Avni told neil to go while she will give bebe her medicine and then come

Neil nodded and left while avni went to the kitchen to warm up milk and then to  bebe room

Bebe:puttar u didnt sleep she asked seen avni walk into her room with milk and medicine

Avni: no bebe I came to give u your milk and medicine.

Bebe: It was not needed beta ja go and sleep now

Avni nodded and went back to the kitchen and got herself her spoon and took the container out of the plastic back and headed up to the room

As she entered she said the lights dimmed and neil already laying on the bed with his eyes closed

Avni sat down on the couch and opened the container and started to eat the kheer neil made...even though it had less sugar she still ate as she knows how much efforts Neil's puts into his food that he cooks...plus kheer was her fav too so she couldn't resist having it and on top of that it smelt good too...

Neil who was awake but had his eyes closed...he slowly opened it....he had known avni had entered the room as the door opened and closed but not able to feel her on the bed next to him for a while made him curious since the bathroom door didnt make a sound

He opened his eyes slowly  and sat up carefully  to see her back facing him sitting sideways...

Neil ( in his head) : what is avni doing on the couch ?

He was about to get up when he saw her lift the container up a little making the kheer visible

Neil was surprised for a second... he saw avni changing her position a little making her side face visible and was able to see that smile on her face while eating the kheer he made

He wondered as to how he hadn't noticed her taking the container and felt happy knowing she is eating his kheer.A small blush crept on Neil's cheeks.. seeing Avni eating his 'not so good' kheer made his heart flutter. Losing a competition to Sahil, did not seem so bad now. He  ruffled his hair and pulled the duvet over his face, only his eyes were visible. Fighting a huge grin and kept secretly looking at his love, when the sleep came , he himself did not know. He felt at peace..

Avni finished her kheer and placed the container on the coffee table as she decided to take it down in the morning...she got up and decided to go and change into her pyjama

After few mins avni came out as she left her hair down since she had it clipped on for the whole day...she placed he phone onto the side table and got onto her side of the bed pulling her duvet up as she got comfortable...she turned to face neil and saw him asleep ..a small smile came onto her face as she saw how peacefully he was sleeping ... unaware that sometime ago he was watching her lovingly as she was enjoying eating the kheer he had made

Avni slowly closed her eyes finally allowing sleep to take over her

The next morning avni came out of the washroom while Neil had woken up an hour before her as he recieved a call from vidyut and was on a conference call with him and the commissioner in the study room

Avni came out wearing casual clothes rather than a saree for a change and did her hair, lipgloss  mascara and then applied a little bit of sindhoor and put on her mangalsutra and headed to go downstairs

As she was walking out of the room...neil was walking towards the room as he was on the phone to vidyut discussing about what the commsioner had told them

Avni smiled at neil as she saw him walking in her direction  while neil smiled at avni but his eyes were literally staring at her the whole time which somewhere made avni feel something stir inside her

As she walked past him she suddenly stopped and slowly turned around to see Neil holding on to her wrist  with his back facing her as he was still on the phone... neil turned around and moved towards avni as he was still on the phone to vidyut talking at the same time

Avni got a little confused seen Neil standing close to her however she stiffened when she saw neil look towards her lips and for a sec she stopped breathing when she felt him rub his thumb on the corner of her lips and removed it after a sec when he showed her his thumb and the smudged lip gloss on it

Neil: much better now he said moving the phone away from him ears as he spoke  in a low voice to avni

Avni gave a nervous smile and turned to walk away allowing herself to breath again while neil smiled boyishly and walked to his room as he got back to speaking to vidyut

In the kitchen bebe and shweta were getting breakfast sorted

Avni: good morning shwesti good morning bebe she said as she entered the kitchen

Bebe and shweta looked at avni and smiled warmly

Shweta:morning my darling

Bebe:morning puttar ji ready to go to work?

