"Jenna.....Jenna, wake up."

I opened my eyes. I felt sore. Really sore. I was tied up for anymore harm. I was freed. Who was it? I couldn't tell.

"Who there?"

"Jenna it's me."

I looked up and saw him. It was Tyler. He was right there. I couldn't tell if he was alive or dead. I reached out to touch him. I felt him. I really did feel him.

"Is that really you Ty?"

"I wish I could explain, but I need to get you out of here."

Tyler helped me up. He helped me quickly put on my cape before we ran out into the cold woods.

It was so cold. How could it be this cold? It was like running through ice. I felt like I was going to freeze each time I took a step.

I held onto Tyler. I wanted to know if he was alive. He looked pale, and faded. But it looked like he was real.

We heard the sound of angry dogs. I turned around to see a few of Jay's men running with hungry hounds. Tyler heard it too.

"Keep running Jenna!" He yelled while helping me back to my feet.

We ran until we found an icy river.

"This will draw the hounds away."

I tried placing my foot into the river, but I shook it out quickly because of how cold it was.

"Tyler I can't!"

"You have to, they'll lose the smell easily."

"I can't Tyler, if I step into the river, I'll die."

"I've seen what Jay's hounds do to a person, this way is better."

I was scared. Tyler pulled my hand.

"You're strong Jenna, you can do this."

Softly, I placed my entire lower body into the river. Tyler did the same. I gasped and shivered. I felt like I was going to die.
But I made it.

Tyler took me to a tree which hid me away from anyone. He sat by my side. I touched his face.

"Are you alive Tyler?" I asked.

"I wish I was." Tyler said.

Tears ran down my cheeks.

"I wish....you.....didn't.....die."

I fell into his arms. I was so cold and so sad. Tyler cuddled me, rubbing his hands all over me.

"I'm sorry he did this to you." He said.

"Don't worry, I was raped as a child. I know what it's like."

Suddenly, the sound of Jay's hounds were approaching.

"You have to go now Jenna."

I pulled on his shirt.

"What about you?"

"I'll distract them so that you can get away."

Tyler kissed me on the forehead before getting up and fading away. It actually distracted them. But when I got up, one of Jay's men held me down. The other one laughed.

"I can't wait to see what Jay does to you next."

Before he could unbutton his pants, his face split in half. It was Josh and Zack.
