Sun peeped through AvNeil's room.. the couple were sleeping in each other arms from last night.. both were tried but sun brightness didn't let them sleep for too long.. as sun fell on Neil's face he dug his in Avni's crook of her neck.. while avni opened her eyes and looked at her husband who was snuggling to her.. she smiled and ruffled his hair...

She looked at herself and saw how their legs were tangled.. she stretched her left hand and  slowly moved Neil's leg to bed.. she sat on bed and looked at Neil who turned other side and hid his face in pillow.. she smiled and bend down to kiss his hair.. she ruffled his hair and muttered good morning to him while pecking his hair once again..

Avni : good morning Neil!

She then took glance at clock and saw the time.. she looked at Neil then got down of the bed....

Avni walked to washroom... as avni left bed Neil opened his eye and looked at the room.. he found it empty.. he sighed and saw the time..

Seeing the time he laid back on bed and closed his eye again..

Avni came out of washroom after having shower.. she was ruffling her long wet hair.. she moved to dressing table.. she took hair dyer and starts drying hair.....

As she was drying her hair Neil opened his eyes again heading sound of air dyer.. he stared at avni who was carefree drying her hair without knowledge about Neil who was bust staring her...

Neil starred her without blinking his eyes... avni once she was done she turned the hair dyer off and kept all her hair  back... she looks at up and saw Neil staring her.. she blushed at his constant gaze....

She continued getting ready.. she wore two bangles piece in both hands.. she wore nuptial chain... she then filled her hairline.. she was aware of his gaze but didn't looked at him.. once she was done she turned around and saw him still staring without blinking his eyes...

She moved to him and clicked her fingers front of him.. Neil got back to earth and looked at avni who was smirking at him... he gave her nervous smile and pulled her by her waist making her fall on him... she landed on his chest.. both stared in each other... Neil tucked her hairs behind ear...

Neil : wifey you know you are killing me...

Avni : am I? How?

Neil: do I need to tell you how you killing this poor soul?

Avni : you are poor soul? Since when Neil?

Neil : acting smart with me!

Avni : not acting smart coz I'm already smart Neil..

Neil : shall I shut your smartness...

Avni : I wouldn't mind!

She smirked making Neil's face shock.. Neil stared his wifey in shock as she acting bold today..

Neil : acha!

Neil swifts rolled her on bed and came over her... she gasped at him.. before she could stop him.. he placed his lips on hers... he kissed each corner of her mouth.. he deepened the kiss by pulling her close to him... while Avni responded him with same passion.. Neil broke the kiss and looked at his wifey who was looking down and blushing.. he took his left palm and placed it on her right cheek and caressed it...

Avni breath got stuck feeling his cold hand on her cheek... she lifted her head up and saw him smiling.. she smiled at him..

Neil : I love you!

She smiled at him..

Avni : I love you more!

Their romance got broke by Neil's phone ringing.. Neil pecked her forehead and got off her.. he got down the bed and walked to balcony taking his phone..

While avni smiled and remembered that she had to punish Neil..

Avni : what should i do? I can't let him cook again.. what if he burns his hand again... hmm.. how about taking him with me whole day.. he will work with me as my secretary... that's sounds good.. he will be with me all day..

She smirked but then thought will Neil agree for this.. she kept her finger on her chin and got lost when Neil came back in room and saw her lost....

Neil made his way to her and called her name..

Neil : wifey!

Neil didn't get any response.. he then shook her making her startled... she looked at him..

Neil: where are you lost?

Avni :   In you!

She was still thinking about her punishment that  didn't realise what she just spoke while Neil smirked hearing her..

Neil :  in me... I know I'm hot handsome.. but doesn't mean you will think about me all day... wifey...

Avni came back in reality hearing him...

Avni : what?

Neil : you just said I'm hot.. handsome...

Avni : when did I say that?

Neil : you mean I am not hot or handsome... haww wifey you broke my heart....

Avni : Neil stop being dramatic... acha I was thinking about something...

She stood up and held his hand making him confuse..

Neil : wifey....

He was stopped as avni kept her finger on his lips...

Avni : Let me speak... do you remember about your punishment...

Neil nods...

Avni : I have decided to give you punishment today! The punishment is very easy... simply you have to be my secretary all day.. you will follow my words...

Neil looked at her horrifying.. though he couldn't speak as avni kept finger on his lip but was able to make face hearing the punishment...

Avni : Neil you can't back out... you promise me you will do whatever I say... say something...

Neil eyed her that how can he speak.. she looks at him then realised her finger on his lips...she immediately moved it...

Avni : sorry... I didn't realise...

Neil : wifey... are you serious.. being your secretary... for whole day.. how  can I... what will people think  in hospital... ACP NEIL KHANNA IS SECRETARY OF HIS WIFE AVNI NEIL KHANNA.... I can't be your secretary... even I have some self respect... wifey give me other punishment but not this one... sorry...

He felt her hand making Avni shock... she sniffed making him alert... he immediately turned around and looked at her who sniffed looking down.. he knew it's was her drama...

Neil : wifey...

Neil tried holding her hand but avni shoved it away...

Neil : wifey... please..

Avni looks at him showing her fake tears...

Avni : what wifey? For your wife you can't do this... only for one day Neil you can't do it... if I was in your place then I would have done it without caring about my self respect.. is your self respect more important than me... you say you love me but for my love you can't do this....

