Around 6pm at the metha mansion

Everyone was halving there dinner while talking.

Ashish was telling about his meetings to abhi while they were busy discussing about business...

riya was keeping juhi busy about fashion and also telling about her designed clothes. Avni was playing around with her food... she was worried as it's already 6pm and there is no answer from Neil.

After dinner all got up when dayawanti saw bebe walking in with prakash And family.

Ashish : u all at this time? Come and sit...

everyone sat down. Avni looked at mithali and she blinked her eyes gesturing everything is ok

Shweta : the thing is we came here to discuss about the wedding ... Neela, dayawanti and ashish  looked at each other

Ashish : what happened is everything ok?

Prakash: ashish... Neil told us he wants to delay the wedding and also that Avni has also decided the same as they want to get to know each other more and they feel its best to know each other before getting married

Avni gave a thankful look to Neil who didn't smile at her and just looked away.

Ashish.but how comes all of a sudden he said looking at avni 

Dayawanti: ashish Avni had already told me about this.  if both the kids wants this then there is no harm ...in a way it's good they will get to know each other more.

Avni: thank u so Much for agreeing to this as this really means a lot she said looking at the elders

Shweta : it's ok beta we can do this much for our kids she said getting up and cupping her face

Prakash: now that we have agreed to u both...u both have to agree to us

Neil: about what?

Bebe: since u want to get to know each other y don't u all go on a small trip.. it will be a trip for all u youngsters and u and Avni will get to spend time and know each other

Neil: dadi I have office to go to

Prakash: office can wait i will be going To the office and there r other staff so u don't worry .

Neela: what day is the trip and when r they going.

Shweta : they can leave after few days ...get things ready for wherever they want to go.

Riya: great I have few ideas of where we can go to.

Ali: so let's decide then

Abhi: let's go to the garden then

All the youngster went in the garden while the elders started talking

Juhi: so what places have u got

Riya: well there is Switzerland, ,America , London she was about to say more when abhi stopped her

Abhi: 'my darling sister ' we r only going for few days so let's choose places in india only.

Riya: ok then what places do u think r good

Ali: goa

Mithali: not bad there r good things  over there

Vidyut: and when r we going

Abhi: how about the day after tomorrow as tomorrow is the court hearing he said and then realised riya and ali r also there

Riya: what court hearing case

Abhi: raj singhania

Riya: oh yh I hope that jerk gets punished for trying to rape that innocent girl and also trying to do illegal business with u and dad... juhi stiffened a bit which Avni noticed and she squeezed her hand. Both gave each other a small smile

Shweta : kids come we r leaving now

Neil, ali, vidyut and mithali got up to leave

Juhi: u coming tomorrow she said while hugging Neil

Neil: yes. For u I will be there he said giving a smile... vidyut also hugged juhi and the others and left. However Avni and Neil just looked at each and kept their distance

At the Khanna mansion all reached home and sat down while shweta  told the cook to get the food ready

Bebe: so where have u kids decided to go

Mithali: goa dadi

Shweta : dinner is ready she said bring food and placing it on the table.

Ali: Bhai how comes u and Avni bhabii decided to delay the wedding all of a sudden.

Neil: because we wanted time to know each other he said giving a serious look to ali

Ali: but y all of a sudden

Vidyut: ali... Avni and Neil felt their relation is been rushed and its best to know each other before getting married

Bebe: ali stop your questioning and start eating.

Ali made a puppy face

Shweta : it's good that we didn't send invitation cards for the other functions otherwise it would have been difficult to let all the guest know about the cancellation. Bebe and prakash nodded

Meanwhile in Avni room after dropping of juhi back to her place...she was sitting on her bed looking at the ceiling...tomorrow was going to be the day where raj was going to be punished. But the memories that were In her heart was not going away and that was frustrating her

Avni: enough Avni how can u still remember that person...these memories that were blissful memories r only a nightmare for u now nothing more. Things can't be the same anymore and I have accepted the fact

Abhi heard Avni but didn't disturb her and left the room without meeting her

The next morning Around 10am abhi left saying he is going to the court although ashish said he will Come but abhi somehow stopped him.

Avni left after few minutes saying she has to go to work and left. She walked to the other side of the road as  abhi was waiting for her in the car when she got inside they headed to go to juhi house.

