I was waking up as I open eyes,it was still dark out as I try to figure out what time it was,I looked at a clock and saw that it was 1:00 in the morning,it was incredibly early as the sun hasn't even risen,even slightly,my sisters were still sound asleep as Mutsu was hugging my tail,I wiggle my tail out of her grip as I replace it with a pillow,she seemed distraught about it,probably because it wasn't as comfy,I look in front off me to see that Me and Sister Nagato's face were incredibly close,I almost panicked but I stopped myself from doing so as I got up from bed,I look outside as some stars were still in the sky,I quietly left the room,the hall of the shrine were dark,I could barely see in front of me but I managed to make my way to the meeting area,then I made my way to the door of the shrine as I exit the complex,it was dark outside as well,almost no light at all,I walk down towards the docks as I pass by the closed shops and houses of the Sakura Empire as I walk the empty path,when I got to the docks,I look around,being very cautious of my surroundings as I didn't want anyone to see me,when I was sure that no one was around,I put on my rigging and jump onto the water,I wanted to roam the surrounding waters for a little bit as I wanted to familiarize myself with the surrounding area and it was the perfect time as nobody would bother while I roam,the wind was cold but I liked it,others would call the temperature freezing but it never bothered me,I sailed towards the open ocean as the wind pushed against me

From around the corner of the docks

After a few moments from him leaving,I summon my rigging and follow him

Back to Nagaro

The wind was blowing hard as the morning breeze was cold but enjoyable,I roamed the area as I look at the surrounding islands,they were just as beautiful as the main base as they were filled with Sakura Tree's and lush greenery,the entire Sakura Empire waters were filled with islands with untouched nature,it was just stunning to say the least,that was until I saw something,I saw a flash of red,that caught my eye as I sail towards it,then I saw a medium sized siren fleet,I shouldn't engage them in combat but I was far enough from the base that the others won't here my cannons,I aim and fire as I my shells shred through half of the fleet,my auxiliary guns then acted up and started punching holes in the smaller ships,I fired torpedoes and sunk more of the ship,then i fired 2 more salvos and sunk the rest of the fleet,it really didn't take long for me to finish as production models are pretty weak,I continued on sailing through the area as I feel like someone was watching me,I occasionally did turn around while sailing to see if I could get a glimpse of anyone following but I never did,either it was just me or the person following was really good at hiding,nothing was appearing on my radar and no presence was in the area except for myself,I eventually shook off the taught as I see the sun rising over the horizon,It was beautiful,the orange ball of heat and light rose up slowly,coming over the blue horizon but with the sun rising,also came the end of my roaming time as Lady Mikasa,Lady Yamato or Kawakaze might wake up soon and find me gone and I didn't want to worry them,I turn back and sped back to the docks,I quickly got back to the docks as I notice a spot in the docks was empty,my feeling was then confirmed as this means,someone was following me the entire time but who,I didn't know,but I shook off those thoughts and rushed back to the temple

With the mysterious follower

I got back to the docks and materialized my ship,where it was originally docked,I saw Sir Nagaro,rushing up the base and back to the temple

???:well at least he's safe,right [Redacted Name]

He nodded in agreement as we look at Sir Nagaro,running towards the shrine

???(mind):why do I feel wierd when things are about Sir Nagaro,I care for him but I care about everyone in rhe Sakura Empire,so why do I feel wierd

Back with Nagaro

I made it back to the shrine as I enter,I look around to see if anyone was in sight,when I knew the coast was cleared,I walk up to the meeting which was directly in front of the entrance,I stood in the middle of the meeting area as I look at the massive Sakura Tree,it was so big that you could probably see it from a mile away,there was something about it thatbwas off,to me,just by looking at it,I felt relax as if there was no stress ib my body at all,the feeling was soothing and nice as I could probably stay here the entire day,then a voice caught my attention

???:Sir Nagaro

I turn my head to see Kawakaze,approaching me from the a hallway,I put on a blank expression,just in case she got suspicious of why I was up so early

Kawakaze:why are you up so early,couldn't sleep?