Avni: nahi bebe not today but will be going tomorrow

Shweta: phir theek chal go and sit at the dining table and we will bring breakfast

Avni:let me help take some of the things

Bebe agreed and told her to take the juice and The container that had aloo ke parathaien

As avni placed them on the dining table prakash  came and sat down

Prakash: good morning puttar ji

Avni: morning papa

Prakash:puttar where is neil?

Avni: probably in the bedroom as he was talking to vidyut at that time.

Shweta: this guy is too much he should atleast come and eat na she said coming out of The kitchen along with bebe

Bebe: it's not like he has done this for the first time... one of us has always gone to call him and this time it will be the same she said as she sat down.

Shweta: hmm I'll go and call him she said about to go but avni stopped her

Avni: shweta ma I'll go and get him she said

Shweta nodded while bebe smiled

Avni ran up the stairs and walked towards the room when she recalled the scene that had happend outside the bedroom making her slow down her steps

Avni: avni tu bhi pagal hai he just removed lip gloss it's nothing new as he has always done something like in the past...stop over reacting she thought in her head and continued walking

As avni was about to enter the bedroom she bumped her nose onto neil chest

Avni: ouch she said rubbing her nose

Neil:, someone seems to be lost today he said looking at her with a smile

Avni looked at neil and stopped rubbing her nose

Avni: what do you mean ?

Neil:you seem to be in your own world today or maybe occupied by something or someone special he said taking a step closer while avni looked at Neil

Avni: why do you feel that she asked trying to be   normal making sure not to be effected by his closeness

Neil: because today you are been clumsy first lip gloss and now bumping into me without noticing she said

Avni: that is what you think its nothing like that she said looking at neil and then at her fingers

Neil smiled and lifted her chin up

Neil: then what is it like avni tell me ?

Avni looked at neil and opened her mouth but she was not able to answer seen his face slightly closer to hers...his eyes clearly showing her reflection....both getting lost in that moment

Suddenly shweta shouted from downstairs brining both of the back to reality

Shweta:avni puttar did you go to call neil or sit with him

Avni looked at neil and took a step back as she placed her hair behind her ears

Avni: you talk a lot ... now come everyone is waiting for breakfast she said acting normal and turned to leave while neil smiled and slowly followed  her to go downstairs

At the dining table while having breakfast

Shweta:Tillu what time will u be coming back from the police station

Neil: mom I wont be going today as I'm working from home he said as he put a piece of paratha in his mouth

Bebe: arien wah that is good here avni is not going and now we get to know you are not going too

Hearing what bebe said made neil look at her and then at avni

Neil:u not going today chatterbox ?

Avni: no she said shaking her head as she looked at him

Neil nodded but inside he was doing a happy dance as he was glad that avni would be home and not with sahil

Prakash: chalo then seems like I'll be only one who wont be at home

Shweta:bad luck Khanna ji she said shaking her head with a naughty smile

Prakash: koi nahi office people are like family and also I'll be coming back home early today too

Bebe:theek she said

As all finished breakfast prakash had left while avni helped bebe and shweta in the kitchen cleaning everything up with the maid

Afterr 2 hours

In avneil bedroom avni was alone in the room as neil was in the study room busy with his work while shweta had gone to meet a friend nearby and bebe was sitting in the garden

Avni was reading a book keenly when suddenly she saw the word brownies

Avni: brownies...god hearing the word brownies itself and I'm already craving for it...come on avni u wont get a chance like this ...once u told bebe that she has to teach you the special recipe of how to make brownies and today is the day... (this was when avni had gone to stay at the metha mansion when neil was recovering from his fever  and bebe and neil had made brownies...and when bebe told her over the phone avni had told her she has to teach her the special recipe one day)

Avni got of the bed as she closed her book and headed to bebe room but didnt find her there...she then went down to see the hall empty and also checked the kitchen but no sign of her...she then went to the garden area and finally saw her sitting on the chair as she watched the gardeners sorting the plants

Avni: bebeeee she called out and ran to her

Bebe who was enjoying turned around when she heard avni call her and saw her running and got up walking towards her

