Veer: was thinking about someone important

Kabir :well do that after.. for now let's take a picture together

Veer moved to where they were. .. he was about to stand next to avni but Avni moved next to kareena and he stood next to kabir while kabir took the picture

Avni :how about we order some dessert and they will deliver it to us (damn I wish  if that could happen.. I would be ordering one everyday)

They soon reached to the store and placed an order for everyone and then left

As they reached home they heard others laughing   however it caught veer and kabir attention more while avni smiled

Kabir: omg u guys r here

Sheetal: yes we r.. she said as kabir moved to hug her then his parents

Veer:but didnt u call last night to say that u didnt get any flight booking

Sheetal:well we lied about that. When we got to know u r in India and after we spoke to u. Avni and Neil had called us up as they got our bookings done and told us to call u both last night saying we couldn't couldnt make it... they came up with the idea of us surprising u

Veer dad; at that time we were actually boarding the flight

Sheetal:and we missed u so much she said placing her hand around his arm while he faked a smile.

Kabir :thanks bhabhi u r the best he said moving to give avni a side hug

Avni:welcome.. and sheetal ...veer was missing u loads even when we were out he was thinking about u. She said teasingly

Sheeta:really? I thought he would only think about work she said playfully

Shweta:chalo Chao let's get ready to go for navratri

Kareena: but what about our desserts

Avni:we will have it after coming back that's y I gave them a late time to deliver

Kabir:no wonder y u ordered more. Avni smiled.

Avni: maa is neil back?

Shwets:haan he is upstairs . As he is the one who went to pick them from the airport  .. avni nodded and headed to their room

Veer was not happy...here he thought he will somehow spend more time with avni but no avni herself helped sheetal and his parents come here by planning it with neil

Avni entered her room to see neil busy with some file while sitting near his desk... she slowly walked over to him and hugged him from the back by keeping her chin on his shoulder and arms around his neck

Avni: someone is Busy she whispered near his ears

Neil smiled and took one of her hand bringing her in front of him and  placed her on his lap with his hands moving  around her waist while hers around his neck

Neil:I'm angry with u

Avni: and y is that?

Neil:because u didnt miss me... no text or calls from u he said while lifting her saree slightly and played with her waist chain....  avni sunk her stomach everytime when his fingers brushed against her skin while playing with her waist chain.. it was giving her butterflies type of feelings in the stomach 

Avni:u..u could have texted too she said hoarsely... Neil smiled and played with her navel ... avni buried her face in the crook of his neck while her arms tightened around his neck 

Neil: I did .  U probably didnt see my message...avni smiled against his neck as she had seen his text which said "miss me because I'm missing u".. but she wanted to tease him and not reply back

Avni:Mr Khanna if u keep on torturing your wife like this she will get late to get ready for navratri.

Neil:well I have an idea me and my wife can change together he said holding her saree pleats...

Avni:no way she said and quickly got of his lap and was about to run away when she stopped and turned around

Avni:by the way thank u for choosing what saree to wear this morning

Neil:what? he said confusingly

Avni: kya what dont pretend to be all clueless

Neil:baby I seriously dont know what u r talking about I didnt choose any saree for u this morning... avni frowned

Avni:neil u chose this saree by keeping it on the bed

Neil: me? As far as I remember I didnt ...avni maybe u left it out and forgot  ..

Avni:but

Suddenly neil received a call from office and he excused himself

Avni:Neil is saying he didnt choose the saree..  maybe he is joking... but then if he chose it for me y would he joke?.. he would love doing stuff like this..  and I dont remember taking out any sarees last night then who took it?... was my doubt correct of someone been in the room and if so who?

Kareena:bhabhi  .. avni looked at kareena walking in the room

Avni: what happened kareena ?