I shook my head as response as she was trying to think of what I was doing

Kawakaze:well,what are you doing up so early

I didn't do anything as I didn't really have a response to her question,since I just woke up in the morning randomly and had nothing to do

Kawakaze:perhaps you should get some more rest

I shook my head and held my hands in front of me as a form of saying no

Kawakaze:very well,I will be doing my daily duties then

I nod at her as she left to do her duties in the shrine as I silently sigh,I look back up to the tree,I look at the time to see it being 5:47 in the morning,at this time,some of the girls have woken up or are waking up,Lady Mikasa is most likely one of them,I decided that would help around the complex as there was still about an hour or so before my training with Ms.Takao,I decide to clean the meeting area as there was some dust in the area,I grab a towel and start wiping the area,clean of dust,the Floor,the pillars,the railings,soon I found myself,cleaning through the entire complex,by the time I got tired of cleaning,I had wiped,half of the complex of dust and now it was 6:24,I decided to head back to the meeting area as it was relaxing there but when I got there,I saw Kawakaze,inspecting the area,she was looking at the railings the poles,the floor,she then noticed me coming towards her

Kawakaze:Sir Nagaro,did you clean the meeting area?

I nod my head to answer her questions

Kawakaze:this is impressive,the entire meeting room is free of dust but you didn't have to trouble yourself with cleaning this place Sir,I could have gotten to it later

I just give her a thumbs up as I didn't really need to continue this,she nodded at me and left as I was now left alone in the meeting area,then I heard footsteps coming from outside the shrine,it drew nearer as I go to the door of the shrine,then someone knocked as I open the door to reveal Ms.Takao on the other side

Takao:good morning Sir Nagaro,is Lady Mikasa awake

I shrug at her and motion her to come in,she enters the shrine as I walk to the meeting area,I gave her a notion to wait here while I go and see if Ms.Mikasa was awake,I walk to her room and knock as I wait for a response,the door then opened to reveal Ms.Mikasa,dressed in her normal outfit

Mikasa:good morning Sir Nagaro,did you need something

I take out my cards and write on it and then show it to Lady Mikasa as it said,"Ms.Takao is here to see you"

Mikasa:my,she is quite early,tell her that I'll be there in a minute

I nod at her and left to go tell Ms.Takao,I walked back to the meeting area to see Ms.Takao,lraning on the railing and looking at the huge Sakura Tree,she noticed me approach as she stood up straight,I wrote on my cards again and showed it to her as it said,"Lady Mikasa will be here in a minute"

Takao:I see,very well,

I decided to sit down in front of the huge Sakura Tree as Ms.Takao stayed to the side,then she spoke which caught my attention

Takao:Sir Nagaro,w-would you like to sit on my lap

She patted her lap as I looked at her,I was hesitant but I decided to take her up on her offer,I stood up and walked over to her and sat on her lap,it was pretty comfy,she patted my head which was relaxing and was stroking my tail,I started wagging my tail from the comfiness I am in right now,I close my eyes as I let myself sink into the comfort,that was until I heard footsteps coming from the hallway that led to the rooms,I open my eyes and looked over to see Lady Mikasa,walking towards,where we were,she saw what was happening as she approached

Mikasa:my,my Takao,taking a liking to him already

Takao:n-no,sensei,I was,uhm,

Mikasa:it's ok Takao,you don't need to worry,your not the only one who wants to hold those tails of his,their fluffier than Kaga's

Takao:yes,this probably the softest thing in the Sakura Empire

Mikasa:for now why don't you join us for breakfast

Takao:very well

I stood up as Ms.Takao did the same,we followed Lady Mikasa,towards the kitchen,to see that there was sushi on the table,my lit up at the sight of the delicacy as we sat down at the table,there was also rice and omelets but I mostly took sushi

Takao:he really likes sushi

Mikasa:yes,he's enjoyed it at every moment he's gotten so far

Takao:I wonder what his reaction will be,once he tastes,Lady Amagi's sushi

I look up to the 2 with a curious look as they mention Lady Amagi and he cooking again

