You Say "I Love You" (Tony, Steve, Clint, Bucky)

//: Hi! Thank you so much for 15k (and even more than that now) reads! This is the special for it!!! It's also a "you meet his family" / "you go on vacation" chapter!
Quick question: would you rather have shorter updates (a sentence or a paragraph) more often (every other week or so), or these longer (THIS ONE IS SO LONG WHOOPS) ones that take a month to write?

Tony (vacation): (yes I made a Polyvore outfit for every boy I'm so proud)

You smile lightly, putting a few blouses in your bag before zipping it up. Tony's good friend from Italy was turning 50, and naturally invited both him and you. You'd never met him before, but in Italy, everyone is family.

Finally, at around 8:00 pm, you hear Tony's car honk it's horn. Time to go. You grab your small bag and make your way outside, hopping into the passenger seat. "Hi Tony" you greet enthusiastically. He gives you a quick kiss and waits for you to buckle your seatbelt before driving off.

Upon arriving at the airport, you check in, go through security, and even grab a light dinner before boarding the plane. Your face beams as the two of you board; Tony got first class tickets.

You take your seats near the front of the plane and give him a quick hug. "I don't normally fly commercial, but when I do, it's gotta be first class," he remarks, grabbing onto your hand lightly. The two of you browse the screen on the chair in front of you, deciding what movie to watch. You choose The Godfather, a classic. Closing your eyes, you rest your head on Tony's shoulder and swiftly drift off into a deep sleep.

You wake up to a bright sun, still slightly tired. Tony seems very interested in the movie he's watching. Is that Minions? You shake your head.

"Good morning. We're going to make a stop in Switzerland in a few minutes, then we'll go for a short flight to Italy," you smile as Tony talks. "I'm also thinking of getting off for like two seconds and grabbing a smoothie. I'm hungry. It's 11:30 am."

You shake your head in disbelief, then consider the time change. Of course. Once the plane lands, you both hurry off the plane and grab two smoothies: strawberry kiwi for Tony and (whatever you like man) for yourself. Right after that you rush back on the plane, careful not to miss the flight.

Finally your flight lands, and the two of you get off. "It's only 2:00, which means we made it just in time! The party is at 3!" Tony cheers, pulling you off the plane. You look around. The city is absolutely beautiful. Tony walks to the front of the airport and grabs a moped. You'd never actually seen one in person. It was so cute, and looked fun. He grabs your hand and pulls you on.

"Just hold on tight, we'll be there soon," Tony instructs, wrapping your hands around his waist. He zooms you around the city, stopping in front of a gorgeous, spatious villa.

"Tony! This is where we're staying? It's amazing!" You exclaim happily, giving him a hug. He escorts you into the house, opening the door without even knocking.

"Giacomo! Happy birthday!" He yells, making his way into the dining room. The man, Giacomo, walks over to both you and Tony and gives you both hugs.

"You must be (Y/N). Tony, she's even more beautiful than you expressed," his friend says.

You blush, "you flatter me. I'm sure Tony didn't say that much."

"Oh but he has! He even told me everything about his plan tonight-"

"To take you out for dinner!" Tony interrupts, pushing his friend aside. "Let's just have cake! Yay!"

You shrug and have cake. Giacomo is super duper nice, and has a lot of fun telling stories about Tony. It started getting late and it was time for Tony to take you out to dinner, as promised.

Instead of taking a moped, he grabs your hand and walks you around the piazza. He takes you on a bridge and stops you right in the center to look at the sky.

"(Y/N), I lied. Dinner wasn't my plan tonight. I actually have something to tell you," he confesses, fiddling around. Tony has never seemed so nervous: he's always so cool and composed. The moonlight softened all of his features, and you lean in closer, ready to hear what he's going to say. You bite your lip in anticipation.

"I'm super nervous, so I'm just gonna say it. I'm just gonna- I love you. Okay there, I said it. And you're my whole world. You see these stars? The sky? Well, forget them, because you're my stars and my sky. You're everything to me and I love you," Tony says, wringing his hands anxiously to see your reaction.

