Life a bed of roses, there are thorns everywhere

Almira's pov
     "Luke" he practically growled out "Mine" he deadpanned

     "Are you Wyatt's wolf"

He nodded and smiled

I nodded and tried to back away

     "Are you scared of me"

     "um... No"

     "You shouldn't. I just want to talk"

He pulled me in town his lap and made me look at him

     "Luke"

     "So beautiful. All mine. All mine"

     "You can't just say that like I'm an object, Luke"

     "Who" he pinned me to the wall

     "Who what? "

     "Who else do you belong to" he growled and I was terrified

     "No one"

     "Good. I don't share" Luke growled and buried his head in my neck "I want to mark you" I heard softly

I looked up to meet his gaze. It was Wyatt

     "I'm sorry. Luke felt agitated and needed to come out"

     "Did it hurt"

      "What"

..    "I was probably in heat. I guess and aren't unmated males supposed to pull to this."

     "It was worth it"

Honestly, Wyatt does a lot for me. I'm beginning to love him. I couldn't help but smile

     "C'mon. You'll have a bath and I'll wait for you" he said with a smile

I nodded

I tried to ignore Luke's words, how long has Wyatt or Luke rather felt the urge to mark me and why hasn't he bit me yet.

     "Al, baby are you ok?"

I nodded "I'm fine"

     "Let's go have breakfast then"

He led me to the dining. I noticed that Zayn and June weren't here

     "Where are Zayn and June" I asked

     "Out"

     "Ok?"

Wyatt's mum seemed surprised to see me and from the way her eyes foggy I could tell she was mind linking someone, my guess being my lovely mate. As soon as her eyes returned to normal she shot me a worried glance. I looked up to Wyatt

     "Have your breakfast" he pushed the plate towards me

I started eating but I could feel eyes on me then a growl erupted from Wyatt. I looked at him and he ignored me. The tension was extremely thick in here

After breakfast, Wyatt took my hand and led me outside for a drive according to him

Right now we were sitting on a blanket in a very secluded area of a private park he owns
     "Are you mad at me" I asked

He growled "No"

     "You aren't talking to me, I feel like I did something wrong"

     "Everything is fine, I promise" he said putting his hands on my thighs

My breath hitched and I heard his chuckle

     "Can I ask you something" I found the courage to say

     "Ask away"

     "Why did your wolf take over today"

He growled at this and I flinched

     "I would never hurt you, Almira, I would kill for you, don't flinch away from me please" he said resting his forehead on mine

     "You still haven't answered my question"

He chuckled humourlessly "Luke can't control himself, he's a possessive Alpha wolf"

     "Why can't he control himself"

     "I'll be honest Almira. I want you, I want you trust me, I want you to like me not because you have to but because you want to. I love you"

I was gaping at him

     "You don't have to-"

He was cut off by a scream, my scream

     "Baby, Almira" he said

I was whimpering and crying "It hurts. Isn't it supposed to end"

     "I can't see you pain. I'll make it better. I promise "

He kissed me, he kissed my lips roughly then trailed his tongue down to my jaw, then below my ear nibbling on my skin.

He trailed his kisses to my neck. Kissing, biting, sucking and nibbling on my flesh.

I let out a moan when he sucked on a particular spot.

       "I'm sorry"

That was the last thing I heard before I felt pain all through my body then pleasure

Then it went black

Wyatt's pov
She was too cute, I could never be mad at her, I just didn't know how to go take it with her.

Mom had clearly shown her displeasure with me bringing Almira down with unmated wolves present.

I dare them to try and touch her. They'd die and I wouldn't fucking care

I noticed how uncomfortable she was with stared in her so I made it clear who she belonged to. Brother or not, no one can hurt my mate.

I love her. The best thing that has happened to my life since Juanita. She's an angel

I could feel her nervousness rolling off in waves.

I was in the middle of answering her when she screamed

Her heat. Dammit

She was in pain and the only way to end this was marking and/or mating

I kissed her and I kissed her hard let him her know who she belongs to. I kissed her neck and before I could register, my canines were throbbing at my gums

     "I'm sorry" I whispered just before my canines sank in her flesh.

I was going to regret this but at least she isn't in pain anymore
