Kaiser Wilhelm VIII: Attention to the people of the newly formed Prussian Empire, I Kaiser Wilhelm the 8th, will distribute 25% of the gold and diamonds found from the treasure vaults among the people of our empire. But, the Golden Buddha's will be returned to the religious temples, owners, and museums they were taken from. The same will be done to the over religious items. If the items are labeled with names from the owners, then these items will be returned to their descendants. Each person will be given 25 Golden coins, a Golden fork, spoom, spork, or a knife, and one diamond from the Golden Buddha's. The rest of the diamonds shall be used for decoration, jewelry, displaced in museums, and given back to the religious owners or places they came from. The homeless and ill will be given an extra golden coin to help them with their struggles. For those who are heavily in debt, I will I cover and pay for the debt myself. With the remaining 60% of treasure, another 5% will be given to health foundations, hospitals, pet pounds and shelters, and prisons, to help improve these places and organizations. Recycling and Green Earths will be given another 1% of Gold to help them clean the places up.
