Avni is orphan and she is illiterate while Neil is an Ips officer. Due to certain circumstances Neil married avni without his consent. He doesn't like her as she is uneducated and bit immature about things.

Neil is bit arrogant in this os so don't take this os seriously.

I'm writing in dialogue style coz this lessen's the time for me to write moreover I've other works to update. 😄

Its almost going to be night but Neil is still working in his police station. He deliberately wanted to go home late so that he could escape from his wife avni.

Neil - (In mind) Thank God! That Hitler avni isn't calling me. Today I'll peacefully spend my night with dd I'll have fun woah!.

Suddenly Neil's chain of thoughts were broken as soon as he heard dd's voice.

Dd - sirji. Call for you (shouts from outside)

Neil - who? Neil asks while coming towards the land-line from his cabin.

Dd - sir bhabiji. (whispers lowly)

Neil - what? (shocked)

Neil - ( in mind) what the f*k ? I switched my phone off so she is calling land-line ugh! what to do with that useless girl.

Neil - Tell her , I'm in bathroom. I won't be soon. (mumbles )

Dd - bhabiji, sirji he is in bathroom. Can I call you when he is back?

Avni - okay dd. Actually I'm worried about Neilji as his phone is switched off and it's night Neilji is stilll not yet home. (worried)

Dd - He is working bhabhi ji, I'll call you back when he comes okay. Bye.

Avni - bye.

Dd cuts the phone. While Neil sighs a huge relief.

Neil - Thank God. Bach gaya. Thanks dd. You're my saviour every day. (smiles)

Dd - Sirji ,why you do this with her. Bhabiji is innocent.

Neil - Innocent my foot (screams ).you're my friend dd not Avni's. By the way if you again call her bhabiji I'll kill you. ( warns)

Dd - why do you hate her so much? Dd asks as he gives water to Neil.

Neil - she is mistake dd. I never wanted to marry her. I always wanted a girl who's educated, confident, mature and independent but see this girl. I don't know what magic she did on my bebe that they forcibly married me to that girl. I Hate her so much dd. After she came my parents doesn't value me all do they care is she is orphan.. Blah blah! So from now don't you dare to take her side.

Dd - okay Sir. (nods)

But again their land-line phone beeps interrupting their conversation .

Dd - sir I think it's bha.. I mean avni ji.

Neil - ugh! This girl. Chein se kaam bhi nhi karne degi (chids). Pata nhi land-line number kaha se mil gayi issae.

Dd eyes widened.

Dd - sir,.. should... I take the ca..ll? (stammers)

Neil - No I'll, or else she will eat your brain raw with her useless questions. ( sighs)

Dd - okay Sir.

(🤒🤧)

Avni - patidev.. (says excitedly)

Neil - kya hai? Why are you irritating me with your dumb calls. (shouts)

Avni - patidev, are you angry with me. ( pouts)

Neil - yes, so what ?and yeah stop calling me that. ( grits his teeth)

Avni - what? Calling you ( confused)

Neil - that.. Pati.. And.. Dev.. ( says controlling his anger)

Avni - Ho.. it's patidev. Okay patidev. Oops sorry PA.. I mean neilji. (laughs)

Neil - shut up. Do you think it's a joke (screams)

Avni - yes, it made me laugh so joke hua na (she again laughs)

Neil does some breathing exercises to calm down.

Neil - okay, now tell me why the fuck you called me.

Avni - Neilji language. It's a bad word. (innocently)

Neil - huh! Don't tell me what to do. Now tell me maharani what's your problem.

Avni - Neilji it's almost eight and you're not yet home? (asks )

Neil - So what? I down care. I'm not coming home today. So don't annoy me.

He was about to cut the call but again Avni's voice gets him interrupted.

Avni - Neilji . What? Why aren't you coming. See mummiji wants to talk with you.

Neil - what no. Don't you dare to give it mom .. Shit!

Avni without listening gives phone to sweta.

Sweta - Tillu, home right now. (says seriously)

Neil - but mom. I've work. (whines like a child )

Sweta - Yeah, bring chocolate ice-cream family pack. Don't forget huh! sweta replies completely shrugging Neil's words.

Neil - Okay. Mom!

Sweta - Now good! Like a good boy come home avni is waiting for you. Saying this she cuts the call.

Neil - ugh! Avni. Avni.. Avni.. Neil bangs his fists into the table angrily.

Dd - sir, what happened. (panics)

Neil - see what that maharani did ? See used my mom to get me home. I hate her. I fu*king hate her (grits his teeth).

Later after an hour Neil reaches home with ice-cream coz he would never say no to his mother.

Neil - Mom, dad, bebe I'm home. (shouts while coming inside of house.

Avni - Neil ji. Avni who heard his voice excitedly runs from kitchen towards him and takes his bag from his hand.

Avni - how was your day? Are you stressed? See you have bags under your eyes. ( cutely)

Neil - I'm stressed because of you. (points finger towards her). By the way there's No need of all these drama. I know you do all these things to make good impression between my family. But one day I'll make our family realise your not good for us
(whispers into her ears) .

Avni listens this , but she shrugs Coz it has became her routine to listen all these things from Neil. She knew Neil never liked her but.. She loved him from her whole heart that's what making her to bear all his words. She knew she is immature and uneducated but a small hope in her heart that her husband will change is making her believe she will have a happy life.

Bebe - love birds! Neil if you want to romance with your wife then go to your room why are you doing it in public. ( says teasingly)

Bebe says as she has seen Neil whispering into Avni's ears.

