Azure's POV

It was three weeks later, and I was laying on a mat in my room, Glimmer, and Bow cheering me on as Petra did one handed pushups next to me.

"Show off." I teased, and she sat up laughing.

My stomach was healing quickly, thanks to the modern medication of Bright Moon. I was doing core stretches, and mild leg work outs.

"Can I not? It hurts." I complained, and Bow cheered loudly.

"Go Azure! Whoo!" He called, and I had to stop a moment to take a breather.

"How many more?" I asked, and Glimmer chuckled nervously.

"I actually lost count after the tenth." She admitted, and I stopped. I only had to do fifteen, and I was a little irritated.

"I'm stopping now." I grumbled and breathed deeply. "Awe you were killing it!" Bow said sympathetically, and I rolled my eyes.

"The only thing I'm killing is myself." I retorted teasingly and sat up with his help.

Glimmer wiggled her brows nonchalantly at me, and I furrowed my own with a small smile. What? I mouthed, and she shrugged waving a dismissive hand.

"Uh, anyone know why Adora is walking into the Whispering Woods alone?" Petra asked from the window.

"I walked to the window, and looked out, seeing Adora disappearing into the trees.

"Oh, she's trying to find that First One's temple again." Bow said, and I nodded.

"Oh yeah, Petra you remember, we almost got eaten by a giant roly-poly." I said, and Petra nodded.

"Lovely, we should do it again sometime." She replied sarcastically.

I stepped back from the window and redressed my wound. I used sanitized wipes to clean around it, then aa damp washcloth to clean the actual wound. It was healing nicely, but I had no chance of shifting until I healed all the way, and the muscles in my abdomen could function better.

"Hey Bow?" I asked, and he looked over from the window.

"Need help?" I nodded, and he walked over. The others looked out the window and helped me dress my abdomen. I made sure that I was loud enough for only him to hear.

"Maybe we could do something tomorrow?" I asked, and he grinned down at me.

"Really? That sounds amazing. I will pick you up around... 7:00?" I nodded and blushed heavily.

"7:00 sounds perfect." I said, and he nodded.

"Okay, we should let Miss Drama queen get her beauty sleep." Glimmer said, and took Petra, and Bow's hands, leading them out.

"What? Now?" I whined, and Glimmer nodded.

"Of course, maybe you'll feel better when you wake up." She said, and I waved sadly before climbing back into bed. I lay my head on my pillow, and my eyes closed before I could object...
