Neil was crying bitterly while Avni was consoling him.

Neil - ( still hugging her) Why she did that Avni ? Why ? ( tears were brimming from his eyes ).

Avni- Because you deserve a person who will fill your life with happiness not venom. We always think negatively that's why we feel that everything happens wrong with us. It's better to let go toxic people or else they will suffocate us with their poison . ( She was caressing his hairs gently).

Neil - Still it hurts Avni. ( broken voice).

Avni - I can understand your condition Neil as I was in the same state few years back when I met with that accident which turned my life into darkness. The moment I lost my vision, I was feeling lifeless as there was No one who can tell me that I will be fine one day and I wasn't having enough money for the expensive treatment. The thoughts that you are going through, the same thoughts I was also having when I lying on hospital bed but after few days I realised that there are alot many people who are not even blessed with the things we have so we should stop complaining and live our life to the fullest.

Neil breaks the hug and cups her cheeks.

Neil - How you became so strong Avni ?

Avni - Because I accepted myself the way I am and I accepted the fact that everyone have different story so if my story was meant to be drastic then let it be, I won't give up in front of hurdles. I was determined that I will become a fighter not a victim.

Neil presses a soft kiss on her hands.

Neil - Thanks Avni for being here with me when I really needed someone to encourage me. Thanks alot. I am very lucky that I met you and you are the strongest girl I have ever met in my life.

Avni wipes his tears.

Avni - Thanks to you Neil. You helped me when I was a stranger to you. I wish you get every happiness in your life.

Neil smiles and hugs her.

Avni- ouch !!

Neil - ( breaking the hug ) What happened? ( concerned ).

Avni - The wound is painful sometimes.

Neil - Avni it's bleeding. Let me do the dressing again.

Neil brings the first aid box and did her dressing. Then he went for preparing dinner and made Avni eat properly and gave her medicines. After that he made her sleep. He totally forgot about Juhi and his breakup. He was having some unusual happiness as if everything is perfect in his life. He drifted into sleep early after so many days with a satisfied brain.

Next morning they woke up and did their breakfast.

Neil - Avni, I have called one of my friend who is a designer. She will come and take your measurements so that she can provide us some clothes for you. If you want anything else you can tell her or me. Don't feel shy.

Avni - It's not required Neil. I am fine. You can drop me at orphanage.

Neil - I told you that I will take care of you till you get well properly. So I don't want any discussions on this topic. ( He was little annoyed with her ).

Avni - Sorry Neil. Now don't be angry with me. ( puppy face ).

Neil - I can't be angry with you Avni but you shouldn't talk like this. Okay!!

Avni- Okay!! ( smiles)

After one hour Neil's friend arrives and she took Avni's measurements and showed some dresses to Neil.

Shikha ( Neil's friend )- I guess black colour will look good on her.

Neil - No black colour. Give some colourful clothes.

Avni smiles while listening this.

Avni - ( in mind ) I know Neil that you want to fill colours in my dark life. That's why you can't even bare this black colour. I know that you feel my pain. I am so lucky that I have you in my life. What's our relation even I don't know but you will be always close to my heart.

After shopping Neil went to police station and Avni was sitting in the house listening to songs that Neil have arranged for her. Someone comes inside and she thought that Neil came back.

Avni - Neil you came back this early. ( She moves out of his room ).

Shweta ( Neil's mother ) - Who are you ? ( confused ).

Avni - I am Avni. Neil's friend. And you ?

Shweta - I am Neil's mother.

Avni - Oh !! Sorry aunty. Wait.

She was moving in her direction. Shweta noticed her taking support of the things as she wasn't able to locate her direction.

Shweta - Avni beta you are okay. I mean ..

Avni - Actually aunty I am blind so ....

Shweta - Oh sorry I wasn't knowing. You stand there I will come.

Shweta comes towards Avni and holds her hand. Avni bends down and takes her blessing. Shweta smiles and blesses her.

Shweta - Avni you should sit. Your foot is injured.

Avni - No aunty it's fine.

Shweta doesn't listen and made her sit and prepared coffee for both of them. They both talked for sometime. Avni explained her everything how they both became friends and his breakup with Juhi. Shweta feels really good that finally Neil have someone who cares for him genuinely other than his family.

Shweta - Avni I will call other family members here. You should meet everyone. Are you comfortable?

Avni - I will be more than happy aunty.

In evening entire Khanna clan was there even Neil also get surprised when he came home along with DD. Avni met everyone and everyone really liked her nature. They saw a different comfort and happiness on Neil's face when Avni is with him. After sometime everyone left and avneil were alone. They spend their quality time and slept.

Days were passing and they both were becoming more close with time. They felt incomplete without each other.

Neil returned home after completing his work and found Avni arranging the dinner for them.

Neil - Hey beautiful. ( smiles )

Avni - Finally you are back. ( smiles ).

Neil - missed me ...

