The dinner was about to be served all the elders sat on the table while the youngster sat on the couch with the staff serving them food...

Neil and Vidyut were sitting on the couch opposite to Avni and Riya....Ali couldn't make it as he was going to meet a friend while Dd had to go and meet a client  and Juhi was feeding mishti

Avni just stared at her plate and Would look at Juhi or Riya when they would speak but didn't dare to look at Neil... however she was able to feel his gaze on her now and then but his smile was confusing her as she thought after finding out that she said no to his proposal he wouldn't be happy but the case was totally diff...due to been lost in her thoughts she didn't realise that by accident she spilled some dal on her top

Mishti: mama angels top got dirty ...

Avni came out of her thoughts when she heard mishti speak and looked at her top

Juhi: Avni go to my room clean it up Otherwise it will be hard to remove the stain

Avni: I'll be back ...with that she went up to Juhi room and entered the washroom

Avni came out of the washroom after wiping the stain of her dress when she got pinned against the wall....she looked shockingly at Neil who was close to her

Neil blew on her face making her close her eyes... Avni made an attempt to move but Neil pushed her back....she slowly opened her eyes

Avni: move

Neil: I didn't come this close to u just to move away he said tucking a strand of hair behind her ears...Avni frowned she was suspicious about Neil behaviour

Avni: shut up Neil and move away she said glaring at him however her heart was beating fast due to him been so close to her

Neil ignored her and traced his finger on the plaster and remembered when Neela came to see him earlier on

Flashback

Neil: aunty u here?

Neela; haan I came to tell u about Avni decision.

Neil looked at Shweta and then at Neela

Neela: the things is Neil After u had gone...at night  i bought up the marriage topic in front of Avni and she denied so even i told her that until she doesn't agree to get married to u then I won't eat of drink anything...before she could complete Shweta spoke

Shweta: what is this Neela ji U haven't ate at all please sit I will bring something to eat and Neil makes sure she stays seated.

Neela: no no Shweta ji im fine please hear me out I'm sure as a mother u will understand me after knowing she said making Shweta sit down

Neil: but aunty eat something first

Neela: Neil whatever I need to say is more important

Neil: ok

Neela: so when I told Avni ..she didn't agree and went to her room...yesterday after work she came to my room and tried to convince me to change my decision but I denied and she left ...when I went down after ...I got to know Avni left angrily...after a while we received a call from our neighbours daughter who is also Avni friend and a doctor and she told us that Avni met with an accident

Neil's eyes widened in shock for a second he went numb

Shweta: accident! How is she now.

Neela: she is completely fine nothing happened to her.

Neil: Aunty what r u trying to say Avni met with an accident then how can she be fine?

Neela: that's how worried we all were ...when we reached to the hospital riddhima ...Avni friend told us that she got a small injury on her head ..we all were very worried...the lady who saved Avni also told us how Avni was mumbling saying please don't force me to get married...I felt very guilty and decided that because of me my daughter was in this state only to realise it was all a lie

Shweta: lie?

Neela: haan lie ..to not get married to Neil or anyone she faked her accident so that I could change my decision and even injured herself a little bit...I didn't even know this in fact when I was going back to Avni room  I heard her and riddhima talk.

Shweta: does Avni know that u found out...Neela shook her head and looked at Neil who was lost in his thoughts

Neela: Neil I don't know what happened between u and Avni  in the past but Avni wanting to stay away from u is really making me think a lot...but whatever it is I want Avni to get married

Neil sighed

Neil: I also lied that me and Avni broke up due to a misunderstanding

Shweta: Tillu she said looking him unbelievably

Neil: I know but at That point i didn't know what to do...Avni broke up with me saying she felt only attraction for me nothing else and after that she came here..it took me a while to mend my broken heart...after so many years we met again and I had decided that I will move on after all I had hidden my feeling for her...but then during your bday party Avni and Riya got drunk as they took someone else drink and in that state she said to me that she misses been close to me and still loves me...and after that I got to know something that day which made me determined that I won't let Avni go away from me

Neela : what did u find out...