Bebe: what happened puttar? Y did u shout? And y r u running? Is everything ok? She asked with a hint of concern

Avni: bebe woh do u remember last time I told u that next time u have to teach me how to make your special brownies recipes

Bebe: haan when you had gone to metha mansion u had told me that

Avni: so can we make brownies today pleaseeee

Bebe looked at avni for a sec

Bebe: is that y u shouted and ran like that she asked avni looking at her questionly

Avni: haan she said shrugging her shoulders 

bebe smacked herself on the forehead and shook her head

Avni: what happened?

Bebe:I thought something must have happened when you came running like that

Avni: what can happen when your super cop tillu is at home she said chuckling making bebe join her

Bebe: acha chal let's go and see if there are ingredients to make brownies otherwise we will go and get them

Avni:ok she said and both headed inside

Bebe and avni checked for the required ingredients making sure nothing was missing

Bebe: avni we have everything so shall we start

Avni: of course bebe she said excitingly

Bebe:ok then I'll tell u the process first and then we will start

Avni:okiess

Meanwhile in the study room neil was busy looking at some case files and looking at the evidence as he was trying to connect the dots of both thing and finally after a lot of thinking he was done and sent it to vidyut via email... he thought of taking a break and then  and see what avni is doing as he didnt want to miss any sort of chance during his free time with her

As he left the study room, he started to walk towards the stairs  to go to his bedroom when suddenly he heard bebe voice coming from the kitchen and heard avni laugh.

Neil:bebe and avni in the kitchen he said to himself and decided to go and check

In the kitchen bebe wanted to taste the batter from the spoon but avni wasnt allowing her and was laughing at the way bebe was complaining like a small child...neil who entered the kitchen saw this scene

Neil: what is going on over here?

Avni and bebe looked at neil who was standing at the door

Bebe: look at avni neil she is not letting me to taste the batter now... how will I know if the taste is according to the recipe she said walking over to neil

Avni placed the spoon on the side and walked to where bebe and neil were

Avni:that is because you tasted the batter 3 times and like this u would probably finish all of the batter on the pretext of tasting she said

Neil looked at bebe and then at avni

Neil: batter for what ?

Avni:brownies she said casually

Neil:brownies ? He said looking at bebe and then at avni

Bebe: haan brownies

Neil: u r making brownies ?

Avni:well if we r making the batter for brownies then obviously it's going to be for that only na

Bebe: now tell me am I doing anything wrong to taste the batter

Avni:tasting it once is fine, tasting it the 2nd time is also fine, but then tasting it the 3rd and time and then trying to taste it the 4th time is absolutely not fine bebe.... right neil

Neil: how can u both make brownies without me he said looking at them with a sad look

Avni and bebe looked at neil and then at each other

Bebe:lo here we r asking him to give justice and he is asking how can you make brownies without me

Avni: chalo bebe let's just forget what happened and continue making brownies she said

Bebe:haan chalo

Avni: but no more tasting haan

Bebe: haan haan promise but I can taste when we make the 2nd batter for the other tray

Avni: only once she said as they continued walking to the other side of the kitchen to continue

Neil: waittt he said with his arms crossed

Bebe and avni stopped and turned around

Bebe: what happened neil?

Neil: you both cant make brownies

Avni: and y is that?

Neil: because I'm not a part of it.

Bebe: oye what do you mean by we cant make it because u are not a part of it

Avni:exactly and u also made brownies with bebe last time when I wasnt around did I say y did u make it without me no na

Neil smiled and walked over to avni not worried about bebe been there

Neil: my case is different chatterbox...no compromise with brownies and with you he said that last bit in a whisper which was heard by avni and somewhere by bebe too who smiled controlling her laugh

Avni: huh she said with her mouth slightly open not sure if she heard the last bit correctly.

