Flashback continues
Person: u know I actually hate it when I see that Neil close to u..at college when all of u was sitting outside discussing about vacation I really hated it how he made u rest against his chest while his hands were around u.then that time when he called u at the assembly hall I was going to meet u but he came at the wrong time and I had to hide ..also I didn't like how when he was walking on the beach with u and the way he holds u makes my blood boil

Avni was shocked

Avni: r u following me all the time she asked shockingly

Person: of Course I Have to protect u after all

Avni closed her eyes .

Avni: listen I don't need to be protected by u.

Person: how about u do one thing

Avni: and what is that she asked annoyingly

Person : break up with Neil

Avni:go to hell and with that she cut the call

Person: u look even more beautiful when u r angry he said leaning against the pillar and watched as Avni walked away

Neil: everything ok he asked as Avni came and sat next to him

Avni: yup all is good at home she said smiling. While Neil placed his hands around her shoulder.

Ali: so when r we heading back since we have few days left

Juhi: I think we should go back soon as we need to enrole for the second year and get our college card registered

Avni: Juhi is right best to get it done first

Neil: cool then let's go back tomorrow.

Vidyut: hmm till then let's enjoy the last day

Riya: but before that start packing so we don't have to worry at the end

All agreed and started to pack

At night they all went out for dinner and bought ice cream on the way back.

The next day all got ready with their bags and left to head to the college campus. And it took them few days to get themselves registered for the 2nd year of college 

Time was going quick and few months of the second year had passed quickly

One day Avni was going to her room when she saw Monica looking a little worried

Avni: hey Monica what happened u ok

Monica: Avni I...nothing everything is ok she said and left from there while Avni found this odd

She shrugged it of and entered her room when she got a call and when she checked this time it was a different number.

Avni: hello

Person: missed me ?

Avni stopped taking her watch of and looked up as she heard this person voice again

Avni: listen don't u get it when I say get lost

Person: nope he said smiling

Avni: u r a looser I swear to god when I find u then I won't leave u

Person: I won't even allow u to leave me by the way when r u planning to break up with Neil

Avni: never is the answer ok

Person: then it looks like someone life will be in danger

Avni frowned

Avni: what do u mean?

Person: go and ask Monica she will tell u and remember I have my eyes on u. With that he cut the call

Avni thought for a sec and called Monica

Monica: hello

Avni: where r u

Monica: outside the Campus

Avni: please come to my room now

Monica: ok

It had been 10mins since Monica was sitting there

Avni: Monica  please tell me what r u hiding

Monica: I told u na Avni I'm hiding Nothing

Avni: look just tell me I got a call and someone said go and ask Monica ...u know what I'm taking about soPlease tell me what r u Hiding

Monica: avni my brother is in danger and I need to save him

Avni: what! Monica y didnt u tell us before... this person has been annoying me and now your brother is in danger...we should contact the police

Monica:no avni we cant take police help...only u can help me

Avni: y monica...how can i save your brother..I still feel we should inform the police

Monica: Avni please only u can help me to do this

Avni: but what is the guarantee that this won't happen again...if we dont take police help he may do this again

Monica: the only guarantee that something like this won't happen again is  if u break up with Neil and never get back with him

Avni looked at her shockingly

Avni: do u know what u r saying she said with her eyes widened

Monica sighed and took out a letter from her bag

Monica: I got this letter yesterday.

Avni looked at Monica then opened the letter and started to read it

My darling Avni

How r u? ...I'm sure u r missing me and also curious to know who I am but don't worry u will get to know who I am but not yet...so now it's enough of u been with Neil and it's time for u to leave him...I know u won't but if u don't then Monica brother life will be in danger...until u don't leave Neil and keep your distance his life will be in danger but once u break up with Neil her brother will be spared....but don't think that once I free him U can get back with Neil as that won't be possible...if u get back with Neil then that means someone's life will be in danger and it can be anyone close to u. Now the choice is in your hand

The letter slipped out of Avni hand.

Monica: when we went on holiday the reason y I had to leave from there was because someone had called me and told me that my brother life is in danger and I can't tell anyone about this she said crying

Avni looked at Monica

Monica: please Avni only u can save my brother please she said folding her hands

Avni gulped and held  Monica hand...tears started rolling down her eyes thinking how will she stay away from Neil and most importantly how can she break up with him.

