It was a great day on the newly constructed base of Azur Lane,there were shipgirls going around buying and spending time with each other,near the docks,Prince of wales,a woman with blonde hair and red eyes,wearing a red navy uniform with a red cape over it and a black skirt

was walking with USS Cleveland,she had blonde hair and red eyes,like Prince of Wales,she wore a blue tube dress with a white cape over it along with a black skirt

the 2 strolled along base,heading towards the docks,to meet a ship that had just arrived,when they got there,they saw HMS Illustrious,exiting her ship,she was a tall woman,with long white hair with blue eyes and she wore a white translucent dress 

behind her was a small girl with purple hair and purple eyes,she wore a white dress and was carrying a unicorn doll,the 4 greeted each other and talk

Wales:good day Illustrious

Illustrious:my and what do I have the honor for her majesty to greet me

Wales:oh please,Illustrious stop with the teasing,it's been to long

Illustrious:that it has been and good day old friend,who is that with you

Cleveland:oh,I'm USS Cleveland of Eagle Union

Cleveland then notices,Unicorn,hiding behind Illustrious's leg

Cleveland:hello there

Unicorn the fully hid behind Illustrious as Cleveland is left confused

Illustrious:I'm sorry for her,I hope you don't take it personally,she's just a bit shy

Cleveland:o-oh,it's ok

Illustrious:Unicorn,there is no need to be shy,please introduce yourself

Unicorn:o-oh,I'm HMS Unicorn of Royal Navy

Cleveland:it's nice to meet you Unicorn

Wales:why don't we go to the Academies meeting room,it will be better to discuss things there

Cleveland:yah and I'm sure your tired from the long trip here

Illustrious:yes,that would be very nice,Unicorn,if you want,you can roam the base,ok

with that,the 3 older ships went to the Academy to discuss some matters while Unicorn,roams the base

in the Academy,Illustrious,Wales and Cleveland were discussing some recent matters

Wales:has anyone been keeping an eye on Iron blood

Illustrious:no,unfortunately not,their lack of activity is concerning but there are more pressing matters at hand

Wales:the Sakura Empire

Illustrious:why wage,meaning less conflict

Wales:war never changes,no matter what the era,when the siren threat was slowly fading,we lost a common enemy,with that,they turned on us

Cleveland:lets just hope this won't get to out of hand or this might get very messy

Wales:reinforcing this base would be the best option we have

Illustrious:yes,this base will be a new central for Azur Lane activity

Somewhere else

outside the Academy a girl was walking around the area,she had white hair that was braided into twintails and red eyes,she wore a white and blue shirt with a pink jacket over along with a red skirt,she wore a necklace that had anchor with a gem in the middle as the end,it was the destroyer,USS Laffey

AN:just imagine her with the necklace

Laffey(mind):the necklace is emitting the energy,he told me about,he is near here but where 

she looked around the area and saw the beauty of the Academy,the pathways were made of brick and there was a single Sakura tree in the middle with multiple benches around its area,Laffey went up to one of the benches and sat down and closed her eyes and slept,a few moments later when she heard someone call her out,she opened her eyes to see Unicorn with a girl with purple hair and blue eyes,wearing a white overall with a blue skirt underneath,it was HMS Javelin

Javelin:uhm,excuse us but have you seen her friend,her name is U-chan

she points to Unicorn,who was holding a sketchbook

Laffey:what does she look like

Unicorn flipped the sketch book to show a very well made drawing of a very buff unicorn

Laffey:good drawing

Javelin:so have you seen her

Laffey:hmmm,.......Sleepy

Javelin:o-oh,sorry to disturb you rest,we'll go now

Laffey:hmmm,....Laffey wants to help,Laffey is also looking for someone too

Javelin:you will

Laffey:yes

Javelin:that's great,we should ask more people if they've seen your friend,Unicorn

Unicorn:ok

with that,the 3 left the academy in search of Unicorns friend U-chan,they went around the base and asked other people if they've seen her,the looked high and low and around tight spaces to see if U-chan was there,they were now at the docks,still looking for the missing friend,then Laffey felt the gem on her necklace emit more energy than before

Laffey(mind):the necklace is emitting more energy than before,does that mean,he's near water

the 3 searched the docks for any sign of U-chan but there was no luck,as they were exiting the docks,some shipgirls came up to them and told them that they saw U-chan,they pointed towards a hill on the island as the 3 thank them and go there,they rushed to the hill,the other girls spoke of to see U-chan being held by a girl,wearing a cloak

Unicorn:U-chan!!

the girl sets down the little stuffed animal as it runs to Unicorn,who picks it up

Unicorn:thank you for finding my friend

???:why thank me,I haven't done anything worthy of thank you 

Javelin:wow,I didn't know there was a view like this on the base,how did you find this,you must have a special skill

???:uhhh

Javelin:anyway,I'm Javelin

Laffey:I'm Laffey

Unicorn:and I'm Unicorn

Javelin:what's your name Ms

???:uh,my name is

suddenly,something flew overhead at high speed,they all ducked as that thing passes by 

