Are you ready!?

...

Yeah. Don't reply. It's like with Mic.

~O~

Meanwhile, at the current battlefield, it's been almost an hour since everything started — since the destruction of the villains started. And just as they said, the heroes attacked everything they thought could bring danger — which was basically everything since it was a plant of Nomus, not caring about the circumstances.

Some of them fought the villains while some went on and destroyed the unfinished Nomus that were being kept in gigantic tubes. So far, they hadn't once encountered a single completed Nomu that could fight back or aid the villains. Perhaps they were underground or were kept somewhere else in the area. But they had to find them and finish them up as soon as they could.

This mission was fairly easy since the Nomus weren't completed and the villains were heavily outnumbered. Everything was going perfectly fine on the side of the heroes while the villains were starting to panic since backup still hasn't arrived and they couldn't contact the outside anymore thanks to Shinsou taking over the control panel and blocking all communication facilities for them.

Meanwhile, the students were now divided in groups and were fighting under different Pro Heroes assigned to each group. Now, Cementoss' group was seen heading outside. They were originally going to find where the finished Nomus were but the building was still like a maze for them since there was no information about it's interior in the books and neither had Shinsou fully accessed the architecture of the building. Sure there was a map right on the display but Shinsou doubted that it was the whole thing.

On the top of that, the computer he was looking at just had so many locks on basically everything. Sure he had experience with these things since Midoriya instructed them to learn this stuff under Hatsume but there was never a guarantee that he was a pro in hacking stuff. The purple haired boy might need some backup over here if they needed to get this done fast.

"What's this? A back exit?" Kaminari looked around only to to realize they were getting nowhere near finding those Nomus.

"Let's head back in. There was another hallway we didn't check!" Cementoss exclaimed to which the students replied with a simultaneous "Yes, sir!" as they started to head back, following g Cementoss in his lead.

"Kirishima, are you okay?" Uraraka asked when she noticed the red head was just standing there, lost in his thoughts.

"Wha—? Yeah, I'm good! It's just..." Kirishima turned to her, "This whole thing... I've had a dream like this before, I think. So, I was thinking if it was gonna turn out like that..."

"Did... Did something bad happen?" Uraraka asked. Kirishima only nodded in reply. Oh, he remembered how in his dream everything went wrong and they all just died... And there was Midoriya. For some reason, Kirishima was scared of him in that dream.... Was that kind of a hint that the green head was going to die? If that was true then were they all going to die?

Uraraka gave him a thumbs up, "Well then let's make sure that doesn't really happen!" Kirishima smiled as they both headed back with the others.

He sure hopes it won't turn out like that.

~O~

"This should do it..."

Shinsou said to himself as he hit the enter key, hoping the procedure to work this time. Even Hatsume doesn't add so many locks and passwords.

The purple haired boy groaned in annoyance when the words, 'ACCESS DENIED' appeared on screen for like the sixth time. He almost slammed his head on the keyboard. All this was starting to give him a headache. He needed assistance. Someone who knew what to do!

"Having trouble?"

"Yeah... WHAT!?!"

Shinsou took an abrupt turn to the source of the familiar voice, his eyes widened in utter surprise.

Standing behind him, Midoriya smiled apologetically.

"How!? When!? I mean — you died! Wait you played dead!?" Shinsou exclaimed.

"Uh, yea—!"

"Or are you a ghost!? I swear to God, if you're a ghost I'm going to revive you and kill you myself, you reckless bastard!!"

"I—!"

"Bastard...?" Came a tiny confused voice from behind Midoriya. Oh, Eri was here too.

Midoriya gasped, accusingly glaring at Shinsou, "Now look what you did, Shinsou!!"

"It's not my fault—! Screw it. Tell me what the heck is happening?" Shinsou said as he sat down on the seat again.

Midoriya smiled and snapped his fingers, "Oh yes. Flashback time!"

{Flashback}

Three days before the kidnapping happened...

"Hatsume, I need your help!" Midoriya said as he stepped in the Support Lab, closing the door behind him as he got in. It was afternoon, the school was over so no one was expected to eavesdrop on their conversation, but he still re-checked everything, making sure no one was following him or raising any suspicions.

"Oh don't worry. I prepared for this," Hatsume said, rushing to the other side of the room to get something, "Well first off, you need hydrogen peroxide for the blood stains. I have some here so that's covered. And we can use potassium hydroxide for the rest of the body — you know, assassin's style. I tried it on chickens. It works perfectly fine and reduces everything to bones. I also have a great place for hiding the remains, if there are any. Trust me I've got all necessary stuff—!"

"Hold up. I didn't kill anyone!"

"Oh... So, you haven't succumbed to evil yet?"

"No...?"

"..."

"You actually thought I woul—!"

"Nevermind. What do you want?"

"Okay, so it might sound crazy but it's going to 100% work as long as you help me out with it. And oh please don't tell anyone."

"My lips are sealed. Just go on with the plan."

And so, Midoriya explained everything to her about how All For One has been trying to manipulate him, to make him join the villains and dropping hints of his own future plans while he was at it.