Bebe: haan toh then if u have no work right now then help us make brownies right avni she said making avni come out of her surprised mode

Avni composed herself and crossed her arms as she took a step back and then looked at neil who was smiling at her

Avni: of course bebe is right if you want to join us then we have no problem

Neil: much better now that I will also be joining..making brownies can be continued again

Bebe: thank u officer  neil for allowing us to continue she said dramatically making avni and neil chuckle

As bebe poured the first batter into the tray she was telling avneil again on how much to add for the second batter

Neil took the eggs while avni got the measurement for the oil

Neil: avni

Avni:hmm she said as she looked at him

Neil banged the egg on her forehead not to hardly while avni just wondered what just happened as she saw neil add the eggs into the bowl

Avni: Neill what was that ?

Bebe looked at avni when she spoke

Neil: what was what he asked  doing the same with the other egg

Avni: with the eggs...dont u feel ashamed of trying to crack the eggs on my forehead

Neil: arien baba I was just checking how strong you are to see if these hard looking eggs crack against your forehead

Avni:my hand is soild shall I show it to you she said lifting it in the air to hit him

Bebe: my darling kids please continue your fight after first continue with making the batter she said

Avni glared at neil while he smirked as both got busy into making the batter at the same time neil was taking few snaps with bebe and avni and was making funny expressions with them and also took a small video as bebe and avni added some choc chip along with some slightly melted ones 

Neil decided to whisk the batter and once it was done avni tasted it

Avni: I can just eat the batter itself

Bebe: let me taste too she said taking another spoon and took some batter and was about to go for a second round when neil moved the bowl away

Neil: tasting is always meant to be done once unless If something is missing...

Bebe: haan toh let me check if something is missing

Neil and avni looked at sach other and then at bebe

Avneil: bebeeee they both said at the same time

Bebe: fine.... over here nobody allows me to reunite with any sweet dish of mine she said while avneil chucked

They then got the other tray and poured the batter in that

Bebe excused herself for a sec as one of the gardener came to call her so she  told avneil to put the tray into the oven before leaving

As both did avneil gave each other a hi five and avni set the timer on her phone

Neil looked at avni and took a step closer to her and as avni looked up once setting the timer she got startled seem neil so close that she stumbled a step back and was about to lose her balance but neil placed his hand on her lower back as he steadied her

Avni: neil tum... she said with her voice shaking a little but wasnt able to continue as neil interrupted her

Neil:shhh keep still for a second he said

Avni looked at neil her face filled with nervousness...she then noticed Neil lifting his hands again and moved it towards her face

Avni in her head: seems like something is wrong on your face today again...from tomorrow make sure your kajal, lipgloss or anything else is done properly... what would neil think that you dont know how to get ready properly and you would just embarrass yourself in such situations again like this as only you know how your heartbeat fastens as neil wont notice anything she thought in her head as she gulped slightly

As the wind blew avni hair slightly neil rubbed his thumb on her cheeks slowly removing the batter from her cheeks...avni closed her eyes for a sec and then opened it ..neil then removed his thumb but he wasnt done as he slowly moved his finger and picked an eye lash that was under avni eyes

Neil then lifted his finger and showed avni the eye lash and he gestured her towards it

Avni looked at the eye lash on his finger and then at him

Avni: kya? She asked

Neil: blow and make a wish he said

Avni moved away from Neil's hold and for a sec she felt like she had been holding her breath for all this time

Avni: neil come on is this a time to make a wish she said taking some water out of the fridge and poured it in a glass

Neil moved towards her

Neil: there is no time as it can be done anytime come on blow it na

Avni looked at neil while he gestured her....she then looked at his finger and closed her eyes and at the same time neil did too

Avni in her Head: hope neil only gets happiness and no problems come on my family 

Neil in his head: give me the strength to erase all of avni pain that I had caused her and shower her with all the love I have for her and keep my closed ones safe

Both blew the lash at the same time and opened there eyes

Avni: happy now she said as she looked at neil

Neil: very much.

