Hello! I was bored so there's a Lloyd mood board. At the top of each chapter I'm going to do one until I have nine left. Last will be Adelaide's because I'm still getting to know her. No hate at all for anyone or anything. Except for our faaaavourite princess..! Happy reading and feel free to use the picture however you want. Adelaide Thomas' pov

I slowly get out of bed as Kai shakes my shoulder.
"I'm up, I'm up!" I say groggily. He leans over me with a tired yawn.

"Thanks for taking this patrol tonight, Toothpick," he sighs. He slowly walks out of my room and I begin to get up.

I grab my gi and Spinjitzu it on. I feel the exhaustion fade as excitement flutters in my chest.

"Princess?" I hear Lloyd say distantly.
What has this guy gotten into now? I creep around the corner and only see the mask of deception in its glass case.

"Lloyd?" I ask.
No reply.

"I swear to god Lloyd..! If you're messing with me and leaving the mask all alone I am going to kill you!" I threaten. I curl a chocolate strand of hair around my finger- something I picked up somewhere for stress. I slowly creep across the beautiful floors until I reach a room. I peer through the open door and immediately notice the mess.
Did I sleep through a tornado?

"Lloyd?" I say on the the comm. Of course, Lloyd being the guy he is, forgets his comm to face a masked villain.

"Is Lloyd out?" Cole's voice says through my mask.

"I thi-" I begin.

"THE PRINCESS IS GONE! FIND HER!" Hutchins screams. I jump and nearly fall out of Harumi's open window.

"I think him and the princess are having a night on the town." I grimace as I sound pathetically jealous, but I can't help it.

"Don't worry toothpick, he can handle himself." Cole says. I can hear the smile in his voice as he reassures me.

"Thanks," I say. "Can I patrol with you?" I add hesitantly.

"Get over here!" He invites. I smile and make my way onto the roof. We jump up, kick back, whip around and spin on the patrol. I laugh and gradually begin to get tired. Only from the physical effort, because Cole is basically my social battery.

"We should do this more often!" He booms. I smile even more if possible and hum in agreement.

"I'm gonna go to bed." I say. "Goodnight. Tell my tomorrow if Lloyd comes home,"

"I thought you didn't like him?" He waggles his bushy eyebrows and I smile sadly.

"That wasn't the problem. He didn't like me." He looks at the ground guilty and I ruffle his ebony hair.
"Aww, I didn't want to ruin it!" I say with a playful punch.

He gives me a small smile before murmuring goodnight. I walk off and get in my peachy room. I close my eyes and dream.

I am falling, again. I scream for help. I look down and I scream louder. A gigantic cloud of darkness pools around the buildings. I close my eyes as I am about to enter the cloud and the scene changes. I am on top of a building that looked over run with dark matter, I turn around to survey the building and see a familiar dark purple face. I see a flash of green and hear a sickening scream. Lloyd.

Without thinking, I dive over the side.

"Del!" He screams. "You'll die!" I remain silent as I try to reach him.

"Del what are you doing?" Lloyd's gaze in me was different then usual, not sad but caring. I squeeze close my eyes and latch on to him. Wind whips my ears and almost deafens me.

"I have to try something," I say as we spin around the air. I scrunch my face with effort and he continues screaming.

"I control this." I murmur. "Maybe? I think I control this..!" I hype myself up and Lloyd's hair slaps against my face as he looks at me intently. I probably leave holes in his gi from how tight I grip onto him.

"Adelaide!" He gasps. I look down at my hands and smile. Peach, yellow and purple glow surrounds my hands.

"Whoa," I gasp.

"Hey, I love you, and I love how your skin is glowing and you love it but the ground is coming quickly, and WE'RE ABOUT TO DIE! If you have a plan please use it now!"

I realize that I can't do anything in this dream, I am only watching through this version of Adelaide's eyes. Since when does he love me?!

The dream begins to get foggy as a bright light spirals around me and Lloyd. My vision is completely covered with fog, until I realize that the scene changed.

"Adelaide, you summoned me here?" I squeak as a creaky voice interrupts my confusion.

"Master Wu?" I spin on my heels and see a smiling old man. He sits down on nothing and grabs a teapot out of nowhere.

"It is me, but why have I been summoned?" I raise an eyebrow and reach out to the man. My hand passes right through him and I recoil. He chuckles.

"You know, a dream is the elemental master of light's domain. Dreams sprout from light, they are light, or a illusion from your mind, did you know that?"
I huff in even more confusion. "Domain of light? Are you high, Sensei?"

He frowns at my words " maybe I didn't explain it well enough. But you will figure it out," he says confidently.

"But how are you here? Where are you right now, we need to get the other ninja and find you!" I ramble excitedly. Sensei shakes his head and laughs.

"I was summoned from your memories, Adelaide." I groan.

"We are never going to find you at this point!"

"Normally I would explain but you must wake up."

"Why are you so cryptic? Can't you just say it?" I growl.

"Impatience does not give you the answer," his beard swishes as he shakes his head.

"Never put off until tomorrow what can be done today." I counter. "Didn't you say that?"

"I-"

"Heyyy sleepy head~" Cole says gently. "Suns out, katanas out!" I swat his voice away in my head and blink open my eyes.

