab haato me leke hath} the red powder adorning her forehead, a symbol of her new status as his wife. Then came the mangalsutra, a sacred thread of gold and black beeds that bound them together, a visible reminder of their lifelong commitment.{Jeevan sathee hum diya aur bati hum}
Next came the seven pheras,{Tare hai barati chandani hai yeh baarat} their hands clasped together, their steps synchronized, a promise of their journey through life. {Akhiyan milake channa paawe naa judai ve}Daya recited his vows, his voice filled with love and devotion, promising to cherish her, to protect her, to make her happy.{Deve naa taane menu sari khudai ve}Shreya, her voice choked with emotion, vowed to be his constant companion, his confidante, his forever.{Akhiya milake}
Throughout the ceremony, Abhijeet, his hand resting protectively on Tarika's shoulder, watched his best friend bidding in new life with a mixture of pride and sadness.
Purvi held Rajat's hand tightly, her heart overflowing with happiness for her sister. The joy was palpable, a tangible force that pulsed through the mandap, surrounding them in a warmth that promised a future filled with love and happiness.
As the ceremony concluded, the guests rained down a cascade of rose petals, filling the air with their fragrance. Shreya and Daya embraced, their hearts overflowing with love, their laughter mingling with the joyous sounds of the celebration.
Daya: I love you shreya.
Shreya : I love you too Daya..
They had taken the first step into their life together, hand in hand, their hearts filled with dreams of a future painted in vibrant colors. And as the night began to shine, bathing the mandap in a golden glow, it was clear that this was not just a wedding, but the beginning of a love story that would last for a lifetime.

After 6 Years:
The sun dipped towards the horizon, painting the Hawaiian sky in a canvas of fiery orange and purple. The air was thick with the scent of plumeria and salt, a sweet symphony of tropical paradise. Palm trees swayed gently, casting long shadows across the pristine white sand.
Shreya, clad in a flowing white sundress, was filming a romantic scene for her latest series. The director yelled "Action!" and she leaned into her co-star, a tender smile playing on her lips. It was supposed to be a moment of pure, blissful romance, but a persistent coughing sound shattered the illusion.
Director frowned, with shreya eyes scanning the beach. The sound came again, closer now. She signalled everyone to be quite as she followed the noise, her heart skipping a beat when she saw Daya, her husband, hiding behind a tint board, a mischievous glint in his eyes holding their son, Ansh, five years old and full of life, in his arms.Everyone screamed with happiness seeing Daya and Ansh.
Daya Sirrrrrr...!
Ansh :(patting Daya shoulder)Daddy(his small eyes wide open and mouth opened in o shape)Mommy!
Ansh shouted, his tiny arms reaching out for Shreya. He flung himself into her embrace, burying his face in her neck. Daya chuckled, his eyes twinkling with amusement.
Daya (smiling at Shreya)Sorry love, (winked at her)I couldn't resist interrupting your big scene
He grinning at her as she shook her head towards him as he held her fingers.
Ansh: (cute unsteady voice)Daddy ne kaha baar baar aapko disturb karne ke liye. (Daya ruffled his hairs)Mumma ka ladla.
Shreya hugged Ansh more tightly as Daya pulled out a box from his bag, revealing a spread of delicious snacks.
Daya : Main tumhare favorite lunch leke aaya hu, 3 - 4 din se tum ache se khayi nahi rahi.
Shreya : Daya aaj aapki meeting thi na?Aur ye lunch ke liye(she smiles at him)Thankyou so much love lekin...
Daya : Lekin kya, apni biwi ko kisi aur ke saath romance karne du?
Crew adored them as Director walked towards them with Daya smiling at Shreya.
Director: Its pleasure to have the biggest Movie star on our set.
Daya : Its my pleasure sir.
Shreya smiled, her heart overflowing with love. She ruffled Ansh's hair, her eyes meeting Daya's. In that moment, she knew she wouldn't trade this simple, everyday joy for anything in the world.
Later that night, back at their hotel room, a different kind of tension filled the air. Daya had put Ansh to sleep, his gentle humming a soothing lullaby in the quiet room. Shreya sat by the window, the pages of her script forgotten in her lap. She watched Daya finish a meeting on his laptop, his face etched with a seriousness that contrasted with the playful smile he had worn earlier.