Avni: by the way you finished your work

Neil: haan kind of had thought of taking a break so yh

Avni: u know everyone is happy when you take a break

Neil: and what about you

Avni looked at neil for a second

Avni: even I am too...acha let me wash this up till then

Neil: I'll clean up the worktop

Avni nodded as both got busy into cleaning up neil moved avni phone onto the other side when he got an idea...he turned to look at avni who had her back facing him

Neil slowly unlocked her phone and went onto avni contact list...he then took out his phone and saved sahil number on his phone and then locked avni phone keeping it on the side  and got to cleaning up

Neil:um avni now that I'm done I'll get back to work just let me know when the brownie is done

Avni: ok she said

Neil reached back to the study room...as he sat on the chair he looked at sahil number on his phone and saved it as enemy.

Neil then checked to see on his contacts that sahil has what's app and clicked on the icon... he then loaded few pictures up of him and avni together and also the video he took of bebe and and avni as he was about to send it he wrote under the picture " husband and wife making brownies with their bebe" he smirked and sent sahil the pictures

At the metha mansion sahil noticed his phone vibrating to see an unknown number send him something on what's app as it showed up on his notification

As he opend the message he sat still as he noticed the pictures and video along with what neil wrote...sahil looked into space and then back at the pictures as he started to type  " husband and wife should also have some love and happiness  which is missing in your relation after all avni wouldnt want to make the same mistake again"

Neil was prepared with sahil message as he knew he would say something to hurt him...as he received the message he read it and replied back straight away...:" love can be seen...my wife happiness is genuine and real in the picture with me and about love then you dont worry about that"

Neil then locked his phone as his work was done by sending sahil the pictures and message

Sahil looked at Neil message and gave a sarcastic laugh

Meanwhile in the kitchen when avni was done washing up she was drying her hands and was about to check tha time to see how long is left when suddenly she got a video call from riya...avni smiled and answered it.

Riya: hey babes how are you

Avni: all good you tell ? Are you at work ?

Riya:haan but I was on a break and then had called ali and we thought it's been a while since we had our reunion so how about we meet up later on ?

Avni:umm I have no issues but I need to ask neil if he is free

Riya: well tell him he has to make it anyhow

Avni chuckled

Avni: ok I will but what about the others?

Riya:ali had texted vidyut when we was talking about it and he said he and juhi will arrive

Avni: that's cool then I'll see what neil says and let you know and haan do bring sahil even he will get to spend time will all of us

Riya: will do ...bye baby

Avni: bye

Avni thought for a sec and decided to ask neil.

Avni: Neil probably is busy working in the study room...I should go and ask him now and tell him that all are coming

Avni took her phone with her and headed to the study room ....after a min she was about to open the door but then decided to knock incase if he was on a confrence call or so

Neil: come in he said while looking at the case file

Hearing him speak avni opened the door... Neil closed his eyes as he was able to smell her perfume as she entered the room

Neil:what happened avni? Are the brownies done ?

Avni: do you have camera here she said and bit her tounge as neil knew it was her without turning

Neil chuckled and turned around

Neil: y you asking that ?

Avni: woh...because you knew it was me without turning she said

Neil: those who are connected by hearts dont need to turn around to know who it is right

For a sec avni looked at neil when he said that without blinking

Neil:what happened? Where are you lost he asked as he walked near her and tucked a strand of hair behind her ears making avni come back to present

Avni:woh actually riya called and said the gang plan to have a small reunion later on so I wanted to know are you coming too?

Neil: of course I will be. I wouldnt want to miss the chance

Avni: chance?

Neil: haan due to duties I only see vidyut and you so I will get to see others too he said coming up with an excuse

Avni: great then I'll let riya know and also see if sahil is tagging along too...

Neil: sahil?

Avni:haaan since he gets on well with everyone I thought he could join too right

Neil:yup he said smiling

Avni: I'll go and you finsh your work too and we will leave around 5pm ok

Neil: ok...