I see Cole's face hovering down and a Mop of hair on top of his beaming face.

"Uhh," I groan. "I was just getting answersss!!"
Cole gives me a small look like I just told him I was a physic unicorn, but soon resumes his normal bright smile.

"See you out there Toothpick!"

Lloyd garmadon's pov

I spar with Cole and he raises his hammer. I swiftly move out of the way as he smashes it down on the ground.
"Moonlit walks on the canal,sharing food," he grunts as he swings his hammer. Again, I dodge out of the way just in time for him to smack only the ground.

"Sooounds a lot like a date!" Cole teases. I stop his hammer with my katana with a clang.

"It was not a date!" I argue.

"A date-" Zane says while fighting Kai halfheartedly. "A social or romantic engagement that often involves a meal or romantic setting." I glare at him and he sends me a innocent smile.

"Ha ha! Can't argue with a nindroid!" Jay laughs.

"Look," Kai said as Adelaide came out. "If you like this girl you're gonna have to step up your game." Adelaide munched on a bagel and sat down on the ground and waited to be subbed in. She seemed uncomfortable as she rubbed her wrist.

"HYAH!" Kai said as he turned into a flaming fire ball. He surrounded Zane with fire.  Cole struggles and so do I to push the weapons apart.

"What do you mean, 'game?'" I ask.

"Like, you need to charm her, say you think she looks pretty, but not too often or it's creepy," Adelaide says firmly.

"Speaking from experience, Thomas?" I tease.

"Maybe," she teases back.

She can't totally hate me anymore if she's being playful with me,right?

"Or if you want to impress her," Cole says proudly "you've gotta act tough, like flex your muscles and stuff, break things!" He smiles.

Adelaide laughs, and I am put into a small trance, not as big a trance as Harumi makes me go into, but I lower my guard.
She looks like her dad. I realize with a smile. Her dad's chin, hair, light green eyes. Her laugh.

Why did she have to laugh like her dad?

"Please, please Lloyd don't do that," her face goes red from laughing and she begins crying a little.

"No way!" Jay agrees. "You've gotta make her laugh! Just ask Nya! She can't resist my sense of humor," he says with a smile.

Nya shrugs as she flips Jay on his back. "It's an...acquired taste."

Kai lays on the ground "don't listen to them, you've gotta act cool,like you don't even care," Kai says smoothly.

"But I do!" I protest.

"Oh, and by the way Kai, Skylor is going to have a talk with you when you get home." Adelaide says grimly. "She wants to know why you haven't spoken." He gulps and she laughs again.
"Aha! So you admit it!" Jay loops back to my statement. My face goes red and I don't deny.

"Oookay, none of you are helping him. And I mean none. Not even you Miss bad advice!" Adelaide makes a noise of protest but Nya continues. "You've gotta be yourself, it's so much easier then being someone else." I smile and I feel my feet get lifted from underneath me. I exclaim in surprise as I land on the cold hard ground.

Cole laughs. "Ha ha, got ya!" Adelaide smiles and I begin smiling and rolling my eyes.

"All right, I'm going to get my back iced" I glare at Cole from the ground and he smiles wider. "Adelaide can you sub in?" He eyes gleam and she jumps up excitedly.

"Sure thing! I'm ready to kick ass!"

"Okay nightlight, bring it on! I defeated the mighty green ninja!"
" with a shit load of cheating!" I defend myself as I walk away.

"Green's been around Miss Adelaide too much!" Kai laughs.

"Whatever.." I grumble as I walk inside. I keep to the wall by habit and I frown as I hear yelling.

"What we're you thinking,Harumi?" The emperor said angrily.

"You are a part of the royal family of ninjago!" Her mother exclaimed.

"You can't just go gallivanting with a ninja whenever you want!" I look into the room and see a guilty looking Harumi, staring into space while both of her parents berate her.

"It's undignified not to mention very very dangerous!"
"But he's not just a ninja-" the princess pleaded.

"You are royalty! He is not!" Her father said, audibly appalled.
I grimace as the emperor said that. I turn away to leave but I hear the jade princess sigh.

"I'm sorry, I have dishonoured our name and our home," she grumbles
"No Harumi, we're sorry," Her father backtracks. I stand there confused why would they do all of that just to say no we're sorry?

"We all have a role to play," he continues, putting a hand on Harumi's shoulder. "Yours is in the palace, you mustn't let your heart interfere." His tone suggests that the conversation is over and I hear a quick pattering on the floor. In panic, I flatten against the wall.

Out of the room comes a sniffling princess and she regards me in horror. Tears clot her white makeup.

"Rumi-" I call as she sobs down the hall. Somehow, her sobbing is still graceful, I can't help but think to myself. I begin to follow her but spin on my heels when I hear a sharp voice.

"If you know what's good for you," he puts a hand firmly on my shoulder. "Stay away from her." Hutchins abruptly turns away and I open my mouth to reply.

"What happened?" Nya's voice scares me, but I sombrely reply
"I can be myself, but not everyone is so lucky."

2015 words, the year my sister was born.
I typed sidter and it auto corrected to waiter... but my phone is rrrreeeeaaaallllllyyyy old. I wish I could write long chapters. One book I read on here had 11k words per chapter.
