Shweta bebe and avni bought the food outside while the maid started serving them... all loved the food but the one person who was surprised was none other than Neil... he remembered once avni said to him and vidyut and Ali  that avni will be a better cook than them and she proved it.... however he didn't praise her food and ate it without saying anything while bebe prakash and shweta gave her money and told her to take it as it's  a shagun

Prakash: Neil at least praise avni food

Neil: what is there to praise about its just like normal food he said looking at prakash and continued to eat

Avni looked at his slightly as she was sitting opposite him.. she shook her head slowly at his reply and ate her dinner thinking at least others appreciated it

Later on

Avni had warmed up milk and took out some tablets from the bottle which the doctor had given for bebe ... she told shweta to rest while she will go and give bebe milk and medicine.

Avni walked to bebe room who was sitting on the bed reading a book

Avni: bebe she said standing near the door

Bebe looked up to see avni and closed her book

Bebe:avni puttar come in y r u standing there.. Avni smiled and sat next to bebe

Avni: I bought your medicine and milk

Bebe: medicine more likely these r flavoured sweets which r given a medicine shape.. thanks to doctor for coming up with this idea at least i can eat this sugary stuff she thought to herself

Avni: what happened bebe u seemed to be lost

Bebe:nothing beta... I'll take my medicine and have this milk too don't worry go

Avni: sure

Bebe: haan go.. Neil must be waiting for u

Avni in her head: Neil can never wait for me...I just don't want to go in that room of his.

Bebe: chal ja puttar. Get some rest u will be tired

Avni smiled nervously and left the room slowly while bebe ate her *tablet* enjoying the strawberry taste and then drank her milk.

Avni reached to the kitchen to place the tray and slowly headed to Neil room which was hers too ... when she came in she found the lights dim and there was kadhoos khanna sleeping with his arms covering his face.

She took her Pjs and went to change... when she came out she went near the bed and bent a little to take the pillow slowly as Neil head was slightly on it

Neil who was sleeping felt a movement near him and been a police officer he was alert... due to sleep he didn't think it would be avni who came to take the pillow which was next to him and instantly pulled the pillow ... within sec avni face was close to him due to how quickly Neil had pulled the pillow.

Avni didn't expect that she had only gone to get her pillow and was taking it carefully as Neil head was slightly on it since he was sleeping a bit in the middle...she had grabbed the pillow and was about to turn only to find her face so close to Neil finding him staring at her

Avni: god he looks so cute with his ruffled  hair and sleepy eyes. She thought not able to take her eyes of his

While Neil was staring at avni.. her face was really close to his While he was feeling some type of emotions which he never felt before...both of them were still holding on the pillow staring at each other... adhm was slowly playing in the background...

they continued staring at each other when all of a sudden avni looked away... she tried to get up while Neil just stared at her.. however she got up trying to take the pillow and was about to move when she fell on the bed again because Neil hadnt left the other side of the pillow.

Avni gulped the way he was staring at her... suddenly Neil phone rang making him come out of his staring mode and looked confusingly at avni... while she got up taking the pillow this time when she saw his hands move away.

Neil answered the phone as dd wanted some information regarding some case....once done he saw avni already laying on the couch... but he couldn't see if she had her eyes closed.

Neil laid back down and closed his eyes ... he didn't know y he was staring at her like that but he prayed that such sitatuon doesn't happen when he is around avni.

The next morning. Neil woke up due to bangles sound only to see avni was getting ready in the morning... Avni was brushing her hair and due to that her bangles were making sounds.

Neil for a sec went into flashback recalling an incident

Flashback.
During the first year of college it was independence day and some.students had requested all to wear Indian clothes to represent their independence day.

Avni: like do we have to wear Indian clothes can't we just take part in whatever we r wearing

Riya: come on babes everyone is taking part in it and besides wearing something like this won't be a harm she said handing avni the anarkali that she bought... while avni looked at the dress as if it is the most scariest thing in the world

Neil: avni is u don't want to wear that I have few men Indian wear if u want it

Avni glared at Neil

Avni: no thanks I'm not a guy

Ali:so when have u acted like a girl to call yourself one

Avni : so I don't need to do girly stuff to prove that I'm a girl

Vidyut: avni come on go and wear that dress actually we want to see how u look

Neil: haan haan go even I want to.see my tomboy turning into a girl  for a day.

Avni:laugh as much as u want stupid she said going to change

When she came out she saw riya and juhi in her room

Avni: what shall I do with this she said showing her duppata. Annoyingly

Riya: here pass it to me she said and placed it around avni neck properly

Juhi bought the matching bangles and was helping avni wear

Avni:is this needed juhi

Juhi: of course it is baby.....Riya avni hair is short (up.to her neck) so let's just clip her hair from the top

Riya:yup.