Avni smiled and left the room while Neil looked on as sahil will be tagging along

Later on

Avni and neil got ready to go to the cafe and headed down

Shweta and prakash saw them

Shweta: have lots of fun and enjoy

Avni: will do

Bebe: also take this with you she said coming out of the kitchen with a container

Prakash: what's this bebe?

Bebe:, brownies...the kids will love it

Avni: thank you bebe

Neil: bebe we will leave now

Avneil said bye to the elders and left

Meanwhile at the cafe vidyut, juhi, riya and sahil had already arrived and ali was talking about some joke making them laugh 

Sahil was wondering where avni and neil are as they havent arrived as riya had told him that they will be coming...suddenly he heard juhi asking the same question that was going on his head

Juhi: by the way where are the two Besties?...they still havent turned up she said

Ali:haan yaar they should be here by now

As soon as ali said that avneil walked into the cafe

Vidyut: lo here they come he said and all turned to see avneil walking together

Neil smiled at his friends and when his eyes landed on sahil looking at them his hand automatically went behind her back making her look at him for a sec and then look ahead as they walked towards the others

Neil: hey guys he said as the gang got up to hug both avneil...as neil moved to sahil both were shooting daggers with their eyes as they had a forced smile on their lips while shaking hands.

Juhi: what took you so long

Neil: I wanted to spend some time with chatterbox before we came here he said and then looked at sahil as he was standing near him

Avni: very funny...we was stuck in traffic so that is y were are a little late.

Ali: chalo let's sit down then

All sat sat down while avni moved near neil and sat as the only seat was left next to him

The seating order was as ali, riya: vidyut, juhi, sahil, Neill and avni

Avni:oh by The way  this is for all of you she said opening the container that bebe gave and placed it in the middle

Ali: you made brownies

Avni was about to Answer but neil answered instead

Neil: haan me, avni and bebe made it together...it was too much fun right avni he said looking at avni who nodded and then  looked at sahil who rolled his eyes

Juhi:yummmmm she said as she took a bite

Vidyut:these are too good man it's so soft and chocolatey he said

Riya: I guess brownies can be a part of my diet she said making everyone chuckle

Neil: sahil wont you have some brownies ?

Sahil looked at neil and then at avni who also was looking at him and smiled

Sahil:I'll have it after

Avni:y after eat it now otherwise it will finsh

Ali:haan dont trust us as we r a big foodie he said

Riya: dont count me in

Avni: eat na

Neil: come on sahil eat some after all we made it with so much love he said as he took a piece and made sahil eat it who was glaring at him

Riya: so what has everyone done today

Neil: working from home and also made sure to spend time with my loved ones...and making brownies actually made me feel relaxed and happy as it was fun to do it with bebe and avni with some masti...right chatterbox he said playfully punching her cheeks softly

Avni: right she said blinking her eyes at him as she punched him on the cheeks the same way with a smile on her face...and that is something that sahil had noticed making him clench his teeth

Avni: not only that but everyone was happy to see neil home.... though he was working from home but he was also relaxing and taking a break which he never does at the police station right vidyut

Vidyut: right avni...at the police station we have to forcefully make him take a break

Avni: which I guess is impossible right

Vidyut: absolutely he said and both gave each other a high five across the table

Juhi: stop annoying my friend she said

Neil: thanks juhi only you are my pillar otherwise see what I have to put up at the police station because of your husband.

Vidyut: well a fact is a fact  so accept it

Neil was about to answer but sahil spoke

Sahil:that is something I guess neil wont do right..I mean he seems to be stubborn to accept  facts right

Neil looked at sahil seriously as he said that knowing very well what he is talking about

Avni: you are right he may be stubborn to accept things but for his friends and family he can do anything for them and not only him we all over here are like that.

