"Let's drown in this madness together,
shall we?"

===================================

Alvad strolled over towards me with a glass cup half-filled of red wine, on a small tray. "A little alcohol should turn you on," he cheekily lowered the tray for me to take his offered drink, but I only stared at it with my thoughts troubled in knots.

"I was going to end up like this either way, huh?" I chuckled cheaply at my own words, completely ignoring Alvad's insignificant ones. "Either way, I was going to end up walking these realms alone, even without your dark magic to cut off my contract with Luke."

Letting out my thoughts seemed to take off a heavy weight off my shoulders, before taking the fine cup of wine, and slumping myself into the ruined, stone throne.

***

After being kidnapped, by Alvad, I was back in the human realm . . . Only unexpectedly settling into a forgotten, ancient, old shine, in the far west of Europe. Of course, the surprises only became more when I was greeted by Callen, who seemed to have been able to escape out of Devildom with Alvad's help. He was quite concerned about my short trip between the two realms. For days I resented Alvad, not being able to accept the massive change he had undergone, meaning I relied more on the beast warrior than that insane MadHatter. Unlike the demon, Callen was a lot more gentle with explaining the situation, and to put it ever so simply they were driven by the thought of recreating the Lunalight tribe. Freeing the lost souls of the warriors in the Masoulem was the first step, and having the shadow soul's aid as well to act as a small army was the second, but that was not all. The human world had been crawling with pitch black, living souls whom seemed to always tip humanity into turning against itself, and drenching their land in each other's blood and greed. The last key to this plan? Me.

Me, nothing but a sinner and hopeless fighter. Cordilia's words always played in my head, and they seemed to to only make me feel more frustrate. In the end . . . I agreed to the two runaways' plan . What could I do? Walk through realm after realm, and not know where to belong?

Settling in was hard, but I managed to coup with the uncomfortable conditions. Of course, I was given a fresh set of clothes, which consisted of a black, long- sleeved shirt; skinny black jeans; knee-high, wine-colored boots, a think leather belt, and a fine set of light, inky coloured, iron armor that Alvad was able to get enchanted by a few witches he had managed to gather in case we ever needed healers around.

I lazily took a sip of the red liquid in the cup, while resting my cheek on the back of my hand, and swaying my tail left and right front if me, while glancing over at the broken, stone ceiling over my head; taking in the beauty of the rays of light that gave life to the small plants and vines that had managed to grow in the cracks, because of it. Maybe over thinking as well was a thing I had also come to do even more often then usual, but in the end get no results. For nights, sleep never came home, leaving me with black-bags underneath my eyes. "How is freeing the Masoulem souls turning out?" I blurted out, trying to strike an awkard conversation to hook myself onto any type of entertainment.

"Talking to me again, after a while aren't you?"the demon grinned at me, his white teeth slightly blinding me.

"As if, I haven't forgotten about that ugly bite you gave me," Alvad chuckled full heartedly at my words, before sitting on the arm of the stone throne, and tilted my chin up will placing the tray he was holding on a nearby, small, marble pillar. "Are you saying you want another one?"

His sadistic comment made my guts crunch in displeasure at the painful thought, "I'll pass."

"Does Satan by chance, does it better?"the demon's voice become hoarse as his breath brushed against my sensetive cat ears. "Ow yeah, you haven't seen how far that curse mark had spread over you face right?! Here, take a look!"

Being the demon that he is, Alvad smugly summoned a clear water crafted mirror, that reflected the hedious state I was in. The curse had spread through half of my body, leaving me with one black eye, that had a golden-glowing pupil, and my whole left side scared by several black markings all over. The sight if it alone somehow reminded me of a certain blond individual.

I took hold of my dagger and slashed it over the left side of Alvad's face, rage and irritation overtaking my mind. He did not even try dodging my attack and smiled in pleasure as a crimson line of blood ran down from his forehead and to his lips. "Ah, your no longer holding back," the demon's left eye become drowned in a wine-red liquid, that ran down his cheek, and dripped into my drink, similar shades of red fusing together. "My My m'lady, your passionate flame might just burn these pathetic realms."

He stood up; stepped away, and stood before me, his eyes burning with madness and lust. What a maniac. Taking hold of my weapon wielding hand, his soft lips came in contact with the back of it, and licked off what little blood had splattered over it. "May your power forever be great . . . My Queen."

Clouds hovered over the daylight's sky, blocking off the light from me for a moment, before disappearing from my sight after a while. I wonder . . . Where is he now? Is he thinking about me? Are his brothers glad or sad that I'm gone? Will I ever see the landscapes if the Celetial Realm? Can I be forgiven?
