As she was busy doing that she turned around and for a sec shrieked when she saw Neil right behind her

Avni:Neillll ... who does that she said placing her hand on her chest

Neil:I didnt do anything it's not my fault if u got scared

Avni:well anyone would get scared if randomly someone comes out of nowhere she said picking up her shares from the suitcase and hanging them while Neil also helped her

Avni:Neil I'll do it u sleep for sometime as u had to wake up early

Neil:I want to help and I'm not sleepy

Avni:but u woke up really early right

Neil:yh but I'm useto it since so many years acha chalo let's leave

Avni:we can actually go another time to see the pent house she said taking the last two saress from Neil

Neil:no we r going today itself so chalo finish your unpacking quickly til then I'll get changed

Avni:but neil take some rest u...

Neil:dont waste time convincing me go and finish whatever unpacking u have left  he said walking to the washroom and closed the door

While avni smiled and shook her head

20 mins later neil got ready while avni had gone to bebe to give her medicine...as he arrived down he saw avni giving bebe water

Neil:avni ready?

Bebe: where r u both going ?

Neil:bebe penthouse...bebe undersootd and nooded

Avni was surprised when Neil came next to her and held her hand while bebe got happy seen that but she looked away trying to hide her smile seen avni cheeks red

Neil:let's go he said while she followed him with a small shy smile playing on her lips

In the car avni kept looking at Neil while he was suprised and smiled.

Neil:what happened miss ajooba...y r u looking at me like this

Avni:I was just thinking that how can such an annoying  person become an important person in my life

Neil: r u actually praising me ?

AVni: unfortunately yes she said smiling cheekily and looked out of the window 

Suddenly she felt her hand been taken from her lap and when she looked she saw Neil placing her hand on top of , his heart

Neil:this heart is happy that u have learnt how to praise me warna u never appreciated this poor guy he said

Avni:well mr poor guy concentrate on driving

Neil:hayeee u r too lost been with me that u dont realise we have been stuck in traffic

Avni frowned and looked ahead to see they were stuck in traffic and looked at Neil who was giving her a teasing look

Avni:well...no.its..its nothing like that.. I'm just saying look ahead as u never know when the signal will turn green she said removing her hand and crossed it

Neil:miss ajooba will always remain miss ajooba

Avni: I heard that

Neil:well u was meant to hear it miss ajooba .

Avni:whatever

Neil:avni...avni looked at him when she felt the teasing gone from his voice

She raised her eyebrows asking what

Neil: I love u.

Avni lip parted as a small smile came on her face and looked ahead and then after a sec she  looked at Neil

Avni:neil

Neil:hmm he said happily

Avni:drive..the signal is green she said looking the other way seen how the smile dropped from Neil face as he was expecting an I love u too

Neil:kya miss ajooba...so unromantic

Avni chuckled and continued looking out of the window

After a while

Avni and Neil got out of the car...avni eyes were wide seen the penthouse from outside..

Avni:this is beautiful she said amazed while Neil smiled and forwarded his hand..she placed it in his as they headed to the main door

As avni was about to take a step inside Neil pulled her back

Avni:what happend neil ?

Neil:I want u to enter the house in a special way

Avni:what special way?

Neil smiled and within sec he picked avni in a bridal style while her one hand automatically went onto the back of his neck....while the other held his shirt collar in a fist...her lips parted with a surprised look while he had a loving smile looking at her...

Neil:this special way he whispered and took a step inside with her in his arms...as he entered inside a smile spread across her face

Avni: thank u.

Neil: take your thank u back..m your happiness matters only he said putting her down... he placed his hands in his Jeans pocket and watched avni who was observing the penthouse..feeling things as if to remember the touch of each item

Her eyes then landed on the family portraits of each family member be it from the metha, Khanna and parikh family...a smile spread on her face seen how Neil didnt miss anyone.

He followed her as she walked to the kitchen area

Neil:one day we will come and spend time here just u and me.. while our family will look after our kids and u will cook here while I'll help u..

Avni looked at Neil when he said that...especially the kids bit got stuck to her mind making her heart flutter

She walked out of the kitchen and headed up to the bedroom and opened it see the big kingsize bed.. her eyes landed on the wall where there was a frame with happily married written on it..she frowned  and looked at neil

Avni:Neil y is The frame empty

Neil:that's because when we get married again I'll add our pic where we will actually be happy dil se

Avni:u planned all this and I havent been able to give u anything

Neil:well u can give me something he said taking her hand and pulling her closer.

Avni: and what is that she asked ? Not understanding what he meant

Neil: a small kiss just like last night he whispered in her ear

Avni felt ticklish when he spoke like that and also she felt her cheeks going red

Avni:umm I'll go and check the washroom she said moving away while Neil smiled at the way she looked away shyly 

Neil:come I want to show u something he said taking her to another room

As they reached there avni was about to open the door when Neil stopped her

Avni:what happened Neil?