Javelin:what was that,hey Ms,are you alr-

they look to see the cloaked girl gone,they look around but couldn't find her,she just disappeared

with the mysterious girl

she was on a tree holding some kind of blue cross,she talked to it as a voice came from it as well

Demon:this is Demon to Fox1,the base's layout is the same as the intel said

Fox1:good,proceed to rendezvous point,were going to begin the attack 

Demon:understood,Demon out

the call cuts as the mysterious girl,jumps from the tree and makes her way through the base and to the docks,then after she made it to her rendezvous point,numerous portals appeared and siren production models and jets came out

back to the 3

the bases alarms were going off,signaling that there is a siren attack,Cleveland jump up as multiple cubes form around her and her rig materializes,she guns down a siren jet,Laffey and Javelin then jump onto the water wit their rigs on, they both,open fire and down 2 siren jets,everyone on the base then joins the fight with their rigs equipped or equipping,soon,the siren attack was defeated but a few meters away from the base,a small tornado of Sakura Petals formed,then a voice spoke out

???:there are 2 factions in this war we fight in,the first is Azur Lane,who believe that all the sirens should be destroyed,then there's us who use the sirens technology to fight the sirens 

then 2 carriers were seen from the tornado bearing the flag of the Sakura Empire and on them were 2 women with 9 foxtails,the first had black hair and red eyes,she wore a

Cleveland:wait I know that flag

Akagi:1st carrier division Akagi

Kaga:1st carrier division Kaga

Both:Behold and tremble

their planes get enveloped by red and blue fire as they launch into the air,soon the sky was filled by the red and blue planes as they go to attack,everyone fired their AA guns and tried to down as many as possible,the mysterious girl then appeared without her cloak,she had white hair and red eyes with horns on her head,she wore a school uniform and blue skirt

Javelin:it's you again

Ayanami:I am Fubuki class Destroyer Ayanami

she grabs her sword and rushes at Javelin,she jumps in the air and does a downward slash but is blocked as the lock weapons with each other

Ayanami:taste the power of the demon

Javelin:demon?,why are you doing this

Ayanami:because we're enemies

she broke the lock and grabbed her gun and pointed it at Javelin,she fires it but misses as Javelin dodges all the shots,Ayanami ten fired her torpedoes at her,Javelin then jumps onto a ship to avoid the torpedoes as Ayanami follows her,they were now on top of the ship as they fight it out,meanwhile the others fought off the incoming planes as some fly over Cleveland then get shot down by multiple interceptors

Cleveland:interceptors,that means

She turns around to see Unicorn,standing on the water with her rig on while carrying U-chan

Unicorn:don't mess with my friends

U-chan then glowed brightly and as the light dissipates,U-chan had grew and Unicorn was riding her as they flew in the air,Unicorn then launched even more interceptors and downed more of the Sakura Empire aircraft,a few meters away,Kaga was floating in the air and looking at Unicorn

Kaga:by the looks of it,She's a carrier but at her size,she's hardly a meal but prey is prey

She then held up a white fox mask as it burns from her blue flames,her ship then glowed and transformed into a giant white 9 tailed fox with flight decks on each side of it's back,it roared loudly as Unicorn launches her planes at the fox

it counters by pointing all of it's tails at her and fires a barrage of blue energy,destroying all of the interceptors and hitting Unicorn as she fall onto the water,Javelin who had gotten some distance from Ayanami,tried to fire a charged lightning shot at the fox but was interrupted by Laffey who pushes her,an explosion then occurs from underneath Laffey and damages her

Javelin:LAFFEY

Laffey:there's is no need to worry,I am still combat capable

Laffey's necklace then starts to glow as it emits,strong waves of energy,the fox,who was closing in to eat Unicorn stopped and looked at Laffey as everyone did the same,even the 2 fox carriers,Laffey took off the necklace and moved it around in,the necklace would get stronger sometimes,then weaker at others,then Laffey found a direction where the necklace was strongest and surfed in that direction

everyone was just watching as the fighting completely stopped but everyone had their guard up,a few moments later,Laffey stopped as the necklace was now incredibly strong,she lift up the necklace into the air,as the necklace glowed very brightly,when the light subsided,there was a wisdom cube,floating in front of Laffey,it then floated away a few meters and then quickly plunged into the ocean

everyone stared at what just happened and stayed silent as a bright light came from below the ocean,it rose up until it broke the surface of the water which made everyone covered their eyes,including the fox,who was majorly affected by the sheer brightness of the light

it lasted for quite some time but when it died down,they saw a figure in its place,Laffey stared with awe as the figure grew a smile,the figure was then seen as a  boy with white hair and red eye,he wore a white and blue jacket with a white shirt under it and gray jeans with black and white shoes,he had a massive white sword,sheathed on his back and 2 big guns holstered on his thighs

AN:Just imagine him with a white and blue jacket

He looked around and saw the carnage of the battlefield and all the combatants on it,then he turned to Laffey with a surprised face,then he smiled

