"Naira, khana khao jaldi, you have to be perfectly fine very soon"
"I dont want to eat. These foods are so awful, completely tasteless"
"Who will give you tasty unhealthy foods here now? Chupchap khao jaldi"

"Okay, then I will not take you to Sirat" Kartik said.

Taking the opportunity of Kartik's absence at first Naira was thinking to throw out the food , but then she realized she had to be fit and fine very soon which was not possible without food. So she continued chewing with a disgusted face.

Kartik brought a wheel chair and said "Doctor has told that you can go but walking is not good for you now, so you have to go in this chair"

Kartik took her in his lap and placed her in the wheel chair.

"Sirat, how are you now?"
Sirat's eyes were closed, actually she was feeling a little drowsy because of medicine. She opened her eyes slowly to see who it was and became surprised.

Basically the body which was found by Police was someone else body. One of a local family had found Naira just after the accident and they took Naira to the local hospital. The area was so interior, so it was beyond the imagination of anyone that Naira can be there. Dr Thakur sometimes went to visit some remote area's hospital, and that way he found Naira. He had taken as a challenge to recover Naira, so he brought her here with him.

Sirat was so happy for them. Naira was also happy to meet Sirat.
"Jaldi se thik ho jao Sirat, hum sab eksath jayenge ghar "
"Ghar?"
"Haa, ghar. Goenka Villa. And you will stay with us.
Mein nehi chahti hu ki tum hostel mein raho aur, tabiyat bhi to thik rakhna hain na? I want to look after my sister"
"Sister?"

Sirat was so overwhelmed with emotion to express her feelings. Tears rolled down from her eyes. Finally she was also getting a family.
"Pata hain Sirat kuch saal pehle na humare family mein kuch problem hua tha, tab wo solve karne ke liye mein pretend kar rahi thi ki I have a lookalike sister. Tab Kartik ne mana kiya tha jhutmut ka  natak karne se. Uss ko yakein tha ki same dikhnewale do log ho hi nehi sakte. Mein to reality nehi soch rahi thi, to natak jaari rakhi. Though our problem got solved but finally it  was proven as a drama. Par tabbhi nehi laga tha ki sach mein ekdin mere humsakal se mulakat hogi. That time I was playing my own sister's character. But this time I will have the real one. Welcome to the family" Naira smiled.
And Sirat hugged her tightly saying, "thank you for giving me a family di. I will be grateful to you always. "
"Don't say thank you to your di. "
Kartik hugged both the girls happily.