"That's stupid. Why would he tell you what he's going to do? Was he that confident you'll join 'em?" Hatsume asked.

"Villain habits." Midoriya replied before continuing his explanation.

In the end, Midoriya was able to get some internal information about the Commission thanks to Hatsume and her hacking 'babies'. He found the location of the supposed Nomu plant. He got the people who were betraying the Commission. He got all necessary information he needed for this.

And now, as long as it concerned spreading it, he took to the three books and did his work for the day. No one would be able to see it coming.

Three days later, right before the kidnapping happened Midoriya visited Hatsume again for precautionary measures and to check everything before the whole thing began.

It was fine.

It was all going to be fine. He prepared for this.

He had been preparing himself for this for a whole month.

There was no way he was going down.

Izuku Midoriya was bound to defeat All For One.

Back at the control panel,

"Yeah and then they kidnapped me. I said I'll join them. Gained their trust. All For One gave me a quirk like Monoma's but better. It has a painful drawback, though I got that covered. I kinda kidnapped Shigaraki? And I was just disguised as him the whole time. All For One completely bought it. Then I made a clone of myself disguised as Shigaraki and sent him with All For One to wherever he wanted me to go, got Eri and here I am!" Midoriya explained.

"Yeah. About that. Why is Eri here?" Shinsou questioned, while at the same time trying to take in all the information.

Midoriya and Eri exchanged a look.

"Time for a flashback from my part!" Eri exclaimed.

~O~

{Flashback}

Back when Shigaraki — Midoriya in disguise — dragged Eri out of the room for their meeting with All For One...

"Let me go!" Eri fought back as they both walked away from the room.

Now at a reasonable distance, the boy took a turn to a corner and sat down on his knees to get to Eri's height. Then, he let the the disguise slightly fall, revealing his face before taking out a vial of blood and a small black device from his pocket.

Eri gasped, "Deku?"

"Shh... It's me. Relax." Midoriya reassured her, petting her head.

"U-Um what's happening. Where are we? A-And why were you disguised like this?" Eri asked with a worried tone.

"Listen now," Midoriya smiled — his face fully revealed so the little girl would feel comfort. "I need you to cooperate and stay calm about this. We are in a villain's base, okay? I am here on a.... mission. I don't know what they want from you. But whatever happens just know that I'm right here. And I won't let anything bad happen to you."

"Okay..." Eri nodded, her eyes fixed on her hero.

"Now. I can't tell what exactly they're going to do. But if I'm there, I'll try my best not to get you hurt. And if I'm not..." Midoriya said as he handed Eri a small black device, "Use this."

Eri looked at the little thing in her hands and then back at the green haired boy, "What is this?"

"A quirk suppressing tool. There aren't many in Japan. But thankfully Hatsume knew where to find one from." Midoriya explained, "If you feel any danger and I'm not there... Use your quirk. I know you know how to start it. Press this button on this device and it will stop your quirk." He pointed at a blue button on a side.

"And the red one?" Eri asked, pointing at the ted button next to the blue one.

"I had Hatsume install a tracker in it. Press the red and I'll know where you are, okay?" Midoriya said.

Eri nodded again, clutching the device in her hand.

"Now, be brave, Eri," Midoriya stood up and extended his hand towards the girl, "But I want you to play like this conversation never happened. Can you do that?"

Eri took his hand and smiled, "Of course!"

"Well then, Eri." he turned around,

"Let's screw the rules."

~O~

"And then when he left me with those weird Nomu things, I waited for the right time to call Deku. Then I used my quirk at full power and rewound those Nomus till they never existed! Then I used the device to turn off my quirk, Deku came in with the Mist Man, he was sleeping? We left him there anyways. I was feeling a bit feverish after that but Deku helped me with his new quirk. Then he opened a portal and we came here!" Eri explained.

Shinsou was just staring at her.

Though he learnt that if Midoriya and Eri were together on something then anything could happen. Literally anything.

And all the while Shinsou was doing the staring and the processing of what actually happened, Midoriya unlocked the complete graphical architecture of the building. The whole map appeared on screen.

"I also asked Hatsume if I can take one of her hacking devices with me. I got into all of All For One's computers to get information as well. This one's a piece of cake." Midoriya said as he showed Shinsou the hacking device.

"Wait. Wait. Wait. Hatsume knew about all this?!" Shinsou asked, breaking out of his trance.

"Yup." That was Midoriya's only reply.

Shinsou wasn't sure what to say. What could he say?

"Anyways can you watch over Eri while I take care of all that?" Midoriya said pointing at the door that led outside where the whole battle was taking place.

"Okay but how are you planning to take care of all that chaos?" Shinsou asked.

Midoriya replied, "Oh, this is nothing. It's going to get worse."

"... Right." Shinsou said and took a glance to the screen.

Only to realize Mirko and some students were running towards the room next to the control panel.

And the finished Nomus were in the room next to the control panel.

It was going to get worse.

It was going to get much worse.