Neil immediately makes an one hand distance between avni.

Neil - it's nothing like that. By the way here goes Your ice-cream... Neil gives it to sweta who came behind bebe.

Sweta - Nope. Give it to avni. Maine vus keliyae mangvaya tha. (smile's)

Neil - what!? ( shocked yet angry )

Avni stands a side looking down. She doesn't know about this. She thought it's for all of them.

Bebe - huh give it to her . Why are you waiting.

Neil - okay. (grits his teeth) Neil unwillingly gives it to her.

Avni looks at Neil with joyful eyes.

Avni - Neilji. Thank you (smiles. )

Neil - come to room after doing chores. (glares)

Avni - yes, where will I go apart from our room. ( giggles)

Neil again glares her while she stops her laugh.

Neil then goes towards room to freshen up. Meanwhile

Bebe - Avni puttur, don't worry some day he will love you back. (caresses her hair)

Avni - I hope so. (smiles)

Bebe - If Neil irritates you then please inform us huh! Please don't take his word's to heart.

Avni - bebe. Neilji is diamond. I know he doesn't love me but he respects me. Avni lies hiding her tears.

Sweta - acha now. Eat ice cream okay..ik it's your favorite.

Avni - nhi Maa bhuk nhi hua. Please ap khalo. I'll go to room.

Bebe and sweta smiles.

Later avni goes to room.

Neil - So you came! (sarcastically)

Avni - Neilji do you want something (innocently)

Neil - dont play innocent here okay! I know you're masterpiece in planning things. Today I don't wanna come home but you? You made my mom to speak with me. Later you wanted ice-cream and you know I would never bring for you so you took help of mom . are you happy now? Did you have pack of ice-cream (shouts)

Avni filched with his tone. Her eyes welled up with tears but she controlled them to not to spill.

Avni - Why do you hate so much? (whispers.)

Neil - Because you're a mistake! That's why. I wish my mom never met you. But jo hoagya vuska Mai kuch nhi kar sakta right. So stay away from me. (shouts)

Avni nodes and silently goes towards the couch to sleep. It's her routine to think why Neil hated her so much.

Neil - avni.

Avni - haa! ( wipes her tears)

Neil - Don't you dare to touch my important file. That's on desk.

Avni nodes.

Next morning like every day avni woke up early morning to do pooja. Avni strongly believes In God so for Neil's happiness she does everything.

Avni -( in mind) Neil ji said this is important file (while looking at the desk). I should do pooja so that he would succed in that mission.

Thinking this avni does pooja by placing file in front of God so that Neil could have blissful day.

Meanwhile Neil wakes up . He rubs his face and gets ready quickly. Later he observes his important file Is missing from desk. Neil immediately panics and searches for it like a mad man.

On other side , avni was much engrossed in Pooja that she didn't realised that the small diya fell directly on Neil's file.

After sometime avni felt some burning smell. She immediately opened her eyes only to witness file was on fire

Avni - aag.. Fire.. Fire.. Neil ji.. Mummyiji....(shouts while running away from fire)

Neil who's is in room gets panic hearing Avni's voice and majorly the word fire. Neil immediately ran downwards only to witness fire.

Neil - shit! What the f*k happened( shouted)

Sweta, bebe, prakash comes. And get panicked.

Prakash - Neil bring fire extinguisher. Quick. ( shouts)

Neil immediately ran to bring fire extinguisher and sprayed that area. After sometime every thing gets normal.

Neil - what the hell are you doing? Are you crazy ? Anke kaha rehke pooja kar rhi Thi . Agar kuch hojata tho.
Neil scolded his eyes were soft and held worry in them. But suddenly Neil sees that the file that's missing was turned into ash.

Neil - my file (whispers)

Avni eyes widened.

Neil - my file what's doing here Neil immediately ran towards the place and took his file. But it burnt half.

Neil was shocked to witness. He has been working on that mission since months and instead matter of minutes it was now burned into ashes.

Avni was now shivering she knew Neil will get angry.

Neil - Anyone tell me how the hell it reached here. Neil roars making everyone flinch with fear. They never saw him like that. This much angry.

Avni - (stammers) Vo.. Me. I bou...ght this so.. Th...at I ...can d..o Pooj..s... But.. Unfortunately.. It

Neil looked at avni with blood shot eyes.

Neil - you. What? Neil held her shoulders tight

Avni - it's hurting ( hisses with pain).

Sweta - Neil leave her.

But Neil went deaf, he held Avni in strong grip.

Avni's face turned deep red. Her heart was beating massively in fear of Neil.

Neil - You f*ing burnt my important file. My hardwork God dammit . Six months hard work. Sab khtaam.. It's over ( shouts)

Bebe - Neil what's her fault. She did unintentionally.

Neil - yes bebe its all your fault. Look what she did ?. Does she even know what meaning of an important file ?kaise pata hoga unpad gawar jo hai. Neil shouted not realising what he was speaking.

Avni who heard this, her heart pained. Tears filled her eyes. She bit her lip to control the sob.

Prakash-neil stop it! Is this the way you speak with your wife

Neil - wife what wife ? She is mistake of my life dad. I know she intentionally burnt my file. That's why I said don't make any road side girl your daughter in law.

Bebe - Neil stop it! ( shouts)

Avni couldn't take all these words she immediately ran towards their bedroom crying. While Neil looked shocked watching her retreating figure.