Neil looked at Shweta and Neela and told what Vidyut told about Avni receiving all those things from the unknown person since college times and also what the recent note said ...while Neela was shocked

Neela: Avni never told us anything about this she said getting into a thinking mode

Shweta: so now even Vidyut Ali and Dd know but what is Avni hiding

Neil: only one person knows that

Shweta/Neela: who? Both asked together

Neil:Juhi

Shweta: then y don't u all ask Juhi

Neil: she won't reveal anything... Avni made her promise and gave Vidyut oath...and then me and Vidyut made this plan of asking for Avni hand as Vidyut told me that u would convince Avni somehow

Neela: after knowing all this I feel like my bacha is in some problem

Neil: but I made a decision that I won't let go of Avni this time and also try and make her confess as to what she is hiding and what the real reason was for the break up as I still dont believe the actually reason she gave

Neela: what did u plan

Neil looked hesitantly disclosing his plan to Neela and shweta and both of their eyes widened.

Neela: I know it's not the right way but then if this is the only way then I agree but that's only because I know u love my daughter and somewhere she loves u

Neil: but that will only Stay between us 3 along with Vidyut Ali and Dd

Shweta: oh gods I hope things go well

End of Flashback

Neil: does it hurt he said still tracing the plaster ...Avni gulped she closed her eyes again for few secs and then opened them again

Avni: no...thanks for the concern now can u please move away so that i can go she said controlling her feelings

Neil: y?... I just came now and we haven't spent that much time with each other just like college days remember

Avni looked at Neil with a frown

Avni: what the hell is wrong with u Neil have u lost it? Don't u get what I mean by move  she said pushing him away and was about walk away when Neil grabbed her wrist and pulled her back making her bump against his chest

Neil had his hands around her waist while Avni hands were on Neil's chest trying to push him

Neil: nothing is wrong with me Avni I'm behaving normal ...if u have a problem then I can't do anything  as nothing will stop me from showing my love to u. He said giving a kiss on her cheeks and turned to go when he stopped with what Avni said next

Avni: I said no for your proposal but still nothing gets into your head right?.

Neil: nope I'm a tough nut to crack he said winking.

Avni shook her head and left from there... the smile on Neil face vanished...he pushed his hair back as he was trying to control his Anger...he wanted to scold Avni so badly for harming herself but controlled himself otherwise the plan he made would have failed.

Neil: u r mad Avni... god knows what I will do with u but one thing is for sure that I will never leave u...He said to himself.

In the kitchen while ragini was telling the maid something Neela and shweta got time to speak

Neela: Shweta ji thank u so much if it was someone else then they would have reacted a different way and probably wouldn't even want their son to get married to my daughter after she said no but u r different

Shweta: Neela ji please don't thank me u said as a mother U expect me to understand and that's what I did besides we r doing this so that in the end our children become one right
Neela nodded

Ragini: what am i missing out on that u both r talking so quietly

Shweta: don't ask anything for now we will tell u everything later promise

Ragini: ughhh I hate it when U both keep things in suspense

Neela: get use to it

After dinner all were sitting casually while the maid served Everyone tea or coffee

Mishti was playing with Avni and she was laughing as Avni started to tickle her...mishti ran away and Avni followed her when she bumped into Neil

Neil smiled naughtily at her...Avni gave a look and ignored him and was about to move when Neil blocked her way.. she tried to move the other way but again he did the same and this continued for about 5-6 times..

suddenly Neil started to walk towards Avni while she walked back in confusion and was soon trapped between the pillar and Neil...Neil had both his hands against the pillar caging Avni ..he moved near to her ear while avni hands rolled into a fist seen Neil come close to her

Neil: by the way I forgot to mention one thing...u actually look even more hot when u get angry..Avni fist tightened when she felt Neil moving close to her hair smelling the fragrance

Neil:. Your hair still smells the same just like years ago. He moved away to look at her to see her looking down however her cheeks had turned a different colour

Neil: and I love it when u blush because of me...Avni looked at Neil

Avni: I am not  blushing

Neil: your cheeks says it all baby he said smirking. While avni looked away as if she is not effected.

Neil moved away

Neil: go mishti must be wondering y her angel didn't come after her he said smiling at her and then. Walked away...

Avni looked at Neil and leaned against the pillar calming her heart which was beating fast ... she was still able to feel his breath on her face when he was moving closer to her and how ticklish she felt when he was whispering in her ears
