CHAPTER 7 : "Candy-Floss"

It was Yet Another Quiet Evening at JFI and Avni Found herself Again sitting on one of the bench in her campus, staring out in Nothingness.

She was amazed to see how intimately and artistically the green grass has carpeted the ground, just like These Emotions and Feelings Cover A Human's Life.!

That exactly Explains her present situation where she is struggling to precisely word her sentiments, for Neil.!

Yess.! Neil Khanna.! The Mighty Chef.! The sinfully tempting and dashing Guy, who evoked a thousand and one different sets of emotions inside her, Merely By his Touch and His alluring smile, in their Last Encounter when Avni pulled the stunt to Test Him. Only to be Left Breathless by his trivial and brief Proximity.

On one side she is Enormously Happy that Neil is Graduated a few days back, but Another part of her is having a hard time digesting that News, Just for a simple Fact that He has Left IICA and its campus, the very next day of his graduation.

Which irrefutably means that the only road's distance which stood between them is bound to escalate and that Road will no more Lead her to Him.

But as they say, Change is the only Constant. Neil will be acheiving something Big after departing from here, settling in his new Appartment, and earning the much deserved Happiness and satisfaction in his Life.

She was astonished at her own Female Devdas kind of Monlogues Thoughts and let out a sarcastic chuckle.

It was only then, Her mind Registered She is Not Only Missing Neil, but also another Recent Reason of her Happiness, None other than Her Secret Admirer, who had also Went inside some shell of him.

Its been Few days, He is Missing in Action. No new Food Gifts, No new Note, No new reasons to smile, No New Nothing from Him. She wondered how with such ease she has became Habituated to his Pampering. And it is only now, when there is no sign of Him, she has started to feel that Void.

Her mind lingered again in the lane of her everlasting confusion regarding Her Secret Admirer being Neil. Though her Percentage bar of surity towards Neil was soaring high. Since The Secret Admirer has Vanished almost at the same time as Neil.

As if on cue, she turned her head towards the other side of Bench, only to find a companion sitting lazily on another end of bench waiting for some attention. That was none other than yet another food gift wrapped in silver foil with yet another familiar Envelope by the Same Person, who was being missed not more than a couple of seconds ago.

The smile it brought on Avni's face was Magical.! She impatiently tore the silver foil to greet, her eyes with a Coiled Sphere of Candy-Floos and her taste buds with a delicious drowning sweetness. The Envelope got a better treatment and was spared from tearing, the note it had, read-

Avni almost surged in Happiness. He has made it to the Top 8 graduates among a Batch of 100 who gets the chance to get trained Under Head Chefs of IICA. Isnt that a great News.?

But so Did Neil. Can this mean Her Doubt On Neil is True.? "And Ali too" Her Mind Supplemented from behind, Leaving her with her confusion, for the umpteenth time.

Secret Admirer has said He is Near me Always. Is it some kind of hint for me.? Cause as far as my knowledge is concerned Only Neil's Appartment is Near the campus. Yess.!! Thats it.! He is the One.! Even Neela Maa Was Certain too.!

"Ab Toh Mai Neil se Confess Karwa ke Hi Rahungi. Just Wait and Watch Mr. Secret Admirer." Avni said to herself with determination seeping through her eyes.