Ali: haan and that is y I love our group a lot as we are always there for each other

Neil: that is what friends are for ali..that is y we havent allowed anyone else into our group as it doesnt need more people now...he said taking a sip and looked at sahil clearing telling how he is not a part of this group while still been here 

Juhi: ok ok can we please stop before we all say more things and get emotional she said

Ali:, haan yaar let's  stop he said

They all started talking about other various things and after an hour..they decided to leave

Juhi:how about we all take a small walk before going back home

Riya: not a bad idea

Ali:, let's go then

Avni: first let's clear all these plates

Ali:dw it will be done in the morning

Juhi: it will take 5 mins only ali

Ali:arien yaar chill it will be done in the morning let's go

All  got out of the cafe while ali locked it...

the boys was talking ...neil and sahil would now and then look at avni who was walking ahead with the girls laughing about something making them both smile ( dw sahil and neil were not walking besides each other 🤭🤭🤭 it was Neil, vidyut; ali and sahil)

Adter 10 mins Avni suddenly realised that she left her phone at the cafe

Avni: oh no she said stopping... juhi and riya stopped as they turned towards avni

Juhi: what happened

Avni:I left my phone at the cafe she said

Riya: let me tell ali he will go and get it 

At that time the boys came

vidyut:what happened y did you girls stop he said as the boys came and stood near them

Avni: woh actually I left my phone  at the cafe...you all continue and I'll go and get it she said

Neil: avni let me and ali tag along too then...before avni can reply ali spoke

Ali:no neil I'll go with avni Besides I have the keys too come avni he said about to turn

Avni:, stop...nobody has to come with me the cafe is not far away from here you all continue and go I'll be back...ali pass me the keys

Neil: avni but...

Avni:dont worry chill..its only few mins na

Sahil: avni if u want I'll come along

Neil looked at sahil

Neil:sahil if she is not taking any of us then even you are included in that...avni you go we will wait

Avni nodded as she Took the keys from ali and went back to the cafe while the gang decided to walk a little further and then wait

meanwhile avni had reached to the cafe and looked for her phone  when she found it on the table..picking it up she placed it in her pocket and headed out of the cafe and locked it as she placed the keys in her pocket too

She started to head towards where the rest were and was walking enjoying the breeze with all the post lamps on...as she continued to walk she suddenly saw few men walking on the ither  on the side drinking and remembered not seen them before when she was walking with the rest...deciding to ignore them she continued walking not looking at them when she heard one of them whistle...while the other guy said

Guy: hey want to spend time with us  one said as she went past them

Avni ignored them as she continued to walk but suddenly she felt she was been followed and turned to  see  two of them following her...she looked ahead and continued to walk when suddenly one of them ran and came in front of her blocking her way

Avni looked at person and  tried to walk ahead going left or right but the person kept blocking her way...suddenly she felt him place his hand on her arm and with a jerk avni shoved his hand away and slapped him

Avni:dont you dare touch me she said angrily this time and took a step to walk ahead when the guy placed his hand on her shoulder and pulled her back suddenly making her fall on the ground

Avni looked at both the guy angrily...however from inside she was scared as she had nothing to protect her from these morons in front of her

Guy:, now let's see how you run away... come on show me that attitude again he said

Avni stood up and started walking backwards while the goons were walking ahead

Voice: how about we show you some attitude

Avni smiled hearing that voice and looked behind the goons to see neil standing with his hand in his pocket with a serious look with the gang behind him

The drunk men turned around to see all of them

Guy 1: who r you? If you are here to enjoy then wait let us finish then you can have your turn

Neil clenched his teeth as he walked ahead

Ali:now these losers will get it.

