Avni was crossing when she dropped her phone on the road and bent down to pick it up.. while neil waited for her to be quick as it was dangerous on the road 

Neil:avniii forget the phone he shouted ..

He shook his head when he saw her walking showing the phone with a smile

Suddenly there was a speeding truck that was coming which was beeping and avni was already on the middle of the road...her eyes widend and she panicked not knowing what to do as she took a step back she got hit by a car

Neil saw avni was baffled which way to go.. he was shouting telling her to move but it felt like she was just too blank not knowing what to do and suddenly as he saw her take a step back he saw how the car hit her and didnt even stop

Neil:avniiii he shouted and for a sec went numb ...it was only after hearing people shout and scream for ambulance that's when he came back to reality

Neil ran and dropped on the floor near avni placing her head on his lap which was covered with blood

Neil:avni open your eyes please.. dont do this just open your eyes... his voice shaking and eyes welled up

Voice:see what happened.. as soon as u decided to propose and confess your feelings she is in this state.

Neil looked up to see his own reflection

Neil relection:what r u looking at Neil I didnt say anything wrong

Neil looked blankly at his reflection and then at avni..he saw her slowly open her eyes

Avni: nei....ne....nei...Neil she tried to say his name

Neil: avni.. avni listen nothing will happen to u ..avni he said patting  her cheeks as he saw her slowly closing her eyes while tears were rolling down his cheeks

There was people standing near by talking about how the accident happened while the sound  of beeping cars were going on and on  but all that was all deaf to neil ears as he was just staring at avni who was unconscious  with her head on his lap

As the ambulance came in 10 mins (dont worry I made sure it came quick otherwise I would have fired them)... as the ward boys bought the  stretcher they picked avni up and placed her on the stretcher 

The police car had come that time ..dd had got out and went towards the accident scene as he reached there he was stunned to see his sir jee on the floor staring at his lap he moved his gaze around to see avni on the stretcher

Dd ran to Neil and shaked him

Dd:sir jee ? ..sir jee r u listening he asked  shaking him few times making Neil come back to reality

Neil:dd avni where is avni he said looking around

Dd:, sir jee she is inside the ambulance van he said

Neil looked towards the ambulance van and saw the driver close the door..

He got up and ran towards the ambulance while dd followed.. as he opend the door the ward boy stopped him..before the ward boy can say anything Neil spoke

Neil:I'm a police officer and that my wife in there he said angrily while tears were evident in his eyes

Dd was surprised to see Neil like this.. last time he had seen neil in a state like this was when juhi had met with an accident but this time the emotion was even more.

Neil:dd let the family know and find out which car hit avni as it didnt stop I want the person in front of me do u get that

Dd:yes..yes sir jee  he said and went to make all the calls.

The scene shifts to Khanna mansion

Bebe: what! she said hearing what dd said on the other end

Shweta and the rest looked at bebe as they saw the way she spoke

Bebe:dd I swear if this is a joke by Neil and avni then  they r getting it from me

Dd:I'm not lying bebe aap ki kasam. Avni bhabhi actually met with an accident and has been taken to the hospital.

Bebe heart sank hearing that she knew dd wont take her false oath..she slowly sat down

Shweta:hebei what happend

Bebe:avni  met with an accident

Shweta maddy and kareena were shocked

Maddy:is  history repating itself she asked ... shweta looked at maddy angrily but this wasnt the time to say anything

Shweta: bebe lets go to the hospital.

Bebe nodded hearing what shweta said and all left

Meanwhile at the metha mansion.

Diksha answered the house phone

Diksha:hello

Dd:hello it's me dd speaking

Diksha:dd it's me diksha

Dd:diksha ji woh I have something to tell u

Diksha:what happened she said sensing his seriousness

Dd:avni bhabhi met with an accident and is at city  hospital...diksha went blank for a sec

Diksha :wha...what r ...r u saying she said after a pause

Dd:I'm telling the truth please come there soon and can u try contacting neela ji I coudlnt get through her

Diksha cut the call and turned to her family 

Diksha:maa

Dayawanti:hmmm

Diksha:avni met with an accident  

The vegetable from daywanti hand fell on the floor .

Neela was blank ...the phone was kept to her ears while there was no emotions seen on her face.

Heamant  who came back from a walk saw neela standing in that state

Heamant :neela ?

She didnt respond.. heamant walked to her placing his hand on her shoulder..he was ablut to speak when he heard voices coming from the phone which was near her ears

He took the phone and saw it say diksha

Heamant:hello diksha what happened neela is not even answering me

Diksha told him what happend to avni and told him to come hospital straight away

Heamant : neela we have to go he said but she still didnt move

Heamant:neela r u listening avni is at the hospital he said but she still stood like corpse.