???:is it really you sis

Laffey then charged at him,then hugged him tightly as he almost fell backwards from the sudden tackle,he then ruffled Laffey's hair a bit as the little girl mumbles something

Laffey:brother

He smiles at her as he looks over to the others who were staring at them,he then sees the giant fox move away from Unicorn and face him,it roars loudly as everyone snaps out of their trance and turns to the fox,it points it tails at the 2 and fires,numerous balls of blue energy,the boy then picks up Laffey and carries her on his back as he disappears from his spot and reappears somewhere else,simultaneously dodging all the incoming attacks,when the fox stopped firing,the boy appeared on the docks and set down Laffey there and kneels to her height

???:stay here

He then unsheathes his sword as multiple wisdom cubes form around him,creating a rig,he had 2 triple barreled cannons on platforms and 4 auxiliary guns on the side with 4 AA guns in the back along with 4 quintuple torpedo tubes,2 on his waist and 2 on the side and 2 on the side of the platform

everyone was shocked to see him with rigging as even Akagi and Kaga was dumbfounded,he then disappeared as everyone looked around to find him,he reappeared above the fox as he takes it down with one downward slash,killing it as it burn and transforms back into Kaga's carrier,he then picked up Unicorn and vanished as he reappeared back on land next Laffey as he lays Unicorn on the ground,

???sis,watch over her

Laffey:ok

He stood up and faced the 2 kitsunes that were floating in the air

???:your the 1st carrier divisions,Akagi and Kaga,right,why are you attacking your allies

Akagi:ara,so you know about us,they are not our allies anymore,we,the Sakura Empire have joined Iron Blood to lay waste to your petty alliance

???is that so,*sigh*why do you Sakurans and Irons have to make things so difficult

He disappears then appears over Akagi as he smashes her down to the water with his sword,then kicks Kaga away,leaving him and Akagi in a 1 on 1,Akagi threw her paper crosses at the boy,who dodges with ease but the crosses become fighters and bomber,who chase after him

he guns down the planes as he fires a shot from his cannons,the shot lands and hits Akagi and her rig,severely damaging her before Kaga rushes in to save her sister but is cut off when the boy sheaths his sword and grabs both his guns,then unloads his ammunition on the carrier

he lands a few shots,putting some holes in Kaga's flight deck right before he  disappears and appears behind Kaga as he launches 10 torpedoes at point blank range,as soon as he launched the torpedoes,he disappeared and reappeared a good distance away,the torpedoes exploded and decimated Kaga and her rig,sending her flying into her sister that just got back up,they both weakly got up and looked at the boy

Akagi:Kaga we have to get out of here,were no match for him

Kaga:agreed but we could wait for reinforcements

Akagi:no time,look

They both turn to see the siren production models getting bombed by TBF Avengers and SBD Dauntless's,past the production models was a single carrier,with a white hair woman on it,she wore a white shirt with a large black jacket,the carrier then glows and becomes,numerous wisdom cubes and form around her,creating her rig,

She jumped onto a TBF Avenger and flew toward us as she bombed the remaining siren ships,then Akagi spoke up

Akagi:let's make this official Azur lane,we declare war on your alliance,we the Sakura Empire and Iron Blood will destroy all of you and a new name will be feared and it shall be Red Axis

With that a tornado of flowers enveloped them as they disappear,the white haired woman lands near the other girls while the boy turned to look at them,they were still mesmerized by the sight as he holsters his guns and disappears,everyone unsummoned their rigging and went back to land,the boy appears next Laffey who was helping a sitting Unicorn

Laffey:brother,are you ok

???:I'm fine,what about her

Unicorn:I'm fine now,thank you for saving me

???:there is no need to thank me

The other shipgirls walk up to the 3 as Wales steps up and speaks

Wales:thank you for helping us sir,we are grateful for your assistance

???:it was no trouble ma'am,happy to help,just glad everyone's fine for the most part,seems like a few took some heavy damage

Wales:yes,the repairs have already started,anyway,I do not believe that we know your name

Ladon:ah of course,I am USS Ladon,a super upgraded and modified,Benson Class destroyer

Cleveland:I've never heard of the USS Ladon before

Laffey:he's my brother

The girls gain surprised faces as they heard what she just said

Javelin:wait,Laffey,is this who you were looking for

Laffey:yes

Cleveland:you have a brother,does that mean he's the entire Benson Classes brother

Ladon:no my class is separate from the main one,the reason Laffey is my sister is because a lot of her schematics design was based of mine,she was put into the main part of the Benson Class because they couldn't full replicate me onto her but it still gives Laffey a heck of a boost in comparison to other destroyers

Cleveland:then why did you appear from the water

Ladon:that is a story for another time

Wale:sir Ladon ca-

Ladon:please drop the sir,Prince of Wales

Wales:how do you know my name

Ladon:I know a fair bit of the ships constructed but I don't know all of them,you are just one that I know of

Wale:I see,just call me Wales then,can please come with me,we have many questions and we are going to need answers

Ladon:expected,lead the way then
