The 3 of us ended up walking into what looked like the ruins. Zack couldn't make out what it was. But me and Jenna could. It was the forest. The forest Tyler and I called home.

"It feels like we haven't came back for sometime." Jenna said.

"Yeah." I replied.

The three of us huddled together, looking at the the ruins of the forest. Some looked the same but the others were damaged or completely burned.

We looked around a bit. Jenna saw where she normally would be spent time at. That same trunk where she sat and leaned her head against tree. I remember how she would listen to all of Tyler's songs.

I saw it too. She looked at me.

"I'm surprised this survived." She said.

"Me too." I said. "Maybe you could try sitting in it."

Jenna reached for my hand and I helped her onto the trunk. When she leaned her head against the tree, she burst into tears. Zack went over to comfort her.

"What's wrong Jenna?" He asked.

"I won't be able to hear Tyler sing anymore." she said.

As Zack was by her side, he looked some surviving picture pinned on the trunk.

"Wow Jenna, look at these." Zack said excitedly.

He handed one to her.

"Tyler looks so cute in this one.

I walk up to the trunk real slowly. Zack continues to describe the pictures.

"Aww, you guys look so happy. 3 months of marriage and you guys look amazing. Every picture, perfect-"

"Zack, shut up." She said harshly.

They both watched as I stared at our pictures. I started remembering our love, how I promised Tyler I would make it real. Every night, he made me swear it. And I would.

"Josh, promise me we'll make it real."

I placed my hand on his cheek.

"I will Tyler, I promise."

We kissed, connecting our hands together.

I remember when he died. How that bullet went into him so quickly and quietly. I can remember Tyler touching his chest, all that blood. So much blood.

The blood even slipped into my hands as I tried to heal his wound. But all that wasn't enough to save him.

Tyler died right in front of me. He died in my arms. His entire body went limp and I could hear him breathe his last breath. How it looked like he was looking up to the sky, lifeless.

And I made the worst mistake in my life. I honestly don't regret it, but I know it was wrong. I have murdered.

I killed a teen girl in her bed. I shot a mother and a father twice to stop their heart. I'm a monster. Jenna said it herself.

As I placed my hand onto one of the pictures, a tear rolled down my cheek.

Zack and Jenna watched. They too were sad. But suddenly, I heard a voice.

"Josh?"

That voice, it sounded so familiar. I turned my head and looked up to sky, eyeing the brightest star next to the moon.

"Who is that?"

"Josh, it's me, Tyler. Your beloved husband."

I smiled. Another tear came down my cheek.

"I thought I'd never hear your voice again."

"I'd thought I'd never see you again." He said.

"Tell me Tyler, we're lost. Where should we go?"

"Go where your heart tells you to." He said.

"Jay is out there, and he will find us. I'm worried."

"Don't worry, I'll always be there with you."

"You will?"

"I promise."

I smiled.

"Thanks Tyler, I love you."

"I love you too."

Jenna looked up to me.

"Who were you talking to?" She asked.

"I was talking to Tyler."

"How were you?" Zack asked. "He's far beyond."

"No he's not." I said. "He's here. And we're not giving up."

"That's what I'm talking about!" Zack said excitedly.

The three of us laughed and enjoyed the rest of the night together. I immediately forgot about missing Tyler. Even though I'll never see him again, I believe he's here with us, in our hearts.
