999th Regiment (in some way)

A special regiment contains of 12 special people which was founded for them. They have special skills, abilities more than normal people from outside to inside.

1. Alex.

A mimic with mouths and eyes over his body, his origin is totally unknown, using codename: Alex. He could eat a normal person (not a real person of the test) just one bite when he use full body. He could reach around the Earth just stretching his and expand bigger than a country (test approved) with self-healed functions.

2. Gloomface.

Alex's companion, both of them were discovered at the same time, origin is unknown. How Alex understands him (base on his testified) is still a mystery. He could absorb many people's souls into his lantern. He also can summons creature from his ideas, from a cute little yokai girl to the Cartoon Cat from nowhere.

3. Fallen Oracle.

A witcher, his indentity is the same. Discovered when he killed a group of gangsters. He could manipulate time and space, but exchange his massive strengh. His origins is about 500 years ago, somewhere in North of Mongo.

4. Ghost Messenger.

An electric phantom from the past. He is a dual swordman with his loyal black panther. His skill is above fantastical, he could even block bullets from a gatling gun (approved by tests). Origin is about Edo dynasty.

5. Incinis.

A man is cover in flames from inside out. Can blast a massive flames/lava from his hand, capable of punching through hard titanium within 7 seconds. Bullet is useless for him. His origin is from Medival age.

6. Nightshade.

An urban samurai with glitchy looks. Can teleport from USA to Japan in a blink of the eyes. His skills are so good yet so clean and fast, just a slice through a body like using a most sharply sword cut a piece of paper. He could shift at long range at the speed that barely inmeassureable.

7. General.

A infamous cyber, his real indentity is unknown for now. He could hack FBI's criminal wanted into dust by a click of his mouse. 100 firewalls? He could simply write a short code and see the miracle. As a Virus of Technology, he is everything in every electronics. Also, he could build himself a cyborg.

8. Synthetic.

General's creation. A hi-tech robot with six arms, his structure make from unknown metal and it cannot be destroy by anyone, even Incinis. His powers can run faster than a jaguar with no scratch, slice the enemy within a line. This person has an ability to invisible from other people that he pass through without any detection, even with high tech detector.

9. November.

A muscular man with four arms, his strengh is out of expectation that he is strong enough to lift up a whole Seawise Giant at the full capacity in one finger! If he punching on the ground, he could make a medium earthquake. He finds himself incredibly strong, too strong...

10. Chaos.

A demon boy. He has exellence intelligence that he know enemy tactics in short time, could perfrom with multiple weapons from Dark Age till now with his exellent aiming and all-proof body. None of the less, he is the boy who could bring a knife into a space war. He has powers that could end a world. For example, he could summon demons from Hell to surface or spear that suddenly come from nowhere and he also could shapeshift another obe he wants. And he has related to Helltaker and his demon harem.

11.Richter.

Another work of General, he is a cyborg with a nano heart, with his robotic complex, he could change his arm to minigun or a blaster. He has high visibility with wide range hearing amd comes with a long-range personal radar, he could jammed many systems at a moment while he isn't paying attention to that target.

12. Warsaw/Warcry.

These two boys are brothers, they fight side by side, anywhere they go, never get separate. They are are special hitman with special skills that control the objects or more. Many people call them the Brother in Arms. Warsaw has an ability of controling gravity, he could do control his weight like how hard is his punch or how high the jump, even more, leviatate, he could do that on the objects or living things while his brother, Warcry, has two abilities, his left hand has a cable launcher, capable of swinging things, pullover, or simple swinging himself, can do that with a enormous-sized objects, no matter how heavy it is, on the other hand is a SMG, with lead to his another ability, Dead Eyes, which is able of slow the time, giving him time to shoot at the enemy weaknesses.

13. Inferno.

A supernatural boy comes with exellence combat performances, he's carrying out two kusarigamas while he has many mystic shards flying around him, those shards are just like shurikens but they are controlled by him. His kusarigamas can perform wide-range attack with only an arm. Everyone said he is Death. He is a cold-blooded killer.

14. John Wick.

Ah...The legend, he is a man with focus, commitment, sheer will, just a call from him and he's back. And yes, he with his dog and you know what happen when you "touch" his dog.

15. Delsin Rowe.

Yes...the infamous Bioterrorist, the Conduit. You know him, the man who likes graffiti, has smoke, neon, electronic powers... You know what I mean.

16. James Heller.

James Heller, aka The Test Subject, wh has the power from Blacklight virus. Now, although he not been cured, but he could control it more easily...The rest you know.