Kareena:bhabhi I will need help with my blouse 

Avni:ok come let me help u she said heading to kareena room

Once helping kareena with the blouse she went back to her room and took out her choli and turned to walk to the washroom when she bumped into neil

Avn:good that u r ready now let me go and get ready 

Neil:want help ? he asked teasingly

Avni slapped his cheeks playfully and went to the washroom smiling..  completely forgetting about the saree thing.

They all reached downstairs and headed to go for navratri

(I wont drag the navratri.. it's time to move on a little quickly)

After the garba dance avni went to drink water.. the girls and boys had sat separately

Sheetal:hey.. avni turned around to see sheetal

Avni:hey u want some water

Sheetal:sure

Avni : here u go

Sheetal:thank u

Avni:I'm sorry we didnt get much time to interact

Sheetal:hey it's fine we can always catch up later

Avni:true.. enjoying navratri ?

Sheetal:totally... u know after a long time we r actually celebrating navratri with veer

Avni :really? How comes ?

Sheetal:he is always busy with work and all be it busy with meetings or going to different country for business

Avni:hardworking I see

Sheetal:yh she said and both chuckled.. if only both knew that veer was in India most of the time

Avni:hey let's go for a walk till then.. there is still about 10 mins for the dandiya round

Sheetal:I dont mind

Avni gestured riya who had looked in her direction and nodded 

Sheetal and avni were walking outside

Avni: by the way  sheetal  thanks for the gift it was really beautiful

Sheetal: I am glad that you loved it ...the gift  was actually veers choice.

Avni:nice..   by the way how many years has it been since you got married to veer

Sheetal: it's been 3 and 1/2 years since we r married

Avni:no kids?

Sheetal:um no not yet.. I mean veer isnt ready yet.. even by been married for 3 and 1/2 years we actually haven't taken the next step in our life she said sadly

Avni: y is that ? If u dont mind me asking?

Sheetal: veer isn't ready yet. I mean he doesn't want a child yet as he wants to concentrate on his business more

Avni:but there is something called taking precautions right .. just because he isnt ready doesn't mean u both can't take the next step.... sheetal wiped her tears

Sheetal:I told him that.. but he said now is not the right time...I can't force him avni... u know I always craved to be with him to always take that next step in our life.. I have to just enjoy his hug which I get most of the time... veer is a nice guy it's just that I miss him as a husband

Avni:did u ever tell him about your feelings ?

Sheetal:no and I dont plan to as I dont want any awkwardness in our life.. I respect his decision and will wait for him.. I usually wouldn't tell this to anyone but I'm glad I told u..

Avni:do u want me to talk to him? Or tell neil to talk to him ?

Sheetal:no no avni.. I'm getting to spend time with him after a long time and I'm happy with that

Avni:ok if that's what u want I wont force u but if u ever feel lonely I promise I'll be here

Sheetal smiled and nodded.

They went back in . as they walked in avni was surprised to see a familiar face

Avni: Monica? What a pleasant surprise.. Monica smiled and hugged her

Monica :how r u

Avni:all good but what about u and u just disappeared .. didnt even seen u after my wedding

Monica:I had some urgent work so had to leave

Avni:well its good u finally came here

Monica:yup.. by the way where is the washroom

Juhi:, it is  in that direction.. keep walking and take your left

Monica nodded and left..

As she was walking in that direction she stopped and turned around.

Monica:y did u call me ? Slowly the face is shown... with veer looking at her seriously

Veer: because u didnt have to follow dd as he isnt going to find anything .. plus I need to separate avni from neil.

Monica:y dont u use the same trick like u did when we were in college

Veer:I could but it wont work.. they have body guard around  them 24/7.. I need to do something else to separate them.

Monica: what else

Veer:even I don't know.. I'm still thinking...but u better Make sure u dont reveal anything and keep it as if u dont know anything about the stalker 

Monica:dw I will.. if I had helped u pretending to have my own brother kidnap and not let anyone know about this... what makes u think I'll let them find out.. veer nodded.

