The next day was eventful

     "Hey Dev. "

     "Mira you don't look too good "

     "I'm fine it's just. I dunno. I feel drowsy"

     "You sure you'll be fine "

I nodded

     "Hey" I heard someone say beside me

     "Hi boys " I said to Alvin and Alden

     "You good? " Alvin asked

     "Yes" I said

Alden didn't seem to believe but he let it slide.

     "Chicken soup always helps " Alden said

     "Yh. It's the best"

     "Definitely " I agree

     "Which is why we brought you some " Alden said handing it over to me

     "Wyatt said you should finish every last drop by the way" Alvin continued

Wyatt? Why the hell will he care

I shrugged "Thanks guys "

     "I know Devon's been your best friend since forever but if he's busy and you need help. Tell us okay? "

I nodded weakly

Over time I noticed Wyatt's strange behavior. It's like he was trying to get closer to me

I even think Devon is in on this because sometimes, he leaves me with Wyatt and when I ask him about it he apologizes and we both know he doesn't mean it.

If he's trying to set me up with Wyatt he should tell me. I don't think Wyatt likes me though. Even if he does I'm not in the mood for a relationship

And Devon damn well knows that

After what he did to me. Dating or falling in love is out of question

     "Are you even listening to me " June said as we walked home

Today was a beautiful day and we felt walking would be best

     "Sorry. Just spaced out for a minute"

She smiled "I was asking you what you think about Zayn. "

     "He's nice and cute " then I gasped " Did he ask you out"

     "Yeah" she said and bit her lip shyly

I squealed "Oh my god. That's amazing and it's only been a few weeks "

     "A month and three weeks"

     "You're even counting. That's so cute. You've got to say yes. He treats me like a sister and you as a queen"

     "Someone else is being treated as a queen "

      "Yeah. Alden treats Betty like she's the most precious thing in the world"

      "I was talking about you silly"

      "Me? "

      "Yes you. You don't seem to notice how much he simply adores you"

I gave her a don't-you-dare look to which she simply ignored

     "He doesn't like me" I say

     "I swear girl. His eyes light up when you walk in "

     "Only you seem to notice that"

     "Nuh uh. It's not just me "

I groaned "Just drop it please"

     "You need to move on Mira"

I gave her a small smile "I'm trying "

She smiled back

Suddenly we heard a noise

     "Who's there " June asked

     "Hi ladies" a man said as he stepped out of the shadows "Looking good today aren't we"

Shit. This is bad. Where are the guys when you need them

Another guy came out from hiding blatantly checking me out as licking his lips

Just as he was about to grab me. A firm fist reached his face.

I turned back to see 3 angry persons

Zayn. Devon. Wyatt.

     "Touch her and you fucking die" Wyatt spat out

They laughed in his face

Then they looked around. It was quiet and empty.

Why did we take this trail

Suddenly I heard bones cracking. There were two wolves in front of me

     "Don't worry Alpha" The first wolf said venom dripping in every word "I'm sure you'll be dead in a bit

June's  eyes show confusion like mine. The boys however look fearless

The boys try to hold them off. But then I heard cracking and I saw Wyatt and Zayn. Both as wolves.

I could barely think straight anymore

Suddenly I was hit by something and I felt of it coming a second time but some wolf held it. I dunno who it was. Bad guy or good guy but the wolf was beautiful. Wait! Why am I thinking this I'm about to possibly die

     "Touch my mate again and I will kill you slowly and painfully"

Was that? Wyatt?