She tried blackmailing him which was kind of working..Neil was melted but not fully...

Avni held his hand and looked into his eyes..

Avni : won't you do this for me ..... am I not important for you.... Neil...

She cried looking into his eyes which was his weakness he immediately rubbed his thumb on her cheeks and wiped those tears.... he cupped her face and stared deeply in her eyes...

Neil : sorry.. wifey... you cried again because of me... I will do whatever you say... I'm ready to be your secretary....

Avni got happy and crashed into his arms.. she hugged him tightly making him chuckle at her...

Avni : thank you... thank you... thank you so much...

She broke hug and kissed his cheek hardly making him  smile at her... Neil patted her head....

Neil : I'll fresh up okay!

Avni nods.. Neil left.. while avni jumped around the room being happy..

Neil and avni came down and saw their family sitting in hall.... they made their way to them...

Avneil : good morning!

Others : good morning!

Swetha : Neil how come you not in police uniform ..

Neil : woh... mom actually I'm have some work out of police station.. that why I'm not wearing my uniform today..

Swetha nods...

Neil : avni shall we leave!

Avni : yeah!

Bebe : what about your breakfast?

Avni : Bebe will eat later...

Bebe nods.. avneil left... as the came out of khanna house avni laughed at Neil's excuse.. Neil made face seeing her laughing..

Avni : hahaha .... work... Neil really...

She couldn't control laugh but stopped as Neil pinned her to the car... Neil leaned  close to her...

Neil : now laugh....

Avni : Neil...

Neil : come on wifey.. laugh at my helpless... I'm only doing this for you... you better not mention this to our family.. or...

Avni : what will you do?

Neil without replying her he placed his lips on hers and kissed her hardly making her shock.. Neil bit her lower lip as she wasn't responding which was making irritated.. avni responded the kiss.. Neil broke hug and smirked evilly at her...

Avni : I hate you so much!

Neil: happy to hear that.. but I love you...

Neil smirked and moved to his side and sat on diver seat... he rolled the window and looked at her...

Neil : come inside wifey...

Avni stomped her foot and walked to her side and sat down..

Neil smiled at her angry face and starts driving to hospital..

Neil Stopped car front of hospital parking..he looked at avni who was looking outside..

Neil : wifey! We reached...

Avni looked at him then got out of the car..

Neil too comes out and follows avni inside the hospital.. he had to run behind her as Avni was walking very fast.. he tried catching her speed but failed....

Finally Neil reached yo Avni's cabin and opened the door... while panting Neil saw avni sitting on chair and doing something with file... he closed door and came, sat opposite Avni's chair...

He saw glass of water.. he grabbed that and gulped it in one go... he kept the glass down and looked at avni who was staring him...

Neil : why you walked like this? We're you going to marathon race or what.... I lost my breath.. oh my god...

He said rubbing sweat from his forehead..

Avni : stop this drama and get me cup of coffee...

Neil : what? I'm not your servant wifey!

Avni : I'm not wifey here... you are my pa now.. so behave like one.. now stop all this and get me coffee...

Neil : wifey!

Avni : ma'am! You should be calling me ma'am or dr khanna not wifey!

Neil made annoying face hearing her and forced a smile to her...

Neil : okay ma'am!

Neil got up and left the cabin.. avni smiled and leaned back to her chair.. she closed her eyes...

Soon door opened showing Neil coming inside holding cup of coffee in his hand.. he saw her resting her hand...

Neil : ma'am your coffee!

Avni opened her eyes and looked at him..

Avni : keep it here!

Neil nods and kept the cup near her.. avni gave him file..

Avni : check this file and tell me what the patient detail..

Neil nods and took his seat on couch... he starts working while avni stared him....

At lunch time peon came and brought their lunch.. only few people knew about Neil being in hospital but they didn't Knew he was working as Avni's pa.. they thought he is here just like that...

Avni thanked him and looked at Neil who was feeling sleepy.. as peon left avni made her way to Neil and tapped his shoulder..

Neil snapped his head to her and looked.. she could see how his eyes were tired...

Neil : yes ma'am!

Avni : have your lunch!

Neil : I'm too sleepy.... chuck the lunch...

Avni : but!

Neil pulled her making her fall on the couch.. before she could registrar what happened she felts Neil's hand in her lap.... avni looked at him and saw him closing his eyes...

Neil : let me sleep!

Avni just ruffled his hair.. Neil slept immediately and relaxed  as avni was ruffling his hair...

At evening Neil was working while avni was giving many works to do.. she was happy seeing Neil was doing her work without arguing with her.. she was blessed to have him...

Neil's phone rang making him look at avni..

Avni : you can take the call!

Neil nods took his phone...

Neil : hello dd!.... yes.... hmm.... okay... I'm coming!

Neil ended the call and went to avni..

Neil : ma'am..... I mean wifey... I have to leave.. there is some work...

Avni : okay you can go.... your punishment is over...

Neil smiled and moved close to her... he pecked her forehead...

Neil : take care!

Avni nods and Neil leaves from there...

After another hour avni packed her stuff and and way her to car parking... she glad to see car there which Neil left..he messaged her about the car...

Avni sat in car and starts driving...

Middle of road the car stopped suddenly and starts raining.....
