Y/n and Joseph went to the central building where meetings take place Joseph had the faction leaders meet Y/n in person.

Joseph: This will be a temporary dorm for you. Also you will need to have a starting faction you want to join.

Joseph: Well there are Sakura Empire, Ironblood, Royal Navy and Eagle union.

Y/n: Interesting so i just join what faction i want then?

Joseph: Yes that is correct.

After a bit of thinking Y/n made his decision.

Y/n: I've decided i'll join Ironblood purely they have the technology and brains to engineer and construct amazing structures ships and tech.

Joseph was amazed with the boy's vast knowlege and respected his choice.

Joseph: Very well i shall get Bismarck to take you to your new base.

Joseph left to get Bismarck.

Y/n: I'd better get ready but first i'll need to stay here a little bit more to advise Joseph.

Bismarck arrives to take Y/n to ironblood base but Y/n has other plans.

Bismarck: Come now kommandant let us return to Ironblood.

Y/n: I shall once I help Joseph with base defence i found weak areas around the island.

Bismarck: Kommandant we need to move out soon otherwise the others will get worried.

25 minutes later.

Bismarck was getting really worried for their new commander so she decides it's time to look for him.

However when she finds y/n she notices a construction site and where y/n is telling the manjuus to reinforce defences.

Bismarck is surprised at what he was doing he was upgrading the defences in three lots in every 50m radius.

Bismarck (thoughts) This young man is gifted with the brains the technology and the engineering he is the best for commanding a fleet i wonder if high admiral Jessica recommended him as a high commander.

After ten minutes of upgrading the defences he looks toward Bismarck and tells her to get ready to leave for ironblood base.

Y/n: Alright let us move Bismarck i know i took some time to construct defences for Admiral Joseph but atleast it will help him against the sirens.

Bismarck: I know you were busy with helping construction.

Y/n: lets go to ironblood Bismarck.

Bismarck: Then come aboard me commander.

Y/n: Affirmative.

Timeskip when Y/n and Bismarck arrived at Ironblood.

Bismarck: We are here kommandant.

Y/n: I see thank you. now the first thing i will do is meet the shipgirls and then tour around the island i'll need to see what is exposed.

Bismarck became stunned at his words as he is thinking 5 steps ahead of time she knew y/n had talent but nothing compared to this.

Y/n (Thoughts) I should get to work with inventing better economy more efficient gun batteries and damage control. i'lll need to draw up some ship schematics.

Bismarck was trying to get y/n's attention.

Y/n: Sorry Bismarck i was in deep thought of how i could make this base more efficient and more productive.

All the shipgirls in ironblood were waiting on the new commander.