Shreya: Daya, Hume baat karni hogi.
Daya's smile faltered. He closed his laptop, his eyes meeting hers.
Daya:Love, I know tum aaj ki baat se upset ho lekin please, let me explain.
Shreya:(crossing her arms)Explain what? Explain how you could have brought Ansh onto the set?Mujhse samjh nahi aara aap aise kaise kar skate ho?
She asked, her voice rising with frustration. Daya bit his lip, recalling the scene he had witnessed earlier. He was making fun as he was jealous of his wife having a romantic scene with some other.
Daya: Love, I just wanted to tease a little, 3- 4 din se tumne mujhese ache se baat bhi nahi ki thi aur nahi apna khayal rakh rahi thi, Ansh bhi kitna pareshan tha tumhare liye isliye itna to banta hain na, right?
He stood up, walking towards her. He wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close. He kissed her forehead, whispering.
Daya: I love you shreya.. i a sorry.
Shreya felt her anger melting away, replaced by a wave of tenderness. She remembered the conversation she had overheard earlier, when Daya had explained to Ansh about their work and the importance of respecting girls. His words had resonated with her, confirming the man she had chosen to spend her life with.
She reached up, tilting his head, and kissed him passionately. Daya was stunned. After a long time he was seeing this side of her, this fierce love, this unwavering passion.
Shreya:(whispered in his ears huskily)Daya,I want a baby sister for Ansh.
Daya's eyes widened, a smile breaking across his face. He held her close, his heart overflowing with love. They spent the rest of the night in each other's arms, whispering promises and dreams.
2 Years latter: In Hawai
Two years passed. The sun dipped towards the horizon in the same Hawaiian sky, casting the same beautiful light over the beach. The air was filled with the same sweet scent of plumeria and salt, but this time, the family of four was complete. Ansh, now seven, ran with his father, building sandcastles. Shreya, cradling their daughter Anya in her arms, watched them with a smile that reached her eyes.
Anya 2 years, with her wide, curious eyes, pointed at the vibrant sunset.
Shreya laughed, her heart brimming with joy.
Shreya: Mere princess ko sky pasand hain.. ye sunset acha laga baby. Anya pata hain maine iss moment ko pheli baar tab jiya jab main tumhare daddy ke saath yaha aayi thi. (shreya looked at the sun set)Uss din I made a wish (she whispered, her voice filled with emotion)I wished to come back here, with my own family, with the man I loved. I wished to show him how much I loved him, how much I wanted to be with him. I wanted to prove to myself that I deserved him. Maine bohut mehnat ki apne parivaar ke saath, apne jeevan saathi ke saath aur apne bacho ke saath. Ye thi meri khaani meri zindagi ek aam si ladki se wo ladki banene ki jisne apne life mein sab kuch paa liya. Thankyou shivaji.
Shreya kissed Anya forehead as Daya leaned his head looking at her. She looked up at Daya, who had walked over to join them, his arms wrapping around her from behind. His familiar touch sent a wave of warmth through her, a reminder of the love they had built together.
Shreya:(smiling with tears)Maine bohut mehnat ki Daya, I worked hard to make my dreams come true. I worked hard to earn my place by your side. Thankyou for loving me and supporting me.
He tilted her chin up, his eyes searching hers.
Daya: Bilkul Love.. abhi to aur jitna baki hain, khaani yaha khatam nahi yaha se to nayi khaani shuru ho rahi hain.Aaj jo bhi tumhare pass hain wo tumne kamaya ho.
He whispered, his voice deep and sincere. He kissed her gently, then scooped Anya into his arms. Ansh came running towards them, a wide grin on his face. They huddled together, forming a circle of love, a circle of joy. The sun descended, painting the horizon in a golden glow, a testament to the strength and beauty of their family.
Daya: Happy Anniversary Love. Eight years of love, of laughter, of adventure. Eight years of building a life together.
Shreya smiled, her eyes shining with love.
Shreya: Happy Eight years togeather Daya sir.
She echoed as he looked at her and she winked at him smiling. He scoped her in arms with Anya and Ansh holding their hand.
'And it's only the beginning.'
