Chapter 5:-

Shreya was lying aimlessly on the back seat of the car while Purvi was driving.

Purvi :(peeping through rareview mirror)Shreyu subha se shamtak kaam karke thak gaayi hain kya?

Shreya :(yawning)Shayad.

Purvi :(suspiciously)Tu jab se "Tere Pyaar Mein" ki shoot se aayi hain aisi udas lazy behave kar rahi hain(shreya glance at her through same mirror sadly)shreyaaaa kapoorrrrr??

Shreya:(jerking her head)Aisa kuch nahi hain bas 2nd lead ki shooting karne ke baad bhi abh tak koi proper project nahi mila.

Purvi :(smiling)Ofho, itni si baat.. tera mood abhi theek karti hu. 

Shreya glanced at her while she drove smiling with shreya lost in thoughts..

Shreya: (looking out of window car)3 hafte hogaye hain lekin abhi bhi main wahi baatein aur yaadein mein phasi hui hu.(closing her eyes)Daya sir ki shooting kaise chal rahi hogi?wo mujhe yaad karte hain ya nahi...

Cafe Latte: 

Purvi : Aaj yaha pe bheed kaam hain,(shreya nodes with settling down on table)Main jaake order leke aati hu.

Shreya : Purvi Choco Latte..

Purvi :(completing her)with extra hazelnut syrup correct?

Shreya:(nodes)You are the best.. 

Purvi make her way for order as Shreya sit pulling her phone out immersing herself in her favorite Candy Crush game to distract her mind.

Shreya : (glaring at phone screen)Uff ye level clear kyu nahi ho raha hain???

She hit her head with again trying to clear the level as she gets stuck in the puzzle line, a tray with 2 coffee cups were placed on the table as shreya mummering strech the phone towards her front.

Shreya :Suna, Purvi ye level clear nahi hora isko clear...

She gets surprised with wide open eyes and shocked expression to see the figure sitting infront of her with her voice getting stucked in her throat.

Daya : (taking shreya phone in his hand)Ye level?? let me try..

Shreya was looking at him without blinking an eye while he was immensely trying to clear the level moving her fingers on phone screen. She was so astonished that she pinch herself to belive Daya sitting infront of her.

Daya:(disappointed) Ye level clear nahi hua to phir se start se shuru karna hoga?

Shreya:(shocked)haa.. (daya sadly nodes)waise aap yaha kya kar rahe hain? Aapki shooting khtam hogayi?

Daya:(looking at phone screen)Mujhe tumse kuch puchna tha..

Shreya:(shocked)Kya?

Daya: (slowly raise his eyes)Tumhari bhi halat meri tarha hain ya nahi?

Shreya:(her breathe stopped with his looks with her hand on table shiver)ma..(tapping her eyes with heavy breathe)main samjhi nahi?

Daya kept looking at her for few moments as she was avoiding his eyes with he lean on table catching her eyes.

Daya: Main sirf tumhare baremein soch raha hu, bohut miss kar raha hu. Tumhari baatein tumhari yaadein sab mujhe bohut satarahi hain to kya tum bhi wahi feel kar rahi ho jo main kar raha hu?

Shreya was shocked with Daya words as she kept staring at him blackly with wide open eyes and her heart beating fast repeating daya words no.. actully "his confession" in her head. Daya was staring at her while a smile appear on his lips.

Daya :(standing up sliding the phone on table towards her)Main intezar nahi kar sakta(shreya hesitate with his sentence)I mean main  shooting ke beech aaya hu isliye abhi jaana hoga. Please mujhe apna jawab message ya call se dedena. 

She was blankly staring at him while  he smiling leaves picking his call, she stare at his back until he moves out of the cafe then looks at her phone where Daya saved his number with his name.

Purvi:(suprised)kya keh rahi hain tu?

Shreya:(confused)kya keh rahi hu main?

Purvi:(shaking her)Daya sir ne tujhe apni feelings confess ki..?(pinching herself)ye sach hain ya sapna?

