(Flashback Avona POV) 3 weeks before the Battle of Mandalore.

After seeing the latest reports from Mandalore about the wars Carnage I knew it was time for action and I couldn't just sit back anymore.

After Satine ended the call Mila walked up to me and Hugged me. "Mother were going to help them right." She says warmly.

I smiled at her Mila was now 19 years old and Had recently Graduated from the Morelian War college. "Yes Mila Even if it costs me my position I'm Done simply doing nothing." I say firmly as she smiles at me.

"Me and the knights will follow you mom no matter what." she replies as I begin preparations.

I send an order every major Army group to Mobilize and I instruct the star forge to begin even more mass production And in secret I send a similar order to the Raxon Drive yards However I know I need the backing of the Parliament for nay hostile action of this scale.

So 1 week later I called a session.

(Time skip).

After arriving On Raxus I enter the Parliament chambers and take my seat waiting for the other senators.

Once They've all been seated I begin My speech. "Senators I called this session today to seek aid in making an important decision.

As you all know for years our great confederacy has guarded the planets under our banner with great diligence and success however many worlds like the ones of the old Tetan Empire and now the hundreds of worlds Guarded by the United Kingdoms of Mandalore.

Millions suffer while we live in peace and I don't need to go off on much of a limb here when I say that we fought for peace and freedom once and I am here to ask you if you would be willing to do it again.

so I wish to ask you this.

Are we not the CIS The government that Guards the rights and freedom of people from corruption and Tyranny." I say as they all shout yes.

"isn't our army the very one that defeated the corrupt Jedi order and defeated the GAR." Once again Shouts of Yes are my reply.

"Then my final question to you is this. Are you willing to stand by me and our brothers and sisters in arms as we prepare to march across the galaxy and to free the millions suffering just as we once did.

let us go together and win one last final victory a victory of true freedom for all the galaxy." I declare as the senators erupt in applause and cheers.

After my speech Premier Singh called for a vote to dictates if we would go to war or not.

70% voted in favor while 30% voted against one of the senators who said nay stood up and began to speak.

"If we are to go to war then I say we avoid the late republics mistake by making a council of war made up of senators who the grand countess approves of" he suggests and many nodded their heads in agreement.

I eventually choose 8 to be on the war council and the ones chosen were as follows.

Senator Amidala who would be in charge of overseeing operations in Mandalore which I planned to make our first moves against the empire.

Senator Tawni Ames who would be charged with operations from Desix and her goal was to threaten the former Hutt space lanes since empire controlled a few in the rim.

Senator Salmora Singh son of the premier who would maintain operations to guard the home front.

Senator Lux Bonteri who would launch attacks from onderon to threaten the empires other mid rim holdings,

Senator Olcran Devrou a Munn senator from Mygetto who would be tasked with its defense and conducting operations to ord Mantell.

Senator Tills of Mon Cala who would be charged with operations from there.

Senator Riyo Chuchi of Pantora who would be tasked with guarding our supply routes to Mandalore.

Senator Roge Manvers from Malastare who would be tasked with operations Targeting lothal.

While Tills and Roge were war hawks I knew their input would be crucial.

5 days before we attacked mandalore I boarded the Matriarch and Approached Admiral Trench.

"Ah grand countess I've been looking forward to this day for a long time." He says saluting me as I stand next to  him.

Grinning I turn to face the bridge as we jump to light speed.

"So have I admiral So have I." I reply.

(End of flash back).

As we exit light speed it isn't long until we route the imps at Mandalore.

As they scramble to retreat I decide to leave the fleet in trenches command as I head for the surface to meet the duchess.

Entering my private ship we weave our way through the battle field escorted by a squadron of Vulture droids and tri fighters and Arc-170s.

From the atmosphere I see my army tearing into the imperial forces lead by Carmiya as we approach the landing pad theee Mandalorians are waiting.

Smiling at them I exit my ship and salute satine.

"We're done playing ossicle it's time for action." I declare as satine her sister and Obi wan remove their helmets.

"Indeed grand countess I must say I look forward to fighting beside you rather than against you." He says with a light chuckle.