Monica:but do u think it's safe to let dd do whatever he is doing

Veer:yes..n. Because I'm very sure he wont find out anything.. now end this dd topic..I'll go back u come after few mins

As veer turned both got stunned to see avni staring at them

Monica:av...avni... she said after few sec

Avni:haan but y r u both shocked?..

Veer:when did u come I mean did u want anything he said hoping she didnt hear a thing

Avni:ohh I came to see if Monica found the washroom and saw u

Monica:haan woh actually haan I stopped him to ask  if the washroom is this way 

Avni:ohh

Veer:yhh that what she was asking ..

Avni:by the way this is Monica.. she studied with us in college and monica this is veer  neil's cousin

Veer:nice to meet u

Monica :same here.. avni u go I'll be there... avni nodded .

Avni:veer u coming.. veer nodded and left with avni to where the others were

Monica came back after few mins.. and all started the dandiya round

As they reached home... all had the dessert that avni and all had ordered.. all were talking and laughing.. avni glanced at sheetal and veer who was sitting with each other while she recalled what sheetal said

In avneil bedroom 

Avni was taking her earnings of while remembering what sheetal said

Sheetal:I told him that.. but he said now is not the right time...I can't force him avni... u know I always craved to be with him to always take that next step in our life.. I have to just enjoy his hug which I get most of the time... veer is a nice guy it's just that I miss him as a husband

Avni:does neil feel like this too?.. I want to wait till that day... as I want to be his on the special day of his life.. but would neil also be feeling like what sheetal is feeling?.. am I making him wait for too long?.

Neil came out of the washroom

Avni:, Neil she said getting up and walked towards him

Neil:haan ?

Avni:can I ask u something?... Neil smiled and cupped her cheek

Neil:do u need my permission ?

Avni took Neil's hand which was on her cheek and clasped it with hers

Avni: do u .. do u feel that.. that I'm u know making u wait for too long..

Neil:what ? Wait too long for what wifey ?

Avni:to take the next step in our married life .. am I been unfair with u ?.. for making u wait for too long ...neil looked at avni for a sec

Neil:r u mad? .. do u ever think u have been unfair with me.. u r the one who said u want to take it to the next level at the right time.. and I'm happy with that... yes I do love it when u r close to me.. I go crazy by just your mere touch... when we share our special moment.. our kiss I forget everything and want to drown more with u.. but that doesn't mean u r been unfair with me... that doesn't mean I'm craving for your love because I can feel your love in those small moments too.. I love u just the way u r.. never ever think u r making me wait or been unfair.. when we take the next step in our married life It will be the most special thing and the best feeling

Avni smiled... her heart finally at peace..  she hugged Neil by resting her head on his chest while he hugged her back

Avni:thank u..  the relief I feel after u said this has lightened me up

Neil:u shouldnt have had the doubt in the first place... avni was about to tell about sheetal but decided not to as sheetal didnt want her to tell anyone

Avni:I know but I'm glad we cleared it

Neil :true

Avni:but I'm happy... did u see how happy everyone was with our surprise by calling sheetal.. mama ji and mama ji

Neil:haan but poor kabir he would probably be missing his natasha right

Avni: bechara she said looking at him and both burst up laughing

Meanwhile sheetal looked at veer who was sitting on the bed with his laptop .. she smiled and sat next to him placing her hand around his arm and rested her head on his shoulder

Veer took a deep breath and allowed her to stay like that even though he didnt like it

Sheetal:do u know how happy I am.. all of us celebrated navratri together after a long time.

Veer:yes we did he said smiling getting flashes of avni during the navratri function 

Veer: and also u r right even I'm happy too

Sheetal:I know... thanks to avni and Neil we r here with u

Veer: hmm he said getting into deep thoughts 

Meanwhile in Delhi dd was trying to get clues from college..  he somehow bribed the CCTV security guard and went inside to check if he could get any footage during their college days 

Around 1am at night avni felt thirsty and got up to drink water but found the jug empty.