That day Avni didn't meet anyone Neil tried to call her and message her so she texted him back

"I'm busy won't be able to meet up"

In few secs Neil replied back

"Miss u..see u tomorrow. Love u loads"

Avni looked at the message and closed her eyes while tears silent made their way down her cheeks.

The next day avni tried to behave in a normal way she had to save Monica brother and ignore Neil and then break up with him.

She went straight to her class but wasn't able to concentrate even though she tried to

She was heading to the canteen when Neil ran to her and held her waist startling her

Neil: hey been calling u for so long what where u thinking about ?

Avni: uhh nothing just about assignments she said removing his hands from her waist

Neil: what happened u ok he said Finding something odd

Avni: ya I have some work will see u later

Before Neil can stop her she left from there

Avni went to the canteen and sat down ...she was feeling bad for behaving like that with Neil

The gang joined her and started chatting while she forced a smile

Suddenly She saw Neil walk into the canteen while checking something on her phone

Avni: uhh guys I have to go need to returns books in the library

Juhi. Avni do that later on

Avni: no its urgent also need to give some notes to a classmate so have to rush

She left from there taking the different exit  while Neil saw her go

Neil: where did Avni go

Vidyut: she said she has some work in the library and also has to give notes to some students

Neil sat down thinking y avni left like from the other direction without waiting for him to come over

The next day Neil called Avni but she didn't answer his call and let it ring

Neil: y isn't this girl answering on top of that I didn't get to see her properly

He tried calling again and the next thing he finds was her phone been switched off

Avni was sitting on a bench when Juhi and Riya came up to her

Riya: Avni what happened

Avni: nothing y?

Juhi: because u r sitting here we had to ask one of your classmates and they told us they saw u here

Avni: haan needed some fresh air

Neil: there u r

Avni, Riya and Juhi turned around to see Neil walking with Ali , Vidyut and Dd

Ali: do u know Neil was searching for u everywhere and he also didn't spare us and made us look for u

Neil: I called u but u didn't answer and after your phone was switched off ...have been noticing since yesterday that u look tensed what happened he said cupping her face

Avni looked at Neil and how the rest was looking at her when all of a sudden she remembered what the person said about keeping an eye on her

Avni: I said na everything is fine it's just the assignment stress she said moving Neil's hands away and got up

Juhi: don't stress about it besides u r smart enough

Avni: hmm I have to go as my next lecture is about to start bye

Before Neil could stop her she left

Avni ran to her room and closed the door and fell flat on her bed hugging the pillow and started  crying...she had no choice but to lie that she had lectures when she didn't

Avni: u r making it hard for me Neil ...no matter how much I try to ignore u I melt instantly as I see u

The next few days Neil started to realise that Avni was ignoring him

He realised that she didn't spend much time with him ... she would be with the others but when he would come she would leave from there.  he had been noticing this for a week now
One day Neil had asked her what happened in front of their friends and that's when Avni said

Avni: its over between us Neil... I don't feel anything for u anymore it was just pure attraction nothing else

Without waiting for Neils reply she left from there

Everyone tried talking to Avni but she gave the same answer

Few days after that incident Avni went where her friends were but Neil wasn't there

Avni: guys I want to tell u something

Vidyut: what happened AM

Avni: actually mom said nanno is not keeping that well and since our second year is about to finish I am planning to continue my last year at a college in Mumbai

All were shocked

Juhi: Avni what r u saying u can still Continue from here I mean u can see your nanno and then come back right

Dd: Juhi is right ...riya Avni is your cousin at least u tell her

Riya: Guys I know my sister very well she is stubborn and won't listen.

Vidyut was observing Avni

Avni: I am not going to break my friendship with any of u  even though I will be in Mumbai I will still be in contact with all of u I promise she said smiling a little

Vidyut: fine we won't force u but u Better keep your promise after all u won't get friends like us anywhere

Avni hugged all of them and left from there

Neil was watching this from a distance.. ever since Avni broke up work with him he tried to talk to her as he didn't find her break up reason valid

Before going Avni went to see Monica

Monica: I'm sorry Avni because of me u have to part ways Neil

Avni: it's not your fault Monica we both r helpless due to that person.

