Whereas humans lived centuries ago, they have acted and diminished the liking against the secretion of Vampires. As a superior race, Vampires have found it righteous of them to distinguish a rightful place on Earth.
In form of the event from 2036, Vampires have sought to permanently outlaw the human race. With the fight to end human power, Vampires won the vote to make every human a slave.
The humans resisted, but with short efforts the numbers of their race dwindled.

O R D E R  1.1
All humans are ordered to become slaves to the Vampire subjects.
If resisted, either the human will be punished severely or sentenced to death.

O R D E R  1.2
Being subjected to the Vampire race, humans are allowed to be mated to masters, no going forth harm shall come to them. That is immediate death on any subject, no matter the power.

O R D E R  1.3
Rather a mate is provided, humans are meant for blood banks, nourishing the superior species.

O R D E R  2.0
Humans are to obey every vampire, if unclaimed or unregistered by a master shall be under the pretense of public criticism and obtained for any master services.

O R D E R  2.1
Under the ruling of the New King, one free state has been called to be withstood, humans bare all claimed rights when unregistered or under the parole of Vampire Superiors.