After 30 mins they reached to juhi house and entered. lalit and juhi were sitting in the living room and saw them

Lalit: did anyone doubt at home

Abhi: nope dad knows I was going to the court and Avni left saying she had to meet one of her friends .

Avni: u ok

Juhi: yh just a little nervous

Abhi: don't worry juhi nothing will happen raj will get punished and the inspector told us that there will be no media so your name wouldn't come out.

Lalit: let's go. Our lawyer would already be there.

All nodded and left to go the court

Outside the court Neil vidyut and mithali were waiting for the others to come

Mithali: they r here she said seen Avni, juhi abhi and lalit walking towards them.

Abhi and lalit were talking while juhi and Avni were busy in their own world.

Juhi was remembering that cruel day that changed her life forever. While Avni remembered all the incidents that happened after that day and how raj tried to act all Innocent showing fake concerns for juhi.

Vidyut: u both ok

Juhi: yh she said coming back to reality and looked at avni  who looked at her this time both didn't smile but looked at each other painfully.

Juhi lawyer came and took juhi and lalit along for some formalities

Abhi: let's go in he said to the others.

Inside vidyut Neil and abhi were sitting together while mithali and Avni were sitting in the other bench next to them soon juhi and  lalit came and sat down next to them

Both the lawyers came. Juhi lawyer sat on the other side while raj lawyer on the other side.

Soon raj was bought in while coming in he looked at juhi with hatred in his eyes.... then his eyes moved to Avni he gave an evil smile which made Avni nervous but she put up a brave face and looked away.

Judge: so this case is regarding mr raj Singhania trying to rape Miss juhi Sharma and also trying to do illegal business on his friends name he said reading the paper and looking at both the lawyers.

Rajs eyes never left Avni face.

Avni was not looking at him but she could feel his gaze on her which kind of scared her for the first time in her life

Juhi lawyer: your honour I would like to call up my client juhi sharma. Judge nodded and juhi came up.

Juhi lawyer: miss juhi sharma. I would like u to tell the court on what actually happened that day. Juhi took a deep breath and close her eyes and started narrating everything once she was done she told was told to sit down.

Judge: mr singhania anything u would like to say in your self-defence. Raj looked at the judge.

Raj: no your honour.

Everyone was shocked as they thought raj will deny all the fact and will try to prove that he is been framed..

Judge; so u admit that whatever miss juhi Sharma said is all true.

Raj; yes. He said calmly.

Abhi Avni , lalit, Juhi . Mithali, vidyut and Neil were confused to see someone so calm and admitting  all the crimes he did without defending himself.

Judge: mr Ahuja . Do u want to say anything for your client?

mr Ahuja(raj lawer) what can I say sir if my client has admitted everything I cant do anything

Judge: ok then since mr raj singhania has accepted all the accusation pointed at him the courts gives him a life imprisonment. 

Despite been happy Avni was scared she didn't know raj would accept all this easily. Lost in her thoughts she didn't realise raj coming towards her. All of a sudden she heard him speak.

Raj: don't worry baby I won't leave u. u will have to wait a little while for me  He said giving an evil smile ...the police officer was standing a bit far so they didn't hear... but everyone else heard him

raj was about to touch Avni cheeks and before she was able to move back she was surprised to see Neil standing in between them holding raj hand

Neil: if you think u can touch my fiancee and we all will keep quite then u r mistaken... don't worry we all r here with Avni u can go and rot in jail for the rest of your life he said gritting his teeth while talking.

Avni who was behind Neil  had tears in her eye she was looking at Neils with a Smile

raj looked at Neil angrily while Neil had this dangerous look

Abhi: leave it Neil he has probably lost it let's go from here now he said holding Avni hand and other hand around juhi shoulder walking out the court...But they stopped when they heard a loud smack on someone face all turned around to see lalit looking angrily at raj who had one hand on his cheeks as lalit slapped him.

Lalit: this slap is really less for trying to ruin both of my daughter life

Vidyut: uncle leave him y get your hand dirty by slapping a person like him come on let's go .. he said taking lalit with him...

police were taking raj and while walking out the court he turned around to look at his lawyer who nodded at him and left the place to make a call.

Outside the court

Lalit: now the person who ruined your boths life is getting punished he said looking at avni and juhi

Juhi and Avni looked at each other... juhi couldn't control it any longer and hugged Avni tightly both crying Silently while everyone looked on