As soon as Avni said this she got a phone call

Avni: what is it she she spoke without any emotions

Person: I'm proud of u sweetheart now Monica brother is going to be free but that doesn't Mean u get back with Neil remember my eyes r on u ok?

Avni: dw I won't get close to Neil as I have enough memories of him besides he is in my heart

With that she cut the call

Person: and he will have to leave from your heart soon

Avni: your brother is going to be free

Monica hugged Avni while she smiled slightly and left from there

End of flashback

Avni stood near the window as she told everyone the truth

when she turned around she saw all looking at her but her eyes stayed on Neil

Ali: so when did Juhi find out ?

Juhi: after Vidyut had proposed me I was meant to take Avni for shopping to get my engagement outfit that time when I reached to her place I saw a note on her table which was from the unknown person and it said that he is happy that Avni kept her distance from Neil and didn't contact him after she left college.

Avni: I Didn't know Juhi was coming otherwise I would have hidden that note but she saw it before I could destroy it as I knew Riya wasn't home at that time .

Juhi: so I made Avni to confess and she gave me Vidyut oath not to tell anyone

Avni moved to Neil and sat in front of him and held his hands

Avni: that time whatever I confessed in my drunk state was true I wasn't able to forget u I still loved u then and I still love u now but I'm scared Neil because if we r together then that means someone's life will be in risk and I can't do that

Neil: after knowing all this Avni I'm determined to find out who this person is that separated us...that made u go away from me...but now he lost because u r with me...he can't harm anyone around us

Avni: but Neil he can do anything... u need to understand if he sees us together then that's it he will take away someone that is close to me and I can't afford to do that...and I'm already scared because media people came during our wedding

Vidyut: AM there is no need to worry nobody can harm any of us... we will have tight security and all of us will be alert .

Avni: but

Neil: Avni look at me do u trust me ? Do u trust all of us ? He said cupping both her cheeks

Avni: haan ...she said after a min while sniffing

Neil: then trust us we will set everything fine...if we stay away then that person wins and whatever he is doing is wrong ok

Avni nodded

Dd: we have to make sure that even though we have security they should not be near us otherwise it can raise doubts and  whoever is keeping an eye can get alert

Avni: but how did u know about this stranger as I didn't mention it during my drunk state. ...she said looking at the boys

Vidyut: my doubt started when mishti told me what u and Juhi were talking about when neil came back to india...I started keeping an eye on u and then....

he told her how he saw the first note in the bin and how few days after he came to office early and saw a parcel on her name and took it without anyone knowing finding the Notes and a pic and how he told the boys after

Neil: promise me u won't hide anything from me we will fight together in this battle

Avni: Neil ...

Neil: please Avni for us for our family

Avni: I promise .

Neil: u won't go away from me right

Avni: no she said while tears silently flowed out of her eyes

Dd: and we will be with u too

Riya; Dd  can't u find out who that person is

Dd: I'm still trying Riya but now knowing what happened in the past could probably help me..just hope I get some type of information out.

Vidyut: but for now let's not tell anyone that Avni told us everything...the person is keeping an eye on us and he probably knows already that they r married because of the media but he still thinks that Avni wouldn't have told anyone

Neil: Vidyut is right no outsiders can know anything as we won't mention it to anyone

Juhi: what about Neela aunty, ma and Shweta aunty

Neil: they can know about it but when nobody else is around

Avni: three of them know? She said shocked

Neil. Not everything I just told them about us...for now don't think about how did they 3 find out I will tell u later

Avni nodded

Avni: and Monica ?

Ali: no Avni don't tell her yet... I mean the person must be keeping a tab on her too

Avni: ok

An hour later avneil reached home but they made it sure to come in separate car just in case if someone is keeping an eye outside their house... first Neil came and after few mins Ali dropped her ...all had already gone to sleep...when they entered their bedroom

Neil: Avni he said holding her hands

Avni turned around when Neil pulled her close to him while her hands landed on her chest his hands went around her waist
