The villagers had kept a large festival to celebrate the arrival of Mahendra Bahubali. Everyone was enjoying themselves. Devasena who was carrying the baby in her hand was sitting at the center of the entire crowd on a throne created by them. Amar was standing next to her. At distance, Kumar was standing, supporting his weight on a pillar. Ayanika and Amar were standing next to eachother hand-in-hand at a quiet place in crowd. Renuka and Aditya were just standing behind Amar and Devasena.

Kumar was smiling looking at the couple and his nephew. Just then someone pushed him slightly from behind. He saw that person going towards Amar's family. Suddenly, he saw that person had a knife in his hand. He started going behind that person worried that he might attack the couple. But the person didn't get the chance and left. Seeing him leave, Kumar also went behind him.

He saw the person go near the Devi Ma statue where two people were waiting, while he hid behind a huge rock. He went up to them.

Person- Forgive me, your majesty. He escaped this time.

With a flick of his hand, Bhalladeva dismissed the person. Bijjaladeva still looked confused.

Bijjaladeva- (worried)Who was this person and who was he trying to kill? Why did you come over here that too at this point of time?

Bhalladeva- (angrily) I had sent him to kill my sweet brother, Amarendra Bahubali. But he failed. I will send him tomorrow even to kill Amar. If he is unable to do that then I will chop his head off.

Bijjaladeva- (mock anger) You usurped his throne, exiled him. Now you are stooping down to this level that you want to kill him.

Bhalla holds the neck of Bijjaladeva tightly, choking him. Seeing this Kumar gets shocked.

Bhalla-(still choking Bijjaladeva) Not just him, but his family too. If you oppose me, I will disregard the fact you are my father! (Pushing Bijjaldeva at Devi ma's feet)

Kumar comes out of hiding and goes near a dejected Bijjaladeva. He puts his hand on Bijjaladeva's shoulder. Bijjaladeva looks at him in shock.

Kumar- Yes, I overheard.

After helping Bijjaladeva stand,

Bijjaladeva- I know my son very well. If he makes up his mind... then he will achieve it, either by hook or by crook.

Kumar- then we must inform Bahubali at once.

Bijjaladeva- Will he believe us? Bahubali is very innocent. He will never believe this evil side of his brother. I can see only one way out.

Kumar- Please tell me

Bijjaladeva- That is also in your hands.

Kumar- (shocked) In my hands?

Bijjaladeva-(looking at him) Bhalladeva should be killed by you.

Kumar becomes numb.

Bijjaladeva- Do not say no, Kumar. For Bahubali's sake, for Devasena, and for their child. Kill my son Bhalladeva.

Kumar becomes determined to do the deed.

Kumar- alright

He leaves to gather forces. Just than, Akanksh comes over there clapping.

Akanksh- Wow, kakashree, what elaborate convincing plan you made. You should be given the official title of Gandharraj Shakuni, who was also known as the master manipulator.

Bijjaladeva-(smirking) But what will you do now? Teer toh kaman se nikal chuki hai.

Akanksh- Nikale hue teer ko wapas kaman mein dalna, Nyaydhish ko aata hai. (smiles)

Bijjaladeva- heh? (realizing) Ayanika kaha hai?

Akanksh- Jaha usse hona chahiye, Kakashree. (Streching his arms) Abhi adi neend aa rahi hai mujhe, mein chala sone. Shubh Ratri!

Bijjaladeva sits over there with his hand in head thinking will the plan be successful while Akanksh leaves with a smile on his face.

In a cave,

Kumar was addressing his gathered forces.

Kumar- Tonight, our mission is to kill Bhalladeva to safeguard the future of Mahishmati and Bahubali's family. Jai Mahakal!

Just when they are about to leave, they see Ayanika standing infront of them, and blocking their path. She had her ashtadhatu sword in her hand, which was gleaming in moonlight. She was looking like Ma Kalratri when she is ready to fight.

Kumar- Ayanika, please let me go. I need to do this in order to safe-guard the future of Mahishmati to protect your brother and your family.

Ayanika- If you go there with your forces than you won't come back alive because Bhalladeva is already anticipating your arrival over there. And how can you think Tatshree is on our side?

Kumar- I saw him take our side and try to stop Bhalladeva.

Ayanika- That was just a smokescreen. They actually want you to attack first and then claim that you tried to kill Bhalladeva, so that Ma gives the order of killing Amar Bhaiya.

Kumar- How can you be so sure?

Ayanika- (smiles) I have lived them more than you have. I know what kind of plan is going on their mind more than you do. Only once or twice I have failed but I have been successful most of the time.

Kumar- How come once or twice you failed?

Ayanika- It happened when their plans fully involved me. The first one happened when we were in Ashram and second one happened during the marriage of Amar Bhaiya and Sakhi.

Kumar- (curious) And how many times have you saved Amar bhaiya from their plannings?

Ayanika- (thinking hard) Might be 17 times or more. I don't know as I never counted.

Kumar- (round eyed) Ok, So I can trust you. But still Ayanika, we need to finish Bhalladeva to protect Bahubali.

Ayanika- I agree with you but this is not the right time. When the right time comes then you will be able to finish him.

Kumar- But...

Ayanika- No more, buts. If anyone will still try to go to royal palace, they will have to cross my sword.

Everyone backed off. Ayanika smiles.