Mikasa:I don't know but I'm sure he'll enjoy it,once he gets to have some

Takao:definitely

We finished up breakfast and left the dishes on the counter since we had to leave and go to the training grounds,where Ms.Takao will train me with my weapon,we left the shrine and walked down the base as Ms.Takao and Lady Mikasa led me to a building at the side of the base,it looked like a stereotypical dojo but it was nice,it was in a secluded area,that was off to the side from the main path,there were weapon racks with all sorts and kinds of Sakura Empire weaponry,a ring,where people could duel in,training dummies and more,I admired the building as the 2 led me to the back of the building,Ms.Takao,opened 2 doors to reveal a porch that led down to a decently sized clearing at the edge of a forest,Ms.Takao led me down to the clearing as she pointed to one side of the clearing,I went over to the side she pointed at as she went to the other side

Takao:alright,Nagaro,we will begin your training today but before we do,I will need to know how strong you are

I nod at her and wait for her instructions

Takao:alright,to know how strong you are,I want you to use your weapon and cut a leaf in half as it falls down,strike it with everything you have

I nod at her again as I summon my katana,I took a stance and breathed in and waited for a leaf to fall in front of me,as soon as one,came into my view,I struck with everything I had,the 2 older ships were shocked as the leaf fell down in 2 perfectly cut pieces but that wasn't what surprised them,it was the crater I had made,under the leaf as my strike had to much force and it broke the ground,I stood up straight and faced Ms.Takao as she had a dumbfounded look,the leaf then fell in the crater as the 2 snapped out of their shocked state

Takao:that was,..... Unexpected

Mikasa:I knew he was strong but I didn't think he could break the ground with the sheer force from his sword

Takao:well he has strength and the cut was perfect,so I do have some idea on what he might be capable of

Mikasa:still,not even Ibuki was able to do this and wasn't she your best student

Takao:she was but she didn't have this much raw power,now,Sir Nagaro

She took some wooden sticks and held them in a bundle,

Takao:I want you to cut these sticks into as many pieces as you can

I nod at her and take my stance again as I got ready,she then tossed the sticks into the air as they start falling down after a few seconds,I waited a little and as soon as all the sticks were in front of me,I start slashing at them at high speed,when I was done,the sticks fell on the ground as shards and dust,Lady Mikasa and Ms.Takao were dumbfounded once again as I stand straight again

Mikasa:incredible

Takao:are you sure he needs training,Lady Mikasa

Mikasa:yes but I've never seen anyone do such a thing before

Takao:it's unbelievable,perhaps we should skip some parts and move on to the more advance kinds of training

I got curious as to what she meant as she went back up to the porch

Takao:Sir Nagaro,please follow,were going to the docks

I do as she says as we left the dojo like building to go to the docks

Takao(mind):he's so powerful but his personality denies him of it,he innocent but strong,peaceful but destructive and I will have to agree with sister on this,he is cute

We walked down to the docks to see people,sparring again,then I saw Ms.Ibuki and Kitakaze again,they were duelling again as they appeared as blurs,Ms.Takao,called out to them as they stopped fighting and came here

Ibuki:sensei,did you need something

Takao:yes,would you like to duel,Sir Nagaro

Ibuki:what for

Takao:we are skipping some of the basic training he was supposed to have as he has proven that he doesn't need it,so we are going to more advance training

Ibuki:I see,very well,I will accept if he does

I nod at her as a response

Takao:he seems ready for it,then the 2 of you shall fight here at the docks,no use of rigging,only your weapon and hand to hand combat

We both nod as we jump onto the water and went opposite directions of each other,other people who were in the area,seemed to notice,what was about to happen as they stop what their doing and watch,I didn't like being the center of attention but I had a fight to do,so I got ready,I took a stance as Ms.Ibuki did the same

Takao:alright you 2,standard duel,the fight ends when the opponent is in a position to receive a fatal blow or the opponent gives up,now are you both ready

We both nod at her and face each other

Takao:alright,START

Ibuki vanished from her spot as I close my eyes and focus,I heard the sound of something,going against the current of the water as it went behind me,I duck to dodge a sideward slash from Ibukis sword as I turn myself,I kicked her hand as it disoriented her for a second as I struck her with a downwards strike,she blocks it but gets sent backwards from the force of impact,she vanishes again as I jump to avoid another attack from behind,she had attempted to sweep me with her sword but I heard her coming,I spin kick while I was in the air as it send her flying backwards as she tumbles on the water,she regained her footing and stood up as I was the one to vanish this time,I appeared directly in front of her and struck with very fast stab attacks,she was blocking my attacks but she was struggling,while I was attacking I had thought of an idea,I kept on attacking as she was now,completely focused on defending,I took the opportunity and let go of my sword as I disappear from in front of her,she hits my sword away,only to realize I wasn't in front of her anymore,I appeared from behind her and swept her feet,as she was falling,I kicked her into the air a little more and flipped her over my shoulder,slamming her back to the water,she landed on the water as her back elevated for a second as I use that second to kick her back up to her feet,I then kick her again and send her flying forward towards my sword,I vanished again and appeared next to my katana as I grab it and catch Ibuki from going any further