Once done all came three came down...Riya was planning to.put make up.on avni but she denied so they left it.

Once all three came.down the boys were ready in their sherwani.

Neil: avni is that u he said playfully.

Avni: no it's my ghost

Neil: I knew it... come on tell me where my avni is

Avni:Neil enough she said throwing a cushion at him while Neil laughed And avni started to beat him with a another cushion.

Avni: ugh the sound of the bangles is going to give me a headache by the end of the day

End of flashback

When he came back to present he looked up to see the room empty and realised avni must have left long ago

Meanwhile At the metha house

Dayawanti was trying to get through diksha but still couldn't

Dayawanti: where has this diksha dissapeared all of a sudden... she said.
She placed her phone on the table when she got a beep on her phone to show she has few voicemail she decided to check it to see two were from some other people while one was from diksha..

She repeated diksha one

Diksha: hi maa... sorry I called u in the middle of the night but Its urgent i have to go out of the country for some ngo work and the network will be really bad over there so if i don't call then  dont worry about me love u loads bye

Dayawanti listened to the voice message details  and realised it was sent few days back

Dayawanti: without seen my notification panel I must have cleared it when diksha called at night.. if I had seen it then i would have known... chalo no worries good that I heard the voicemail... once she comes back she will call me 

At the khanna mansion

Neil came down after getting ready and kissed bebe and shweta on their heads.

He sat down and poured himself some juice when shweta spoke

Shweta: Neil beta u will have to go and bring avni back in the evening since it's pagh phere rasam

Neil:mom please I'll be busy u and dad go and pick her up or she will.come herself

Shweta: tillu it's a rasam u have to do it.

Avni: it's ok maa I'll come back myself

Bebe: no avni puttar it's a rasam Neil will come to pick u up... Neil u will go right.

Neil closer his eyes hearing bebe speak.. if bebe wasnt "ill" then he wouldn't have listened to her but over here he had no choice as he can't say no to her.

Neil: I'll pick her up at 6:30pm he said looking at avni while she gave him a annoying look too

Neil went to the room and avni followed... she took a pen and paper and started writing

Neil was getting his wallet and was about to pick up his case file when avni placed the letter on the file and moved to get her purse from the wardrobe since alladin and neela were coming to pick her up

Neil read the note which said " don't bother I'll take a rikshaw and come and will wait for u outside the mansion so once u come everyone thinks we came together.

He turned to look at her to see her taking her purse and looking for something in there..Avni felt a bang on the wardrobe door to see the same paper stuck on the wardrobe door with bluetack

She turned to see Neil leaving the room... once he left her attention went back to the letter seen his writing under hers

Avni: bebe said so I will be coming to pick u up at 6:30pm... your rikshaw idea doesn't fit because your family will be waiting for me to pick u up and if they tell my family I didn't come then it will be a mess... end of ...she said reading what he had written

Avni knew he did have a point because if  someone from the khanna family did call then they would find out Neil never came. She took the paper of and threw it in the bin looking at Neil pic on the wall angrily

Back to the metha house neela was sitting in shock as dayawanti and Aladdin told her how they had planned to get avneil married

Neela: unbelievable... u r joking right?

Dayawanti: no we r serious.. harleen is completely fine... we r saying the truth neela after avni came back here from the khanna  house...harleen felt the matter was more serious so I met her at ali's cafe... and by chance all the kids came there too.

Aladdin:I heard maa speak to harleen aunty about avni and Neil so I thought to.go and see when I heard their convo and told about How avni realised  her love for Neil and whatever happened with them after

Neela:u guys think this will work... Neil doesn't even talk to avni and by your talks it's clear that even avni isn't speaking to him.

Dayawanti: how long can one stay angry from their close ones... one day their anger will melt it could  be Neil or it could Be avni too we never know

Neela:they r married now and they need to make this relation work... god please give my kids their happiness back and also make them find happiness in each other she said praying

1 hour later
Neela and alladin had come to pick up avni while it was only bebe avni and shweta as Neil and prakash had left for their work

Precrap: Avneil had reached to the khanna mansion Neil got out of the car and closed the door ...when he started to walk he realised he didn't hear the passenger door close.

He turned to look slowly and was surprised when he found avni sleeping in the car... but how would kadhoos khanna know.. he didn't look at avni once who fell asleep.

Neil: great how do i wake her up now
