I used to have Dreamland planned up to Gen 5 (where TCHF was Gen 2) but then I realized that everything past the Princess's reign wasn't my story anymore. I definitely don't need to make any more work for myself, my characters have me bound to them until the grave already. I mean seriously am I ever going to be done with this f*cking sparkledog series I don't know. I don't know.

Anyways Piscea and Artema are not Galena and Galindy children but rather two angels created by impossible timelines where the endgame events of TCHF (which are prophesied to happen) do not occur. They end up ruling Dreamland in their respective worlds and get travellers to bring letters to each other and are the best siblings-pen pals- eh.

night in the woods is an indie game which is best described as somewhere between bojack horseman and gravity falls, but a game. probably more of an emphasis on the former. 

It's pretty adult so while most of the younger members in my audience are silent readers I know I still have them and buddy this is probably not your game

but if you like games about small towns, fall, the fate of the american middle class, doing jobs you hate, teenage angst/rebellion, and cosmic horror (now ain't that a curveball) this is one that you should check out because it exists 

i mean to clarify i don't agree with a lot of the political/personal viewpoints of the characters but i think that's the point

anyhow whoever you are, wherever this reaches you, be kind to yourself and others best you can, and do what you love the best you can do it. things will get better, even when it seems like every few weeks something new is dropping your plans in the gutter. you'll get there. it will be slow and painful and you won't know you were there until you've moved on but you will get there.