she fell to the water as I was about to slash at her but she blocks my sword,I acted quickly and move both our swords to the side as I kick her hand,making her let go of her weapon as it gets launched into the air,Ibuki,pushes herself up as I grab her katana from the air,I disappeared again and appeared close to the water,I kicked,one of her legs as it unbalances her and she falls to the water,only for her to flip herself on her feet,giving me the opening to finish the fight,I quickly,almost instantly,slash with both katanas in my hand as both blades end up stopping a fer centimeters away from her neck and waist,meaning I had won the fight,I sigh from exhaustion as I pull the blades back and give Ms.Ibuki her katana as I hear everyone clapping from land,there were a lot of people,who watched the fight and they were all at the docks with Lady Mikasa and Ms.Takao,we both sailed back to them as we were greeted by Lady Mikasa,Takao and Kitakaze

Mikasa:very good job to the both of you

Takao:an incredible show of skill

Kitakaze:that was very good fight,both of you showed good skill

Then 2 people came,they approached Ms.Takao with looks of awe,one of them had brown hair that was tied into a ponytails and brown eyes,she was wearing a red top with a red skirt with large white sleeves the look like crane wings

The other had long white hair and blue eyes,she wore a white kimono with a large yellow band around her waist and similar sleeves to the 1st girl as they also resembled crane wings

The 2 came up to Ms.Takao as I went behind Lady Mikasa as I didn't know who these 2 were

???1:sensei,Lady Mikasa,did you see that,fight,that was amazing

???2:calm down Zuikaku,I bet she saw before we did

Takao:your sister is right,I had that fight arranged for training

Zuikaku:training,did you get a new student and who was Ibuki fighting,he looked small and I couldn't see who it was clearly since they were moving so fast

Takao:yes,he is a new student of mine

Zuikaku:I see-,WAIT,HE?

Ms.Takao,turned to me as the 2 other people followed her view,they looked at me as I hide more,behind Lady Mikasa,I didn't want to approach them as events from yesterday reminded me of the nature of some people here in the Sakura Empire

Mikasa:there is no need to be shy,Sir Nagaro,they won't hurt you,their nice

I reluctantly step out from behind her and stand in front of the 2

Zuikaku:whoa,it is a he,who is he

Mikasa:his name is Nagaro,3rd ship of thr Nagato Class

???2:awww,he's so cute

The lady,tried to approach but I took a few steps back as she noticed and stopped

Mikasa:please do refrain from hugging or doing sudden thing to him,he has had a bad experience with Azuma yesterday

Shoukaku:I see,then I should introduce myself first,I am Shoukaku and this is my sister Zuikaku

Zuikaku:hello

I nod at the 2 as Zuikaku spoke up

Zuikaku:you must be very powerful to beat Ibuki like that,how did you do it

I didn't do anything as I didn't know how to respond to her question

Zuikaku:uhh,is something wrong

Mikasa:please take it lightly,he is a mute so he cannot speak

Shoukaku:that's so sad

Zuikaku:yes it is

Mikasa:there is no need to worry to much,mainland is already working on  a voice for him

Zuikaku:well that's good

I started getting tired as I try to keep my eyes open but it seemed like they were as heavy as sand bags,I was luckily still standing up straight,despite my tiredness as my ears go down and my tails stop swaying,then Lady Mikasa,took notice

Mikasa:he seems tired,maybe I'll take him back to the shrine for now and continue training another time

Takao:when he was fighting,he seemed like he could go on for days without rest but-

Mikasa:as soon as the fights over,all he wants to do is rest

I saw Lady Mikasa about to pick me up,that was until I jolted awake,I felt something in the distance an indescribable energy,everyone took notice of my sudden weariness as I look out to the open ocean

