(Takodana).

As a rebel shuttle approached Takodana Anakin strode onto the bridge as the pilot saluted him.

"General Skywalker Queen Maz Kanata has given cleaners for us to land.

"Excellent remember boys we need to make a good impression on the good Queen or else we will have problems establishing more bases." Anakin replies with a nod.

Returning to his seat the pilots make their way to Takodana palace where Maz awaits them.

"Ah General Skywalker welcome." Maz says with a smile.

"Highness." Anakin acknowledges with a bow followed by his two guards.

"Come there is much to discuss." Maz says ushering them to follow.

Entering the palace Maz leads the group to an ornate dining chamber.

Clapping her hands three droids enter and pour refreshments for the group.

"So the rebellion wishes to establish a base here." Maz questions taking a sip as Anakin nods.

"Yes with the empire tightening its grip we need more places to divide their attention and the confederacy isn't exactly very welcoming to rebels." Anakin replies looking down in anger.

Maz leans back in her chair as she sighs. "As much as I want to fault the Sepratists for not welcoming you rebels with open arms.

I can't. They hate the republic and since your rebellion represents the remnants of that government it's a miracle Avona hasn't decalred you all outlaws yet."

Anakin wanted to tell in anger and rant about the evil that lied within the confederacy but he knew he couldn't because he knew Maz was right they had every right to hate the republic for its neglect and turning their backs on the rim.

"Enough of that talk I need an answer Queen Maz will you help us or not." Anakin asks sharply.

Maz hesitates for a moment before replying with a look of determination.

"You may use Takodana to fight the empire but under no circumstances are you to attack the confederacy, the last thing I need is the Sepratist armies removing my empire for good."

"That reminds me why haven't you been removed yet I thought the confederacy outlawed piracy and black market activity." Anakin questioned.

"Simple I made a deal with Avona we would establish a mercenary status and we would act as an intelligence organization for them however I was commanded to remove my less than legal businesses.

However that deal is fragile as some of my men have committed atrocities and while I've justified them as best I could all it takes is one bad move before Avona has had enough." Maz explains.

After two more hours of negotiations Anakin got the treaty signed and rebels were soon flocking to Takodana.

After another month they were already hitting the empire hard but little did Amidala know that peace would soon be broken.

(Desix Sector).

"Captain we are approaching Desix." An officer says handing the young man a data pad.

"Good make sure the cargo ships are ready to land." He says grinning.

Nodding his head with a smile the officer relays the order.

Outside the finalizer destroyer 7 rebel X-wings and 6 Y-wings enter the system and quickly attack the destroyer stunning the crew.

"What the." The captain explains stunned at the sudden attack. "Launch all fighters protect the frigates." He commands the deck officers who nod and scramble to carry out their orders.

In the lead X-wing the Comamnder comms his men. "All units knock out the ships navigation and communication systems we need those supplies." Jobien orders.

"Yes Sir." The squad replies.

All around the Finalizer and Frigates chaos reigned as rebel forces attacked the destroyer and its fighters.

Eventually more rebel ships entered the system and began to board the damaged Sepratist ships.

However Sepratist fighters begun to fight back more effectively the rebels as more X-wings arrive to chase off the Morelian Star fighters.

Eventually one y-wing begins to hurl itself after it catches fire, towards the command ship.

Seeing this the captain turned to his commmader. "Contact Desix inform Governor Ames we need to warn-." He orders just as an explosion destroys the bridge.

As the rebels leave they take the frigates and their crews prisoners as they jump to light speed.

(4 hours later).

"We are scanning no survivors I'm sorry There's no one here Governor Ames." A tactical droid informs her.

tawni doesn't say anything as she glances over the wreckage and sighs sadly before something catches her eye,

A ruined X wing floating through space and at the sight of it Tawni's blood begins to boil.

Turning to her tactical droid she storms over to the communication travel.

"TG-67 contact the governess inform her of what happened here. Meanwhile I'm going to call an old friend."

"Yes governess." TG replies with a bow.

After he leaves the holographic image of Padme amidala Appears.

"You have some explaining to do Senator and I warn you lying will make this worse." Tawni growls as Padme Gulps nervously.