Vidyut started to move ahead too

Vidyut: even we will see how you enjoy he said loudly as he reached near neil

Both men unaware of how they will be beaten up by the two police officer

As neil and vidyut reached near the goons neil tapped on one of the drunk man shoulder as he had turned his attention back to avni

goon: what is it? We told you na let us have our turn first he said turning around but within sec he was on the floor with a big mark on his cheeks due the hard punch Neil gave to him...while vidyut started to beat up the other person with a stick ...and as they tried to run away the gang didnt allow them

Neil: guys like you disgust everyone...
Because of you girls cant go out and they also get blamed...people like you should be shamed If you get drunk so easily y dont you guys stop drinking but no in such state you all end up doing something wrong

Vidyut: neil let's tie them up... dd Is on his way with The police

One of the men spoke

Drunk man 1 :police ! Look y call the police...we promise not to do such things again... you don't know how much police people r..they r devil when it comes to giving punishment...they will literally beat us black and blue

Ali:beta how can you speak bad about police to two police officer he said

Drunk man 2: meaning ?

Ali: these two r police officers he said pointing at neil and vidyut

The drunk men looked at each other and gulped as they looked back at Neil and vidyut

Drunk man 1 :look please allow us to go we promise we wont do this

Sahil: whatever you lot are saying now is because you both have no choice and also because you are drunk but then you all will start looking for chances like this again

Riya: exactly she said as she and juhi were standing near avni

Suddenly they heard the siren and all turned to see a jeep coming from far with dd getting out with few other constables

While the goons pleaded to be freed they were taken into the jeep

Neil: dd treat them well enough after that we will give them special treatment

Dd: right sir he said smiling

Meanwhile sahil went towards avni and placed his hand on her left cheeks.

Sahil: are you ok ? Did they do anything to you before they came

At this point neil and vidyut turned around when the police jeeep had left and neil narrowed his eyes seen the scene.

Avni: haan I'm ok but how did you all come here ?

Ali: we thought rather than waiting in one place we might as well back and see If you found your phone or not and then head back together

Avni nodded.

Sahil: I'm glad nothing happened to you though 

Avni smiled

Neil and vidyut had walked towards them as neil was about to see sahil about to give avni a side hug he reached next to her and turned her to face him

Neil:are you sure u r ok? You was on the ground and I dont want you to have any injury not even the smallest one he said now cupping both her cheeks. He was able to feel sahil gaze  but he ignored it

Avni looked at neil for a sec and then slowly gave a warm smile

Avni: I'm fine Neil...I'm not hurt at all 

Neil: y didnt you give us a call or you could have screamed

Avni:, neil it just happened suddenly that I myself didn't know what to do and what not to..
At that time I only had in my mind which was to get back to the cafe somehow and then Inform  but by then you all came she said removing his both hands from her cheeks and held them

Neil moved to hug avni and saw sahil looking at him seriously

Neil:your safety matters the most you know that right he said looking st sahil and then broke the hug as he looked at avni

Avni: I know neil and that is y I am telling you honestly that I'm fine she said

Juhi: I still remeber that night during our college days avni had gone to get something and on the way back some guys were following her and at that time neil had saved her and also here neil was the first one tooo she said

Vidyut, Riya and ali nodded to what juhi said while sahil rolled his eyes however somewhere this did effect him and when he looked at avneil he saw them smiling at each other as if there is nobody around them except them only

Riya:so shall we go now?

Ali:nope we all plan to build a tent here and sleep what say

Riya:that wasnt funny

Ali:because it wasnt meant to be he said

Neil: here you go now these two start again he said making avni chuckle while neil smiled seen her chuckling

Juhi: chalo continue your fights after and let's go now she said

Riya glared at ali while he blew a flying kiss at her as she took avni and juhi with her

As the boys started walking neil gave sahil a smirk as he started to walk with vidyut and ali and sahil watched on seriously as neil was walking and few secs later he followed

Precrap: neil: do whatever you want sahil but I will make avni birthday special.

Sahil: special will be mine only so I would say dont waste your time after all since the past few years I have been planning her birthday..but dont be sad you are surely invited ...

neil looked at sahil and laughed sarcastically with his hands in his pocket shaking his head for a sec

Neil: you may have planned avni birthday for the past few years but before you even came into her life I have been planning her birthay all the time. And it will be the same this year

Sahil:that we will see neil

Neil:we surely will he said
