Bahubali and Kattapa had covered maximum of the kingdom. They were at the borders of Mahishmati kingdom. They had reached a forest area, which was under the jurisdiction of Kuntal Rajya. They stopped near a pond. Amar got off his horse and went near the pond.

Amar- At this age also you are fun-loving mama! (putting his hand in water)

Kattapa- Arrey what have you seen until now. In those days, when used to play with sword or stick, the women of our palace never used to blink.

Amar- (chuckling) Now leave it, Mama.

Suddenly a body floats on to the surface of the water. Amar gets shocked looking at the body. Kattapa and Amar both look around. They see a lot of boadies floating in water.

Kattapa- Pindari. They don't stop at looting people. Whoever gets into their hand, they create a water burial for them.

In palace,

Sivagammi was showing all the gifts she had got for Bhalladeva.

Sivagammi- For playing and entertainment, this pack of energetic elephants are only brought for you Bhalla. On the banks of Pranhita river, a palace, Vasant Mahal, is being constructed for you. Sivagammi was shocked. Bhalla leaves the place. While walking away his face has jealousy written all over it which is seen by a person. The person goes near a soldier. The soldier listens to what that person has to say and goes near Sivagammi.

Soldier- Chandra-Nayan has come to meet you Rajmata.

Chandra-Nayan enters the room. He salutes Rajmata Sivagammi. Chandra-Nayan was wearing red color dhoti with red color top and matching red color turban. He had an amulet around his neck which was worn by Prayagirajyam villagers. But Sivagammi feels something weird about him. She feels that she has seen the face somewhere.

Sivagammi- Oh so you are Chandra-Nayan.

Chandra- Yes, Rajmata.

Sivagammi- I have heard a lot about you. You are the messiah of the poor, right?

Chandra- That's what the people say about me.

Sivagammi- Are you happy with Amarendra Bahubali becoming the king?

Someone starts coughing in the background. Rajmata and Chandra look behind to see Renuka standing there with a old man, who had a large plate in his hand covered with a royal cloth. Chandra rushes near him.

Kajli nods his head and removes the cover from the plate. It had contained one of the best Naulakha haar which they had ever seen. Sivagammi goes near him and takes the haar from the plate. She goes near Chandra and shows it to him.

Sivagammi- How will the haar look on Ayanika?

Forest region

A troupe of royal family had arrived in the village. There was princess sitting inside palanquin. Amar and Kattapa had also reached thevillage around the same time. Kattapa goes near the leader of the carriage to ask him something. The leader just signals him to go away.

Kattapa- Oho, what pride this Veerbahadur has!

Suddenly, Pindari attack the village. The men folk in the village quickly grab their sword and start fighting the Pindari.

Amar- Soldiers dressed in civilian clothes, we have no work here Mama.

Some of the Pindaris attack the palanquin. The lady inside the palanquin starts fighting off the Pindari using her sword. Looking at the way, she was using her sword, Amar gets mesmerized. Kattapa was looking for the leader of the trope.

Kattapa- Where is our Veerbahadur?

He sees him sitting on a roof of a building.

Kattapa- Oh, there is our Veerbahadur (smiles).

Leader- (commanding his soldiers) 2 go there, 2 go there and 10 stay here with me.

Kattapa then sees the lady fighting with the sword.

Kattapa- She is using the sword like lightening, na Bahu, who can she be?

Amar is just lost in looking at her which Kattapa notices. Suddenly, he sees dome movement in the jungle. Amar and Kattapa go inside the jungle and see more Pindari troop waiting to attack. When the Pindari see them, they attack them. Amar gets his axe out and start fighting whereas Kattapa uses his hand. Then Amar passes the axe to Kattapa, and this goes on for sometime. Suddenly Amar remembers the fight of the lady, gets lost in thought. But he is still fighting to protect himself. When Kattapa gets stuck in a sticky situation, in that lost mind he cuts a tree and protects him.

Kattapa- (in angry tone) What is this Bahu? Where is your concentration? You just cut a tree, Arrey if you had done any mistake then my head would have gone. (flips Amar and helps him ward off an attack). My life would have gone.

Amar- I feel that I can do anything for her, Mama.

Kattapa- what do you mean by anything?(Amar holds the neck of attacker) Will you kill anyone? (Kattapa holds neck of another attacker) You will kill me also? Trust-breaker, I have done what not for you from childhood (both bang the attackers together).

Amar- too make us meet you need to do more things, Mama.

They go back to the village area.

Lady- Madhav, find the location of them and bring back all the looted wealth

Madhav- As you say Princess.

Leader- (comes over there) Make all of them prisoners. We will not leave anyone. Tie everyone nicely.

Women and children go near her to thank her. Along with the women and children, Amar and Kattapa also go.

Lady- (looking at Amar and Kattapa) You are like horses. Hiding among women, are you not feeling ashamed.

Kattapa- Sorry, Princess. My nephew is dim-witted. (pulls Amar near him) He does not do any work properly. That is the reason why his family threw him out of the house.

Kattapa elbows Amar to do the same. They all go to the Palace after that.

In Mahishmati,

Ayanika is pacing in her room when a pigeon comes and sits on her window ledge. She goes near the window and sees the pigeon carrying a message around its neck. She removes it from its neck and reads it.