She slowly moved Neil's hand that was on her waist and slowly got out of the room to fill up some water.  As she was heading down and walking towards the kitchen she stopped when she heard a voice and followed it

Veer:I formed a plan ...meet me tomorrow Monica..

As avni reached there she only heard him say Monica

Veer sensed as if someone was behind him and turned around to see avni

Avni:veer who r u taking to at 1am? .. and did u just say Monica? She asked frowning

Veer:uh I was actually speaking to my employee in London.. and no I ddint say Monica I said call me in the morning

Avni:oh my bad sorry.

Veer:but y r u awake?

Avni:I needed some water ..u continue she said leaving

As veer saw her walk towards the kitchen he spoke

Veer:just meet me tomorrow at xyz cafe at 12pm ok

Monica:ok 

Veer cut the call and headed towards the kitchen he stood near the door  watching avni fill up the water

Avni felt been watched and turned around to find nobody... she frowned  and turned around  continueing to fill up the water

Veer:still here?  he said walking in

Avni:yup she said smiling but at the same time frowned.

Avni:do u want some water..

Veer:, yh sure  . Avni passed him some water as he held the glass he tried to hold her  fingers but avni removed it quickly giving a nervous smile 

Avni:I better go if neil wakes up he would end up looking for me.. veer stopped drinking the water and nodded forcefully

Veer:goodnight

Avni:goodnight to u too  ..

Veer:Neil neil Neil.. y do u bring him up all the time

Avni was walking up the stairs however her mind was on how she felt been watched again

Avni:I keep getting this feeling now and then..  body guards r outside means nobody can get into the mansion then y did I get such feeling . I am surely missing out something

As she entered the room again she found neil stirring in his sleep while his hand were searching for her..  she got on the bed and held his hand and slept close to him.. closing her eyes and letting the thoughts disappear for now ..while in sleep neil placed their intertwined hand on his stomach

Next morning everyone got ready to start the day... all came down and greeted each other at the dining table and then sat down to have breakfast.. avneil  came down last and shweta and Kabir decided to tease them a little bit

Shweta : oh wow I didn't expect to see you both down as you both usually come early but today you came late and I wonder why she said teasingly

Neil  and avni looked at each other and then Neil spoke

Neil: Mom it's nothing like that we actually got up a little late as the alarm didn't go off

Kabir hmmm  are you sure that the alarm didn't go off or the reason is something else he said winking at Neil and avni

Avni:kabirrrr neil is right the alarm didnt go off as the battery had to be changed ok

Neil:haan and by the way u came down early.. Oh let me guess u was maybe talking to natasha that u probably didnt get time to sleep

Bebe:enough now stop and come on have breakfast.

Sheetal:veer all of us should go out and spend time.. it's been so long since we will take a tour around this city

Veer:umm I'll join u guys later I have to meet someone

Veer mom:who beta ?

Veer:one or my friend has come to Mumbai and he will be flying back in few hours so that's y

Avni:no worries we all can go

Shweta :haan it's been long since we have gone out 

Bebe:haan

Neil:but make sure u all take the body guard with u..all nodded while veer looked at Neil 

Veer mom:avni, Neil come here.. avneil walked to where veers mum was sitting while she got up

Veer mom:beta this is for u she said handing them two wrapped gift ..

Avni:mami ji this was not needed 

Neil:avni is right mami your blessing is enough

Kabir:come on take it..

Avni and Neil took the gift and then took her blessing along with veers dad

Veer: I should have been in Neil's place right now taking blessing with avni he thought

After breakfast

Prakash:neil beta let's leave

Neil:yes dad.

Avni went and hugged Nell while all adored their bond and kabir and kareena looked at them teasingly while veer glared

Precrap:avni:I'll go and get some coffee  ordered for us

Shweta:ok beta  

As avni walked into the cafe she placed her order and looked around when she saw veer  .. she   was about to call out to him  when she was stunned seen Monica coming and sitting down opposite him 

Avni:veer and Monica together?