Shreya:(confused)sapna hi hoga..

Purvi:nahiiii(shreya looks at her as she cups her face)ye sach hain shreyu.. sach..(with teary eyes)teri story to bilkul filmy nikli.. kitne sare stars bhi set pe mile aur pyaar hogaya unn mein..

Shreya:(shocked)pa..pa..pyaar?

Purvi;(looking at her)haa shreyu Daya sir tujhe pasand karne lage hain.

Shreya:Par unhone aise kab kaha?

Purvi:(laughing)Pagli ladki Daya sir jo bhi kaha wo unka confess hi hain na.(shreya expressions were blank as purvi cups her face)Tu khush nahi hain?

Shreya:(holding her head)meri samjh hi nahi aara..

Purvi:(looks at her)meri sab samjh aara hain.(shreya glance her)teri khushi tere chere pe jhalak rahi hain. Itni khush maine tujhe phele kabhi nahi dekha..

Purvi smiling stare at her while she gets lost recollecting her shooting moments with him.

Shreya:Daya sir se milke pata chala wo offscreen kitne ache hain aur ye feelings...

she jerka her head with closing her eyes with some fear in her heart.

Next day evening:

Purvi:(looking at the laptop)Shreyu bohut sare auditions ki list release hui hain, bata tujhe kaunse pasand hain usmein sample auditions bhejti hu.

Shreya dosent respond as purvi turns towards her and notice she looking at her phone.

Purvi:(giggling)Shreyu agar baat karna hain to dail karle number to tujhe diya hi hain na..

Shreya:(slams phone aside with screaming)ahhaaaa... isliye to daar lag raha hain.

Purvi:Daar?kyu?(come and sit beside her on bed)Daya sir bohut ache hain,kind hain, sweet hain, handsome to bade hain and phir teri jaan bhi bachai thi, tere liye wo raat bhar shooting karte rahe aur kitni sari baatein bhi ki thi tumlogo ne scene ke dauran.

Shreya:(nodding)isliye to samjh nahi aara ki ye sab theek hain bhi ya nahi(purvi stare at her with confusion while she sigh)karan bhi to bohut sweet tha.

Purvi:Uss karan ki baat bhi maat kar, mujhe to wo phele se hi pasand nahi tha and uski comparison Daya sir se ho hi nahi skati.

Shreya: I know par daar laga hain ki Daya sir mere idol hain aur main unki fan hu. Main iss pyaare se relation ko kharab karna nahi chati.

Purvi:Shreyu tu bohut soch rahi hain, simple rakh cheeze agar tujhe Daya sir pasand hain aur tera dil unki tataf badhna chata hain to aage badh warna iss story ko band karke rakhde.(holding her hand)main janti hu tu jo karegi sahi karegi.

Shreya looks at her as she hugs her tightly with smiling.

Shreya phone rings as she picks it up sleeping.

Kya message kiya tumne?

Shreya wide open her eyes with hearing the voice as she jumps on her bed sitting straight.

Shreya:Daya sir?

Daya:haa main hi hu lekin message kya kiya kuch samjh nahi aaya...

Shreya looks at the time in phone then again put the phone on her ear.

Shreya:Raat 3 baje maine kaunsa message kiya aapko?

Daya:Tum neend mein ho kya?

Shreya:3 baje neend mein hi rahungi na sir lekin aap iss waqt jag rahe ho?

Daya:(laughs)haha sahi hain, main shooting kar raha hu.

Shreya:ohh

Daya:Waise message pe kya likha hain?

Shreya:(scarching her head)maine message..

She releases that sometime back she woke up to drink water when she dropped a message to daya imagining it was a dream.

Daya:Kher, mujhe laga bhi tum neend mein ho tumhara message dekhke.(shreya bite her lips)kal free ho?

Shreya:haa

Daya:perfect, phir kal milte hain tab batadena message mein kya likha tha.i will text you the time and place.. Bye Shreya good night.

Shreya bites her lips nervously as daya disconnects the call. She looks at the phone then lay down on pillow clenching phone near her heart.

