I imagine there are four ways this happened/this is going down:

1) England and France teamed up on America to top him.

2) England and France are fighting over who's the better lover using America/who's better at pleasuring America/who America loves more/who loves America more.

3) Two of the three are a couple and wanted a threesome and invited the third/the third caught them and joined in.

4) FrUkUs couple and America bottoming is the norm/they take turns bottoming.
