Ethan and the others arrived at the front of the mirror sea and soon, they entered it, unknowing what lies ahead.

Ethan: "Everyone, be on your guard. This may very well be a trap."

The others nodded in response.

Suddenly, the path in front of them was disappearing and the fog was starting to close in on them. When they realized what had happened, it was already too late. Everyone was missing.

Ethan: "Damn it! Can you hear me? Anyone?" Ethan shouted but no one answered.

Ethan: "Wait, I'll try the coms. What?! It isn't working? Maybe it's because we're in a mirror sea..."

As Ethan talked to himself, the fog in front of him started to part, revealing a path.

Ethan: "I guess I have no choice..." he said as he went on the path.

Somewhere in the mirror sea...

Some of the shipgirls were able to regroup and are searching for the others.

Hornet: "This damn fog is so annoying! Not even our coms work here."

Yorktown: "Calm down Hornet. Let's just focus on finding the others."

Cleveland: "All we're missing now is Z23, Javelin, and the commander."

All of a sudden, a silhouette started to appear in front of them at it looked like it was Javelin and Z23.

Cleveland: "Hey you two. Are you alri-" she was then stopped by Yorktown.

Yorktown: "Be careful. I don't think they are Javelin and Z23."

Suddenly, the two began firing at the group.

Cleveland: "Hey what gives?! Why are you two shotting at us?"

Yorktown: "They must be replicas made by the sirens."

Hornet: "Those siren bastards. They think that we will hesitate to hurt someone that looks like our friends."

Yorktown: "Don't hold back. They may look like our friends, but they aren't. Let's destroy these fakes and continue finding the others!"

Somewhere in the mirror sea...

Z23 managed to regroup with Javelin and the two are now searching for the others.

Javelin: "Nimi, where is everyone? It's scary here..."

Z23: "It's okay Javelin. Let's just stick together and find the others quickly-"

The two then heard an explosion to their left followed by a small speck of light.

Z23: "There's something going on there. Let's take a look."

The two then approached the source of the explosion only to find the wreckage of a siren fleet."

Javelin: "What happened here?"

Z23: "I don't know... Javelin, look out!" she said as she moved towards Javelin to avoid the incoming object.

Cleveland: "Who's there? If you don't answer I'll shoot again!"

Z23: "Wait Cleveland! It's us, Z23 and Javelin!"

Cleveland: "Oh, it's you two. Sorry for shooting at you. I thought you were another one of those fakes that the sirens made." she said as she helped them get up.

Then, Yorktown and Hornet appeared.

Hornet: "We heard gunfire. Is everything alright?"

Cleveland: "Yeah. We're good. I thought that there was another duplicate of us but it turns out that it was them." she gestured to Javelin and Z23.

Yorktown: "Okay. All that's left is the commander. Let's find him and destroy this mirror sea quickly."

At Ethan's location...

Ethan was following the path for a while now. He wasn't sure where it would lead him but he had no other option. Suddenly, he arrived at a clearing.

Ethan: "Finally..." he said with relief but then he was back on his guard when he saw a mysterious figure approaching him.

Who is that? Maybe it's an enemy. If it is, I'll quickly finish this and- his thought was cut off when he saw who the mysterious person was.

Ethan: "Enterprise?! What are you doing here?"

She didn't answer him. She was emanating a dark aura and she had a killer look in her eyes. Suddenly, someone appeared behind her.

Observer: "She can't hear you. She is under our control now."

Ethan: "You little, what did you do to Enterprise?"

Observer: "Not much. We only granted her wish."

Ethan: "What wish?"

Observer: "Power. The strength to never be hurt again. That is what she wanted."

Ethan: "I don't know what you're talking about but I'm going to crush you and take Enterprise back."

Observer: "We'll see about that."

Near Ethan's location...

Yorktown and the others were wandering through the mist, destroying any siren fleet they come across.

Hornet: "The number of enemies is increasing the more we go this way."

Yorktown: "That means that we're getting close to the center. Keep pushing forward!"

They soon arrived at a clearing. The group then saw Ethan battling an unknown enemy.

Cleveland: "It's the commander. It Looks like he's fighting a siren. Let's go help."

They then tried to help Ethan but was shocked to see who he was fighting.

Hornet: "Enterprise?! Why is the commander fighting Enterprise?"

Yorktown: "I don't know, but it seems like it's not the Enterprise we know."

Suddenly, a bunch of siren ships appeared out of nowhere and surrounded them.

Observer: "No interruptions please."

Ethan: "Damn it."

Ethan wasn't paying attention and got hit by Enterprise's bombers.

Ethan: "Damn that hurts! Enterprise, stop this! This isn't you."

Observer: "I told you it's useless. She can't hear you."

Ethan: "We'll see about that!"

Ethan then approached Enterprise, only to be shot with an arrow. Thankfully, Ethan was able to block with his shield.

Ethan: "Enterprise! Enterprise!"

In Enterprise's mind...

Enterprise who had just fainted is starting to come to.

Enterprise: "Ugh, where am I?"

She then looked at her surroundings and realized that she was entangled by chains. She then looked in front of her and saw Ethan who was fighting.

Enterprise: "Ethan? Wait, why am I fighting him?" she said as she looked at the Enterprise that was fighting Ethan.

She tried to escape but the more she did, the more the chains tightened. She then saw a horrifying view of Ethan being shot by one of her arrows.

Enterprise: "No... No!" Let me out of here!"

Ethan: "Enterprise..."

She heard his faint voice echoing in the dark.

Enterprise: "Ethan? Please, help me!"

The outside battle...

Enterprise: "Please... He..lp me." she mumbled those words while resisting the control of the siren.

Ethan heard this and took the chance he had to get close to Enterprise but as he was about to reach her, an arrow hit his left leg. Despite all the pain he was feeling, he continued to approach Enterprise.

Ethan: "It's okay... I'm here."

He then got shot in the arm with another arrow.

Ethan: "Ugh... Enterprise."

Enterprise: "Please, stay away. I don't want to hurt you..." she said as she tried to resist even harder.

Ethan: "Never. I'll never leave you alone."

When he was in reach of her, he quickly hugged her and quickly took off the necklace that was controlling her, but as he was doing so, an electrical beam was shot to his head making him pass out.

Enterprise who had regained control of herself caught Ethan who was about to collapse.

Enterprise: "Ethan? Ethan!" she said as she held on to Ethan who had passed out. Suddenly, the area around them was starting to break apart.

Yorktown: "Enterprise!"

Enterprise: "Yorktown, I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-"

Yorktown: "We'll talk about it later. Right now we have to go!"

The group then left the crumbling mirror sea.

Observer: "Well, I guess that experiment turned out better than I had hoped. We'll see you again soon enough."

She then disappeared into thin air. Just as they exited the mirror sea, the whole area turned back to normal. The group then headed back to base.
