And so, I waited. 

And waited. 

  Days turned into weeks.   Months. It was exhausting but I wasn't leaving her. Never going to leave her again. The fact that she almost died without me was... 

  Everyday was hard. But I occupied myself by listening to her music. Her phone which her dad unlocked.

  She had good music, by the way. Seven Lions, PVRIS, Panic! At the Disco., Elliot Middleton.. dang, a lot. But I didn't look at anything else., of course.

  Until. I came to a playlist read Petra. Even her name gave me nostalgia. I didn't open it. 

Nothing much happened. 

Nothing ever happens.