Neil: close your eyes

Avni:ok she said agreeing straight away while Neil opened the door and guided avni in

As he told her to open her eyes she did and she was taken back

It was like her whole life was was in front of her I the form of pictures... she walked ahead and saw little avni in the arms of ayesha and ashish...then there was a 2 month old avni with dayawanti...she smiled and walked to the next picture where she was 3 years old and ketan had given her a lolly....then there was a picture were she was 5 years old and the whole metha family with avni sitting between ketan and ashish...and then there was a picture during when ayesha was pregnant with aman..tears had welled up her eyes and she moved to the next picture where she was with neela ma when ashish had left for abroad..she was blessed to have neela ma.. and then there was pic of avni with her friends in a collage from childhood till now.. she smiled seen her pics with the Khanna family ..and then the pic with Neil when she and the rest went out be it for dinner and parties during their not in good terms days

She felt Neil hug her from the back and went still for a sec but then she slowly adjusted to it and relaxed in his arms

Avni:this is beautiful Neil..its like my life played in front of my eyes just in few secs...but

Neil:but?

Avni: why haven't we got more pictures of us I mean we had many taken during the wedding functions

Neil:I would have added them but we both were getting married for the sake of it..and like how I want to add our picture in the bedroom I want to do the same here too he said turning her around

Avni:thank u Neil...she said hugging him.

Neil:I'm glad u loved it but if u want any changes just let me know

Avni:it wont be needed and Neil

Neil:hmm

Avni:I love u too she said

Neil:u was quick to reply back he said teasingly

Avni: I know it was actually been prepared  she said playing along 

Later on

Avneil walked back hand in hand while aliya saw this and decided to tease them

Ali:omg what are we seen

Riya:r u seen what I'm seen

Avneil frowned and looked at aliya while Bebe and shweta also wondered what aliya r talking about

Neil: what r u both talking about

Ali:omg u dont even know.. riya see Neil doesnt realise at all

Avni:ali clearly bolo na

Riya:avni r u ok na? Shall we go to the doctors she said touching avni forehead

Bebe:, what r u both talking about.

Ali:this he said raising avneil interiwned hand up while avneil quickly placed their hand down while ali got a glare from Neil

Shweta:tum dono bhi na she said to aliya laughing

Bebe:wasien it's good that these two r together like this she said teasingly

Avni:um I'll be back she said excusing herself and left

Shweta:do u want to excuse yourself too ?

Neil:yes..no I mean no y would I want to excuse myself he said picking up a magazine and sat down to read while all chuckled at him

Later on the Metha and parikh family came to the Khanna mansion for dinner

During dinner time all were enjoying while talking..avni would keep on putting food in Neil plate while he would tell her to stop but she didnt listen...seen this the family smiled but didnt say anything as they didnt want to disturb their small moments

Avneil sat down after dinner waiting for the elders to speak.

Avni:dadi u was saying u all wanted to tell us something

Dayawanti:haan we did.. actually we hid something from u guys 

Avni:and what is that?

Shweta:getting u two to agree to get married was our plan

Aliya smiled as they already knew while akash and Kia knew bits and Bob from aliya

For a sec avneil were blank as it took them a while to register what shweta said

Avni: what? She said looking at Neil who also looked at her and the others

Neil: mom what u r trying to say

Shweta:getting u and avni to marry was our plan.. bebe fake health condition was to make Neil agree but he didnt so bebe actually was serious on not to eat anything and that made Neil agree

She said seen Neil's eyes widen while avni looked at him and then shweta.

Dayawanti: and avni that debt thing was all a lie

Avni:a lie? she repeated

Dayawanti: yes beta 

Neil:what debt thing

Neela:to make avni agreed to marry u...daya maa told her that she is in debt and she doesnt want to ask anyone in the family for help while she told bebe who agreed to help in the return of your marriage with avni

Dayawanti: with that I also made avni promise not to tell anyone about this

Avni was shocked as slowly things started to sink in as she covered her face while Neil looked at the family

Avni:so u r saying all this was done just to make us say yes to get married

Neela and shweta nodded

Neil: y were u all hell bent on getting us married...I mean we hardly knew other and got to be friends after a while

Shweta:because we were able to see u both had feelings for each other... there was something there when u both would argue and look at each other

Avni:how? ..we hardly felt anything for each other

Neela: bacha that's what u think but the love that u both had for each other was there .only u both didnt realise..it was only when shweta had taken your picture when we had come over here for dinner that's when we realised u both have something for each other and only u both can give each other happiness

Avni:what picture she said looking at neela.

Shweta:  this one she said quickly searching on her phone while avneil eyes widend seen shweta taking a pic of them where neil had held her from falling while staring at each other 

Prakash:at that time I told them not to play with u both like this as their plan may not work but it did as the result is in front of us.

Ashish:not only u..  when i got to know about the plan that all of them made i was angry too and wasnt in support but neela explained it to me very well..she actually opened my eyes ..

Avni gave a side hug to ashish who was sitting on the other side of her

Nanno:we know this decision of ours could have backfired but we had trust on god and knew nothing can go wrong....somewhere our Hope's were raising as u both would always bring out the real person from each other...and as everyone is saying the result is in front of us as both my kids r happy with each other

Neil:maybe if we had  got to known about this before we would have reacted in a different way and would have been mad..but I thank all of u..yes I had thought I would never fall in love but avni made me realise what love is again even though she was aware herself what it felt like to be in love ... maybe she would have still been there as a friend if u all hadnt gotten us married but yes I'm blessed that somehow u convinced us

Akash:I'm actually happy for u guys... maybe u both were  meant to come together this way

Ali:exactly otherwise these two and their arguments would never end. .

Haan me and my unique way of ending the chap

Precrap:maddy looked at the mangalsutrs of avni which was in shweta room

She picked it up and held it in her hand .