Shreya:Maine kyu isse sapna samjh ke message kardiya (hits her head)kal kya kahungi Daya sir se, aaj raat neend nahi aayegi.

She sigh sadly with covering her eyes with her elbow as her heart kept beating very fast.

Cafe Laate:

Shreya was waiting looking at the weather report on the lcd tv on the wall. She was looking at news but her mind and heart were occupied with thoughts of Daya with she kept rubbing her palm togeather nervously.

Shreya:(thinking)Daya sir ne jo time kaha tha main usse 1 hour phele aagayi. Uff ye nervousness to mujhe maar hi dalegi.

Her phone rang as she picked it up looking at the screen and smile.

Shreya:Purvi kaha hain tu?

Purvi;Shreya, daya sir aagaye?

Shreya;(looking around)Nahi abh tak to nahi,(Suspiciously)waise tum kaha ho?Subha baan than ke nikli thi, kahi kisi se milne to nahi jaa rahi ho na..

Purvi:wo..wo.. main kaha jaungi tum daya sir pe dhayan do.....(pause)raat ko milte hain.(disconnects the call)

Shreya:Kuch gadbad to chal rahi hain..(smirks)purvi aaj nahi to kal to batana padega tujhe.

She looks at the camera in phone setting her hair and fixing lipstick.

Shreya:Washroom jaake aati hu..

She hurriedly gets up and turn to get dashed with Daya as he looks at her raising his eyes.

Daya:Tum hamesha jaldi mein kaha bhagti rehti ho?

Shreya:(embarrassed)sorry sir, dekha nahi maine.

Daya laughs as she looks at him with making way for her to move. She lowering her head moves towards washroom while he removes his jackets and gloves sitting on sofa.

Shreya came out and sat infornt of Daya who was sipping coffee.

Daya:(forwarding the coffee cup)perfect timing. Ye lo coffee pilo..

Shreya:Daya sir aap thik ho?(he looks at her)aap thake thake lag rahe ho.

Daya:(smiling)wo Rajat date pe gaaya hain to gaadi le gaya aur mujhe yaha by taxi aana pada.Taxi driver ki driving aisi thi jaise Hollywood ki movie x-man 3 ki car scene ho.

Shreya laughed at his words while he stared at her. She immediately stop inbetween with nervously bitting her lips.

Daya:(passing his mobile)iss message ko explain karo.

Shreya:(grabs it)Daya sir, main bohut shukarguzar hu ki aap ne ye kaha lekin aapne jo kaha wo kheke mujhe ye kehne pe bajbur kardiya ki mera dil mujhe kya kehna chata hain. Isliye aap samjh jaayeki main ye kehna chati hu ki iss waqt mujhe ye sari baatein se thoda waqt chaiye isliye aap aise kuch mat kahiye jo aapko nahi kehna chaiye aur main nahi kahungi jo mujhe kehna chaiye Thankyou sir.

Daya raise his eyes looking at her smiling while she lower her head scolding herself

Shreya:neend kein kaun aise message type karta hain? Idiot hu main..

She raise her head as he was still looking at her confusingly.

Shreya:(passing his phone back to him)I am so sorry sir,pata nahi kaise ye..

Daya:Ye tumne likha hain na?(she nodes)so please explain me tum(chuckles)"kehna"kya chati ho?

Shreya:(thinks)ye itne handsome aur iss taraha mujhe dekhenge to main kaise kuch keh paaungi..

She lower her head again with daya clenching his hand into fist.Daya recollects yesterday event as he kept looking at her.

Abhi:(sitting in floor holding his head)Daya kya karu ye 1st production ka music video hain aur ek face nahi mil  raha hain.

Daya:(laying on sofa)Abhijeet, tumhara ye acting se hat ke apna production house mein director bane ka sapna meri samjh ke bhar hain.

Abhi:Daya tum jante ho na meri aur Tarika ki shaadi ko leke kitne news articles aaye hain.(sigh) Main lime light se hatke kuch backstage work karna chata hoon.

