(Once again, use your own name if you want to, I prefer to write a name in, sorry. Rebecca is still the same, she's 'Metal Maiden' and she can read minds, emotions, and she's basically a super genius. But the only thing changed is instead of being with Tony in this One-shot, she's got a thing for Brucie!:))

Rebecca walked into the lab, it was fairly early, so she stopped to get coffee for her and the boys. She entered Tony's lab, dropped off his coffee and cookie, chatted with him a while, then when she said she was going to see Bruce, he began to tease. "Oooohh, going to see your secret crush, huh?" He joked, "Ha ha, very funny, i do not have a crush on Bruce, he's my friend. Is it wrong for me to have friends that are guys now? You're my friend, Clint's my friend, Thor and Steve." She said sarcastically.

Tony smirked and raised his hands in defense and sat back down, "See ya later then, Bec" He said as she walked out of his lab and went to Bruce's. She took a deep breath and walked in, "Morning Bruce!" She chirpped, he looked up and smiled, then frowned, "Morning? I thought it was....." He trailed off as he looked at his watch, "Another all-nighter I see?" She asked with a smile, "it seems so.." He said and looked back at his screen and rubbed his eyes.

"Want some coffee?" She asked, "Yeah, please.." He answered. "Careful, it's almost as hot as me" Rebecca started their usual morning, Rebecca was a bit of a flirt, only towards the Avenger guys though, and it was usually a joke, but to her, the flirting her and Bruce did was special.

"Well i don't know i-if anything could be as..hot as..you" Bruce joked, stuttering because he wasn't the greatest with women. He was so awkward that when they were attacked, Rebecca pulled him over the bar, and when he fell his face was in her chest, he blushed like mad and apologized profusely.

Rebecca took a seat on the corner of his desk and took a sip of her coffee, "Want any sugar for your coffee?" She asked, "Just dip your finger in it and it'll be as sweet as you." Bruce said, Becca laughed, "Yeah right, I'm anything but sweet! I can be an ass when i want" She stated, Bruce laughed, Nicest ass i've ever seen.." He said quietly and then blushed, Rebecca laughed until it hurt, "Damn, good one!" She smiled, Bruce just blushed.

Some time passed, flirting back and forth until Becca had to get to work. "I'll see you later, i promised Tony i'd help him with his suit, plus i have to fix mine." She said, "Oh, okay. See ya!" He replied and continued his work. Becca walked back to Tony's lab, "So, have you even told him the way you feel?" Tony asked, "Tony, shut up. I do not have a crush on him." Becca said defensively.

"Oh please! I saw you two laughing and blushing through the glass walls! I'm not blind! There's a door right there, I see and hear all, plus Bird-brain tells me you hang out with him when I'm not down here." Tony stated matter-of-factly. Becca blushed and looked down, "Just drop it." She said, "Can't you read his mind or emotions to see if he feels the same way?" He asked, "I can't read him, the "other guy" keep me from reading him, same with Natasha and Thor, i can only read certain people, you know that." She said sadly. 

"Look, you know i love you like a sister, and i wanna see you happy, but if you don't go and tell him you like him, then I'll drag you in there and tell him for you!" He threatened. "I'll do it when I'm ready. Now where's my suit, i need to fix it." She said, and walked to her half of the lab, that coincidentally had a good view of Bruce while he was working. She tried to work, she really did, but Bruce was too cute and distracting. 

"I'll finish my suit tomorrow.." She said and went back to Bruce's lab, Tony giving her a thumbs up. Rebecca rolled her eyes and walked out the door. "Hey Bruce, you got time to go for breakfast with me?" She asked, "Uh, sure. I can take a break for a while." He said and followed her out of the lab, then out of the Tower. 

They walked to the nearest cafe, they entered and got some muffins to snack on. They went outside and it was getting chilly, Rebecca forgot her jean jacket, so Bruce gave her his jacket. "Uh, thanks.." She said with a smile. "So, did you have something to tell me? You seem...on edge..?" He asked, "Uh, well, i-uh yeah, i wanted to tell you that I-I, um, kinda have a, well a little-" She was cut off by Bruce placing his lips on hers. She was slightly taken aback, but eased into the kiss, and when they broke apart Bruce just said, "I know. I kind of have for a while, I thought i did at least, i had to be sure so I didn't make an ass out of myself." He said.

Rebecca just smiled and sighed, "Oh thank God, I really like you Bruce, like....a lot." She said, Bruce smiled and kissed her again, and they walked back to the Tower. ~The End

A/N: Heh, so I'm not dead? Not really at least. I've been busy with farm work and school and some emotional stuff. Hasn't been the greatest week, but I'm ok! And yes, i now have a MAJOR crush on Brucie as well as Tony! XD I may have a problem?
