Avni: TUM... leave me if someone sees u then it is going to be a big problem

Voice: y would it be a problem huh? We have been together for the last 5 years or do you plan to marry someone else and have an affair with another person he said pulling  her towards him while avni looked angrily at the person

Avni: Raj how can u even think like that sometimes I am never able to understand u

(raj is abhi bhai's friend ...years ago before avni went to New York she was about 18, ashish and abhi had organised a business party at their mansion and that's how she met raj, and both fell for each other and only abhi and juhi knew about this)

Raj: u r never able to understand me avni? well then the same goes for me...and  y didn't u tell me about this so called marriage of yours thanks to abhi I got to know about this otherwise u probably would have kept this a secret and I would have got this news from the newspaper right... We have been together for five years and this is what I get so let me remind u that u r my girlfriend avni and I am your boyfriend ...he said pulling her even closer

Avni: raj everything happened so soon that I didn't know what to do ...both the family were so happy about this relation but I was not able to say anything... raj u know na I love u please don't do anything in ur anger but maybe our relation was till here 

Raj:wow avni... so easily u said that u think our relationship was only till here but for once did u even think about trying for it... I will make sure this marriage doesn't happen avni and that's a promise to u he said pushing her towards the wall and left the trial room in anger...

avni was about to go after him but then she was shocked when she came out and saw one of her best friend mitali standing there.. Tears coming out of her eyes but also anger was evident.

Mitali: sorry to disturb u but hurry up and change we got some serious discussion to do she said coldly.. and walked away wiping her tears... avni looked helplessly at mitali's retreating back 

Avni suddenly woke up and sat on her bed realising that she was dreaming about the whole scenario where raj coming into the trial room and mitali hearing the convo and for a second she thought it was happening for real 
(after neil and his family left her house avni was in her room resting and had this dream... )

Avni (self talk) : thank god this was a dream but if this was real and  mitali actually heard everything then wonder how would she have reacted, one part of me wants to tell her everything but on the other hand I don't want to as I don't want to lose her as a friend. I hope abhi bhai hasn't told raj anything.

She got hold of her mobile which was lying somewhere on the bed and called abhi however abhi's PA suresh had his phone so he went outside and answered it

Suresh: hello avni ma'am

Avni: hi suresh can I speak to abhi bhai please

Suresh: sorry ma'am but abhi sir is in a meeting right now, if u want I can pass on ur message on to him

Avni : thanks suresh but can u tell him to call me asap after the meeting has finished.

Suresh: sure I will let him know once he is free

Avni: thanks

Suresh: your welcome... avni cut the call

Avni (self talk): I did tell abhi bhai that we wont let raj know right now but I don't know how will I control him when he finds out because im sure once the engagement day is fixed the whole world will know which does include him... why is this happening to me... (she looked at the celling trying to stop her tears)... I wish u were with me right now juhi... u and mitali r the same but I cant go and tell her about neil because she probably wont believe me as neil is her brother.

Neela: avni beta come down for a minute please... Neela shouted from downstairs...

avni composed herself and went downstairs and sat next to Neela

Neela: beta riya said she tried to call u on ur mobile but it was coming as busy... she wants u to meet her at her office as she wants ur help and wants u to be there now

Avni: k mom ill just leave now...

Avni quickly went to her room and grabbed her key and phone and left to meet riya... it took her about 15mins to reach to riya's office and once she reached there she parked her car and walked in to see the staff walking from one place to another she went to pinky who was the receptionist and also shared a good relationship with both the sister... pinky saw avni and gave her a smile

Pinky: hey avni.

Avni: hey pinky what happened is riya taking her frustration out on them again she said looking at the staff who was walking from room to another with outfits and materials with a tensed expression and then looked back at pinky

Pinky: riya seems to be more tensed than them and right not only u can make her feel better

Avni: I'll just go and see her .. pinky nodded and avni walked towards riya's cabin... she knocked on the door just to make sure if riya is alone or with a staff

Riya: come in... avni walked in to see riya sitting on her chair working on her laptop

Avni: hey ri what happened mom said u need my help. 

Riya looked up at avni who sat opposite her

Riya: haan didu its just there is this girl parul and she wants me to design her bridal dress... and I have made about 3 design I just need ur help to make more designs.

Avni: that's not a problem but how does she want her outfit to look

Riya: well even I asked her that but she said that she leaves it up to me and my team. So when I show her the design and when she confirms one of them then we will start making the outfit so shall we start

Avni: yep but I'll try my best

Riya: come on didu last year u made some really good designs. Didu u stay here I'll just gone see how the other orders are going on.

Avni nodded and tried to make some designs on the paper it had been about 15mins when avni heard a beep on riya's phone however she ignored it the first time but then she heard the phone beeping 3 or 4 times so she decided to check her phone thinking it might be important only to be surprised to see it was ali's message
saying.

hey riya,how u doing?
I hope u haven't forgot that we r meeting up at the coffee shop around 5:30?

