Clark was traveling the globe searching for answers about his homeworld and people, he decided to do this after The Avengers made a stand against the Chitauri and Norse God/Alien Loki Odinson. He saved people wherever he traveled and his path would soon put him in the crosshairs of his old childhood friend he thought was dead.
