Naira was sitting on hospital bed and was thinking so many things. She was confused for the whole matter and eagerly waiting for her Kartik. Suddenly a nurse came to the room.
"Hello Mam, how are you feeling now? Let me check your blood pressure. "
"I am good. Do you know what has happened with me? "
"You were senseless when Dr Thakur brought you here, he has tried his best to cure you, but you were in coma. He continues his treatment. And finally you are fine after such a long time. And see your blood pressure is also normal. I will send Nurse Pinky to collect your blood, as we have to do some routine test before releasing you. " Nurse was blabbering all this as well as was doing her job. But our Naira was so lost in her thoughts.
"Dr Thakur! Who is he? He brought me here, not Kartik! And where is Kartik? So many new names.  Where am I actually? "
Nurse was about to go,
" Excuse me, can you tell me where is my husband?"
" Your husband?? I dont know him, is he here? "
"Yeah, actually sometimes before a nurse came and told that, someone named Sirat, she needs ventilation , and my husband has gone with that Nurse, but where that I don't know"
"Sirat? You mean the new patient who is lookalike to you? May be you are talking about the handsome man with her. He is at her cabin. But is he your husband? We thought he is Sirat's husband. Infact we were thinking you are Sirat's sister."
"What?? I dont know who Sirat is. I just want to meet my husband. Can you take me to Sirat's cabin?" Irritated Naira asked.
"Sorry Ma'am, you need to take rest for some time more. Then I will definitely come to take you outdoor. "
"Okay." Disappointed Naira replied.
Sirat, lookalike, her husband, Dr Thakur all words were making Naira more and more confused. She wants to go to her Kartik and ask to tell each and every details.
"Please Kartik, jaldi aao. Mujhe mere sare sawal ka jabab chaihein. Have you got married again? Is she really look alike of me? But how can you marry again? " All this was the main topic of her thought.
"Mumma" Kairav and Akshu was there and this one word brings Naira to reality.
"Mere bachhe. I love you, please come here"
Akshu was a little confused, but Kairav said her,
" Akshu dekho mumma thik ho gayi hain, mumma mil gaye hume firse, aap miss karte the nah mumma ko?"
"Mumma??? Sirat" Akshu said.
Naira looked at Akshu shockingly.
"She is also saying same name? Who is she? Is she your new wife? You are still not here but with Sirat. What is the relation between you and Sirat? Who am I to you now? "
"KAIRAV PAPA KO BULAKE LAO" Naira said .
"Yes Mumma" Kairav ran to find his father. He was worried for his mother. Because seeing Naira's tensed face he had felt that something is wrong.