Daya:sure isliye to bina lade "Tere Pyaar Mein" chod diya.

Abhi:Abh tak uss baat ko leke bhethe ho, chodo usse aur mujhe koi idea do taki mera music video hit ho sake.

Rajat:(sleepy talk)hojayega..

Abhi:(looks at him)ye abhi bhi baat karta hain neend mein?

Daya:haa(thinks something)waise tumhari music video mein female lead ka background story kya hain?

Abhi:(sigh)Daya, ek ladki jisse wapas pyaar karne se daar lagta hain. Pata hain kitne auditions kiya hain lekin ye ek role kisi pe suit nahi ho raha hain wo feel expressions jo mujhe chaiye wo nahi mil rahe hain.

Daya:(smiling)ek hain jo iss role ke liye perfect hogi.

Abhi:kaun?

Daya:Shreya Kapoor..

Abhi:(raising his eyes glancing at sleeping Rajat)Tere Pyaar Mein ki Kiran?

Daya:(staring at him)Shreya.. Shreya Kapoor.

Abhi:(looks at him keenly)Daya kya chal raha hain(he smiles)pichli baar bhi iss baat ko taal diya tha tumne iss baar nahi chalega. Batao kya chal raha hain tumhare aur shreya ke beech?

Daya:(sigh)kuch chal hi to nahi raha hain.

Abhi:(happily)Matlabh tujhe wo pasand hain?

Daya:(nodding)bohut pasand hain.

Abhi;(excited)what?? usse kaha ya nahi?

Daya;Kaha..(looks at his phone)lekin usne kuch jawab nahi diya.

Abhi:kyu?

Daya:Lagta hain tumhari music video ki heroine jaise Shreya ko bhi koi to baat rok rahi hain.

Abhi:(nodes)hmm lekin tujhe dekhke aise lagta hain ki iss baar tujhe sidhat wala pyaar hua hain(daya raise his eyes)I mean har baar ya to public pressure, fans pressures se tu costar ko acha treat karta hain and dating start kar deta hain lekin teri asisi khushi pheli baar dekh raha hu. (Daya smiles)tujhe dekhke mujhe apni khud ki yaad aagayi jab mujhe tarika se pyaar hua tha.

Daya smile looking at him, he smile excitedly looking at name flashing as his  phone beeps but soon his smile disappear as he gets confused reading the message. Abhi was talking as daya stopped and talks on phone with shreya.

After a while he disconnects the call smiling and turn to Abhi and Rajat who were standing behind him.

Daya:(suprised)Rajat to sogaya tha na?

Rajat;Mere star ki love story mein baat dates tak pahunchgayi aur soya rahu.. aise kaise hosakta hain.

Daya:Date pe to tum bhi jaa rahe ho na kal?

Abhi:(turns to Rajat who was blushing)purvi?(Rajat roam his finger in hair blushing)haha dono ki love story ek saath start hui hain.

Daya:Kaha hui hain, usse jawab bhi aana baki hain.

Abhi;superstar ko rejection ka daar lag raha hain?

Daya:Abhijeet, please yaar main Kal usse mil raha hu waha pata nahi kya kahegi..

Abhi:(thinking something)wow that's amazing.. kal main bhi mil leta hu agar sab theek raha to main uska auditions bhi lelunga.

Daya:(glaring)Abhijeet kal nahi please..

Abhi:Kal milte hain daya, main abh ghar chalta hu. Tarika bhi wapas aagayi hogi bye bye..

Daya:Boss, kal maat aana..

Daya:(looks at her)Shreya(she glances at him)please jo bhi kehna hain befikar hoke kaho. Agar tum same feel(hesitating)na..na..nahi karti to iss burden ko apne saath maat lo ye meri feelings hain main inse deal karlunga.

Shreya softly looks at him as she smiles and was about to speak when Daya phone rings.

He looks at the screen with picking up and looks around to find Abhi waving at him talking on phone. Shreya also looks in the direction and find Abhijeet as she gets suprised seeing him.