Mikasa:is there something wrong Sir Nagaro

I jumped back and vanished as I re appear at the end of the docks,I summon my rigging and jump onto the water,then sail away from the base at high speeds

The Girls's POV

Sir Nagaro,sped away from the base at very high speeds as everyone got curious and worried

Mikasa:*points at someone*you,tell the other officer that Sir Nagaro has taken off,we need to follow him

Takao,Zuikaku,Shoukaku,Ibuki,Kitakaze,all nodded in agreement as they all summon their rigging and jump to the water,some of the others who watched the fight,also joined in following Nagaro as they had Ayanami,Kasumi,Nagara,Kinu,Ise,Hyuuga and Houshou with them,they were all chasing after Nagaro who was in a hurry to get somewhere,he would occasionally stop and look around as it let the girls catch up a bit,only for him to speed up again and make more distance from them,they sailed after him for a while until they heard cannon fire and lasers,instinctively,they readied themselves for a fight,Nagaro turned left after passing an island as they do the same as they were met with a grim sight,in front of them was a massive siren fleet,numbering in maybe the thousands,it was fighting a Sakura Empire group of 10 ships,in the group was one of the officers known as Tosa,she had gray hair and purple eyes as she had a fox mask on the side of her head,she was wearing a white top that was similar to Ibuki's and had a metal band around her waist with a long blue skirt that covered her left leg and a sword in hand

She was dodging lasers from the probable thousand of siren production models,the rest of the task force was made off Hiryuu,Soryuu,Yamashiro,Fusuo,Jintsuu,Sendai,Uranami,Nowaki,Naganami,they were all dodging and firing at the sirens,trying their best not to get hit,above the production models were 4 humanoid sirens,3 of them looked liked adults while the other one had the figure of a kid,Sir Nagaro,then fired his cannons as it made a thinderous roar,the shells he shot,ripped through the sirens like paper,then it exploded,sinking even more of the enemy ships,this drew the sirens attention as even Tosa's group,stopped to look over,the sirens look down with a surprised expression as Nagaro stared at them with a blank expression but everyone who followed him felt that there was anger under his blank look,the child siren examined him from head to toe as she grew a smirk,then spoke

AN:C.siren means child siren

C.siren:a male with rigging,meaning he's a ship,quite phenomenal to see one,he will prove useful in our experiments and I'm sure our empress would appreciate capturing him,you 3 capture him and bring him back to the base

The 3:yes ma'am

The 3 sirens sped at Nagaro with their weapons but he fired his cannons at the 3 and killed them instantly

C.siren:so your strong but you won't beat me

All the production models then aimed at Nagaro and prepared to fire but before they could,Mikasa,Ise and Hyuuga fired their cannons,destroyinh a lot of them

C.siren:more of you pests

Mikasa:Sir Nagaro,please do not run off like that

He didn't seem to hear her as he was focused on the enemy fleet in front of him,the sirens fired at him as he vanishes and the lasers all hit the water,he was disappearing and reappearing all over the battlefield,firing shots and torpedoes and sinking many siren ships,he then appeared next to the girls(the group that followed him) and left an note in the air,Takao grabbed it and read it out as ut said,"join the other girls and sail away,I'll follow behind,once your all at a good distance",everyone looked at each other nodded and followed the plan,the joined Tosa's group and sailed away as Nagaro had  sunk half of the enemy fleet,he saw everyone get a good distance away as he fired shots at the water,making massive water pillars as he uses it to conceal his escape,he vanished from the battlefield and appeared a few meters from the 2 joined fleets while the sirens leave the area,they all then sailed back to the base

We quickly made it back to base as everyone,including me,materializes their ship into port,I went up to Ms.Mikasa as she was with everyone else,she then turned to me with a worried face

Mikasa:Sir Nagaro,please do not rush off like that again

Takao:yes,you could have gotten seriously hurt,you may be powerful but you can still die

I look down in shame as I should have told them before I left but my instinct was to immediately respond

???:depite that,we cannot really punish him for anything as he did save me and my group