Avni smiled after reading the message and put the phone down and started to sketch her design after few mins riya walked in

Riya: sorry didu was busy sending some finished orders.

Avni: its k riii by the way when is paruls wedding... she asked still making her design not looking at riya

Riya: she said after 3 month but she just want her outfit ready as she doesn't want to risk it by rushing on the last minute

vni: and how long is it going to take to actually make this outfit

Riya: depends on how many hours we work on it I would say may be a month... avni gathered all the design in a pile while riya looked at her confusingly

Avni: ri its 4:30pm

Riya : so its always 4:30pm

Avni: god looks like u have actually forgotten

Riya: forgotten what didu

Avni: coffee with ali or shall I say a coffee date with ali she said with a naughty smile. Riya looked at her

Riya: diduuu its not a date we r meeting just like that and by the way how did u know I was supposed to meet up with ali

Avni: u left ur phone here ri plus ali seems to be excited to meet u that's y he kept on texting u every min. and I think I should thank him otherwise I wouldn't have known about ur date with ali

Riya: diduuu its not a date she said glaring at avni

Avni: ok ok stop glaring and madam don't u need to change from this professional look of urs

Riya: yh I bought my dress thought of changing over here

Avni: then go and get changed and I messaged ali saying that u r still meeting up with...

riya picked up her bag from the corner and went into the washroom which was attached to her cabin... after 20 mins rita came out wearing a nice dress

Riya: thanks didu

avni: k now come on get going u don't want to be late

Riya: didu y don't u come with me

avni: riya u and ali r meeting up what am I going to do there?

Riya: didu for my sake ur coming and that's final

avni: erghh only on one condition im going to stay for few mins and then leave.

Riya: k lets go in ur car

Avni: and how r u gone get home

Riya: didu ali will drop me

Avni: that's fine but how r u going to come to work tomorrow

Riya: I will tell abhi bhai to drop me now stop the questioning and hurry up lets go... both were walking outside the office... avni sat in the driving seat while riya sat on the passenger seat... riya told her the address and avni started to drive... both were talking about casual things though riya seemed more busy texting ali

Avni: who u texting

Riya: ali... I told him that ur tagging along and he said that's fine

Avni: only for few mins rii don't forget...

around 5:20pm avni parked the car and both got out and walked inside the coffee shop... avni was looking around the coffee shop noticing it was not busy her eyes shifted to where ali was and smiled at him as he was waving his hands at them but then slowly that smile started to vanish from her face to see neil sitting next to ali and looking at her straight in the eye...

avni slowed down her steps after seeing neil and riya noticed her slowing down so she grabbed her hand and made her walk a little faster... both reached the table... ali and avni hugged while riya and neil... riya then moved to hug ali while avni just looked at neil

Riya: what happened guys aint u going to hug each other she said naughtily and this time it was avni who glared at her

Ali: come on guys u r soon going to get engaged soon so stop being shy plus on the other day u both came down holding hands when you guys agreed for the wedding

Neil: ali stop it.

Ali: ok come sit down... All sat down riya was sitting opposite ali while avni was sitting opposite neil

Riya: so didu how did u like my surprise

Avni: what surprise

Riya: neil bhai is the surprise I told ali to bring him as u agreed to come

Ali: riya I think u should stop calling him bhai because soon u will have to start calling him jiju

Riya: well yh but after they get officially engaged... Suddenly avni got a call and seeing the name she kind of got nervous and excused herself... she went near the washroom area which was around the corner and answered the phone

Avni: hey raj

Raj: hey sweety how r u

Avni: im fine what about u and how is ur working going on in paris

Raj: its fine but like I told u its going to take me 3 to 4 month to complete this project as its very important to me but right now im missing u loads and I hope u r... avni kind of got nervous
Avni: erm yh. I... I... am missing u too

Raj: really then y do u sound nervous

Avni: no its nothing like that

Raj: well I have got something to tell u once im back im going to come to ur house and ask ur parents for ur hand... only few more month avni and I will be close to u... avni closed her eyes

Avni: raj, I need to tell u something she said taking a long breath

Raj: hold on sweety there is someone at the door... after few mins raj came back... avni I will speak to u later I have to rush now as my PA informed me that my meeting is an hour... I love u

Avni: k raj

Raj: only ok wont  u  say u love me like always

Avni: I love u too raj bye... she cut the call and stopped herself from crying... she turned around to go back to the table to find an angry neil standing there whose eyes were bloodshot... she was shocked seeing him like that but composed herself and tried to walk away but only get pushed back to the wall by neil and in this process she closed her eyes

Neil: who the hell is this raj he said through gritted teeth

avni slowly opened her eyes and noticed that neil was so close to her making anyone think they were about to kiss... she turned her face sideways avoiding looking at his fury eyes.. this made neil even more angry and he grabbed her chin forcing her to looking at him

neil: look at me when im talking to u...whoever this raj is I don't care but just remember one thing avni only I have the rights on you so forget this so called raj of yours because you are mine ONLY MINE... dont forget we will get married understood he whispered dangerously