Avni - Yeah !! You go and freshen up then we both will have our dinner.

Neil - Okay majesty... ( Avni chuckles ). Seems that you have prepared amazing dishes.

Avni-  Yeah!! All thanks to you. You made me familiar with everything.

After having dinner they both were sitting with each other talking about each other's day. It was their regular habit.

Avni - Neil I am fine now so I guess I should return back to orphanage.

Neil - ( felt sad as he has become habitual to her ). Please don't go. You can stay with me.

Avni - Neil but . ....

Neil - Please Avni ... ( pleading)

Avni - Neil...

Neil - You can stay atleast for one week more as after that I will go for my mission. When I will leave I will drop you at orphanage and then I will come to meet you there when I will return from my mission.

Avni - Fine ... but on one condition.

Neil - And what's that ?

Avni - you have to sing a song while playing your guitar.

Neil- So you know about my singing talent... ( chuckles).

Avni - Yeah !! All thanks to Shweta aunty.

Neil - Fine I will sing. 

He brings the guitar and starts singing.

He was remembering all his memories with Avni while singing the song. He was feeling how much importance she has in his life. He just want her in his life. He is incomplete without her. Avni was also going through different emotions as Neil have become an important part of her life. They both were in their own world.

Neil kept his guitar aside, he was only singing the song. He pulled Avni into a dance.

Avni encircle her arms around his neck while he places his hands on her waist. They both were feeling each other.

Avni hugged him while he hugged her back and both were enjoying their comfortable silence and warmth after Neil finished his song.

Next day Neil was having day off, so he was baking cake with the help of Avni. They were enjoying each other's company with occasional teasings from  Neil and their roars of laughter. Their moment was broken with the doorbell. Neil opened the door and rooted on his spot after seeing the person standing on his doorstep. Avni comes from behind.

Avni - Who's there Neil?

Juhi - Neil this girl ? ( anger)  who are you ?

Avni - Actually I ...

Neil - No need to give any explanation Avni. I don't like introducing my family members to the strangers. By the way she is Avni and she is also my family member. Do you have any problem . . ( He says sternly ).

Avni - Who is there Neil ?

Juhi - Neil's girlfriend Juhi.

Neil- Correction.. Neil's ex- girlfriend who cheated him.

Juhi - Neil just listen to me.

Neil - Leave.. I said leave Juhi.. ( angry ).

Avni - Neil just calm down.

Avni was coming towards Neil but fall down when her foot hit some object lying on floor. Neil saw this and came towards her running.

Neil - Avni. Are you okay? I told you na not to move much. Now get up.. ( concerned)

He made her sit on the couch while Juhi was fuming in anger.

Juhi - Wow !! What a choice Neil. Don't tell me you are in love with a blind girl. ( She says sarcastically )

Neil - Juhi !! ( screamed in anger ).

He was about to move towards her but Avni held his wrist and nodded in no. Neil composed himself and assured her by rubbing her hand with his.

Neil - You are right, I am in love with her, a blind girl. You know why ? Because she feels me. Though she's not able to see, still she's able to connect with my heart. Heart to heart relations are very pure Ms. Juhi but the person who treats men as her atm can't understand this pure concept. So better you get lost before i do anything that you may regret later.

Before Juhi can say anything, he closed the door on her face and sits beside Avni. He was feeling nervous now as it was totally unexpected confession of his feelings related to her.

Avni - Why you didn't tell me before ?

Neil - As if you need words for feeling me.

Avni- No I felt your emotions before but I wasn't sure.

Neil - Even I felt the same from your side but i was sure. You know what Avni we both are already connected so these words and senses are just a formality between us.

Avni smiles and Neil hugs her.

After some days.  Avneil were spending time with family. Everyone was very happy when Neil informed them about their relation.

Neil - Avni I want to talk to you about something.

Avni - What you want to say ?

Everyone gave an assured look to Neil.

Neil- Avni I want to give you your eyesight back. I have talked to doctor and he said that treatment is available so we can try.

Avni - Neil but it will be expensive right ?

Prakash - So what Avni ? We are your family right ? We want you to see the world around you.

Avni - But there is no guarantee that it will work...

Neil - Then also you will be mine but I want to try it once. I want to give you a perfect family so that you never feel alone and I want to give you your eyesight so that you can see your new family. ( smiles ).

After some months. Avni finally got her eyesight back but she was struggling with the adjustment of her eyes. Finally she was fine and opened her eyes to find Neil standing in front of her with his ever charming smile..

Avni - Neil ( teary eyes).

Neil- ( teary eyes ) Recognised me ?

He sits beside her and she cups his face. She traces his face gently.

Avni - Oh my god!! You are more handsome than your imaginary figure I created in my brain.

Neil smiles and Avni meets with every member..

They both are perfect partners for each other. Maybe they are not perfect as individuals but they are perfect for each other, that's why their relation is also perfect.