I turn around to see the lady with gray,who was leading the group we saved

Mikasa:Lady Tosa-

Tosa:we would have been in a far worse situation if he did not respond immediately,despite not telling you anything he still acted with best interest,now apart from that,who is he,is he the new ship,sent by mainland

Mikasa:yes,he is Nagaro,3rd ship of the Nagato Class

Tosa:He is Lady Nagato and Lady Mutsu's brother

Mikasa:yes and he is incredibly strong

Tosa:I could tell,he sunk so many ships with his first salvo,then sunk half the enemy fleet on his own,

Mikasa:tho,he could still be beaten,sirens are one thing but fighting Azur Lane is different,they are trained and a lot of them are powerful

Tosa:hence why,you are training him,correct?

Mikasa:yes

Tosa:then he will grow even stronger than before,all he needs is a bit of time

Mikasa:of course Lady Tosa

Ms.Tosa seemed nice,her stoic appearance was intimidating but she seemed soft on the inside,she cares for everyone and seems to be known by a lot of people as everyone was talking in the background,she might be a officer of Sakura Empire as well,I look up to her and she looks down to me

Tosa(mind):so this is the new ship and he's Lady Nagato and Lady Mutsu's brother,he is quite cute,my sister and Amagi's sister have most definitely laid their eyes on him already and Amagi is most likely keeping an eye on Akagi already,which means she won't get to him so easily,my sister is not one to act quickly but I will keep an eye on her

She seemed to be thinking of something as she was staring at me,then I heard someone call my name,I look over to my sisters coming towards me with Kawakaze and Amagi behind them

Nagato:brother

I turn to them as they approach

Mutsu:are you alright,are you hurt

I shook my head as I didn't sustain any damage

Mutsu:we heard what you did

Nagato:and it was reckless of you

Tosa:there is no need to be mad Lady Nagato and Lady Mutsu,he only acted on best interest

Amagi:taking a liking to him already Lady Tosa

Tosa:he saved me and my strike group from an enemy we couldn't beat,also why does he not speak

Nagato:brother is a mute,he cannot speak

Tosa:oh,I'm sorry

I held my hand up and shook my head as it was not and never her fault

Nagato:brother,please do not repeat that kind of action again

I nod at her as she sighs

Nagato:very well,also,welcome back Lady Tosa,you should all get some rest now,you sortie has been a long one

Tosa:of course Lady Nagato

Mikasa:Actually,Lady Nagato

Nagato:yes

Mikasa:the sirens,Observer was with the fleet that we attacked,she knows of Sir Nagaro's existence

Nagato:this will be problematic,if the sirens know about brother,then they will surely come after him

Kawakaze:if they do,then I am prepared to fight for him

Amagi:I am sure we all are

Nagato:well,we will have to just wait and see what happens,for now,you should all get some rest,it's been a long day for you all

Tosa:of course

Everyone left as I follow,my Sisters,Kawakaze,Lady Mikasa,Lady Tosa and Lady Amagi,back to the shrine,when we got back we saw Ms.Akagi and Ms.Kaga in the meeting area,they were talking about something but I couldn't hear,what they were saying,the adults told the 2 about the situation as they understood immediately,right now,I was feeling tired,I was having a hard time,keeping my eyes open,I felt my body become heavy but I didn't know why,I felt like falling over as I fully close my eyes and sleep

Nagato's POV
________________

I saw brother about to fall over as I go over to him,his body started to fall over as I caught him before he could,he was completely asleep,his ears were down,his tails were swaying slightly and he was breathing lightly,then the others,took notice of this

Tosa:is he ok

Mikasa:this tends to happen,it really happens a little bit after a battle,he just ends up falling asleep or becoming tired for no reason

Amagi:perhaps he has been exhausting himself with these fights

Nagato:perhaps but,it so random,he seems like he could be up for nights with out rest while fighting but when ends the fight,he just find himself incredibly tired

Mutsu:maybe we should just let him rest for now

Nagato:I'll bring him to our room

I left the group as I carried brother to our room,when I got to our room,I layed him down on the bed as he slept peacefully,I was about to leave him to rest until I heared mumbling,it was inaudible,probably because he was a mute but I was able to make out the word "fight",I started to get worried,so I left the room with the thought of what he could be thinking off as whatever it is,it is troubling him