Heamnt didnt know what to do when his eye landed on avni photo.. he picked up the frame and placed it infront of neela

Neela was in a blank state after what diksha said she didnt know how to react it felt like life had stopped for her her times with avnin was playing in front of his face..even heamant word wasnt falling into her ears but suddenly she saw avni in front of her eyes..it felt like her heart had started to beat again.. tears slowly welled up in her eyes ...she looked at heamant holding the frame

Neela:papa avni ....was all she was able to say

Heamant:, your daughter is strong nothing can happen to her.. and I know my granddaughter will get well soon.. come let's go.

Neela hugged heamant while he patted her back

Dd had made sure to inform aliya, kia and akash...while hetal had called and  informed ashish and ketan

Meanwhile in the ambulance.. Neil had held on to avni hand.. his eyes lingered on her face seen her with the oxygen mask on with blood over her forehead while one if the nurse was wiping it...Avni accident  started to  flash infront of his  and then he would get a vision of his reflection now and then

As the aminalance reached outside the hospital they quickly took avni in while Neil never left her hand...as they were taking her to the operation theater Neil was told to wait outside and slowly their hands started to slip away from each other... his time with avni flashed through his eyes in full speed from when they first met till now

It had been 20mins Neil hadn't moved from the place he stood...his eyes were glued on to the red light waiting for it to turn off

Suddenly the bebe shweta kareena and maddy reached there followed by aliya,Kia and akash

Bebe:puttar how did this happen...what did the doctor say

Neil opened his mouth to speak but he wasnt able to

Shweta:bol na tillu

Neil:avni was all he whispered while a tear rolled down his cheeks.

Neela and heamant arrived there too followed by dayawanti hetal and diksha.

Neela:Neil how is avni what did the doctors say..she is ok na.. we can take her home na..bolo na.. y r u quiet answer na she said holding his arms

Neil looked on helplessly...neela state was making him even more weak not knowing how fine avni is

Maddy:I just hope avni gets fine and this doesn't end up like what happened with juhi... Neil looked at maddy when she said that

*bam* maddy held her cheeks and looked at shweta looking at her furiously

Shweta:dare u to say one word more and see what I do to u.. i was quiet at home when u said history is repeating itself but now this is the limit.. instead of making someone feel better u r speaking the opposite.if u cant be any help maddy jiju then it's best if u keep your mouth shut

Maddy looked at bebe but instead she saw bebe glaring at her...maddy left from there looking at shweta angrily

Bebe :shweta call prakash and ask him if he has left...shweta nodded and left

Neela saw ashish come with ketan and as he was near she went to him

Neela:ashish our avni... how can this happen to her

Ashish :she is my superstar nothing can happen to her he said hugging her... diksha held dayawanti shoulder who was crying silently seen everyones state..she prayed to God to cure her granddaughter asap as loads of peoples life is connected to her.

Ali and riya came... Ali went and stood near Neil pressing his shoulder

Nurses started to come out while all tried to ask but got no answer as they would rush back in.

Meanwhile nanno had returned home as she had gone to ayesha grave

Nanno:where is neela and heamant ji

She called out to them few times but no luck... she then decided to call neela but found her phone ringing next to her

Nanno:neela left her phone over here she said shaking her head..she then dialled on heamant phone who answered

Heamant:hello he said not checking the caller Id and moved away from the rest.

Nanno:heamant ji where r u I'm trying to contact neela..she isn't even answering.. do u know where she has gone ?

Heamant: Fatima ji.. we r at the hospital....avni met with an accident

Nanno:ya Allah...moi Bachi she said shockingly

Heamant: we all r here u also come

Nanno:Haaan ....haan I'm coming what about aman does he know

Heamant:not yet...we will tell aman after...nanno ended the call and did a quick prayer

Nanno opened the door to leave when she saw Aman in front of her

Aman:hey nanno where r u of to

Nanno:avni met with an accident...the smile from aman face dropped

It had been an hour since avni was still in the operation theatre...one of the nurses came out again when this time neela stopped her

Neela:how is my daughter is she ok.

Nurse:she is in critical condition as she lost a lot of blood.

Neil moved back against the wall not able to hear that.. he recalled what the doctor said about juhi

Flashback
Neil:doctor how is juhi

Doctor:she is still in danger she has lost a lot of blood and we dont know if we will be able to save her

Neil was shocked by what the doctor said

End of flashback

His breathing was getting uneven slightly not able to take the pain his heart is feeling

Ashish:nothing will happen to her.. control yourself he said placing his hand on Neil's shoulder

Neil looked at ashish.. seen Neil like this broke ashish heart and he pulled him for a hug

Ashish turned his face sideways when he felt neela rest her forehead against his back

Neil broke the hug and nodded while his family knew the pain he was going through and watched him  leave  from there

Shweta was about to follow when bebe stopped her and went after Neil

Neil was about to leave the hospital when bebe stopped him and held his wrist 

Neil looked at bebe as tears welled up in his eyes

Bebe:let all those tears out puttar for once let it all out.

Neil looked at bebe he fell on his knees and hugged he by the stomach while bebe felt crying seen her grandson like this