You tackle him in a hug. "Tony! I love you too," you kiss his cheek. "But if we could still grab dinner that would be great? I'm kinda hungry." He laughs and drags you to the nearest restaurant.

Steve (vacation):

Steve took you all the way to Paris on vacation to celebrate your birthday. You came in late at night, so today is technically your first day there.

"(Y/Nnnnnn). Happy birthday sweetheart. I got you breakfast," Steve whispers in your ear, waking you up. You slowly open your eyes and see a plate with a croissant alongside a cup of coffee.

"Thank you so much Steve. You're absolutely the best. And thank you for taking me here! I can't wait to get out there!" You exclaim, quickly eating and throwing on clothes. Soon enough you're all ready to go.

"So I have this little thing planned out for you, and basically you have to find your gift. Here's a map," Steve grins, handing you a pretty simple map. Your gift is... under the Eiffel Tower? You can see it, but have no clue how to get to it.

You go to ask one of the locals for directions, but Steve being Steve knows French and easily communicates with the people. "Should've known my boyfriend was a genius. He even knows French!" You can see him blush and smile to yourself. Flattering Steve is your favorite pastime.

A half an hour and two ice cream cones later, you and Steve make it to the Eiffel Tower. Sitting right by its frame is a small package that you pick up and tear open immediately.

"It's a... padlock? It's beautiful Steve, but what am I supposed to do with this?" You ask, only to find another map at the bottom of the package. You giggle and follow the directions yet again. You walk across a bridge and meet up with a large building.

"Come on, go inside," he urges, practically pushing you in the door. You walk into the building and see the walls absolutely decked in locks much like your own. A lady smiles at you from the desk.

"So there was this place, actually it was the bridge that we just walked across, and it was love lock bridge. Couples would go there and place a lock on the bridge to signify their eternal love. Because of safety hazards, France took them down, but this place emerged. You put a lock on the walls and it signifies you and your partner's love. (Y/N), I want you to be my eternal. Will you put a lock up there with me?"

You wipe tears from your eyes. "Steve, please tell me you aren't proposing,"

"Oh no no no! I just want to put a padlock on a wall with you. In a more symbolic way then that. Not that I wouldn't want to marry you at some point, but now is definitely not the time! I mean-"

"Come here you big dork," you cut him off, pressing your lips to his. You take the sharpie off the counter that the lady was at and scribble "Steve and (Y/N)" on the lock. He helps you reach up high enough to put the lock up, then sets you down.

"I love you (Y/F/N) (Y/L/N) [he's basically just saying your full name okay]."

"I love you too Steve Rogers," you say happily, grabbing onto his hand.

Clint (family):

You had always known about Clint's kids. Well not always. He decided to tell you about a month into the relationship. His oldest, Cooper, was 13; his next was Lila, who was 10; his youngest was Nathaniel, a 4 year old.

You weren't upset that Clint hadn't asked you to meet his kids sooner. About 6 months into the relationship he figured it was time. You never pried about his wife either. Some things are best left unsaid.

You drove to upstate New York. It was the first time you've ever been to Clint's house. From your knowledge he had moved to New York a few years ago. It was a two story house with grey siding and lots of trees and shrubbery in the front. You shift your weight a lot, nervous to meet the kids. Finally gathering the courage, you ring the doorbell.

It took a minute, but the door finally opened. "(Y/N)!" Clint greets happily, giving you a hug. "It's so nice to see you! Kids! Come here!"

Soon enough all three kids come running down the steps towards you. "This is my friend (Y/N). This is Cooper, Lila, and Nathaniel. Now remember kids, best behavior." Clint introduces.

You bend down to meet them at eye-level, that way you would seem less daunting. "You're pretty!" Lila says, and you can't help but smile. She's adorable.

"We're playing Monopoly in the other room... do you want to play?" Cooper offers, and you smile.

"Sure! But who's team am I on? Or in other words... who wants to win?" You ask. You were great at Monopoly. It was undeniable.

"You can be on my team!" Lila offers. "Daddy is playing with Nate and then Cooper can be on his own since he's the oldest."

You shrugged, "Sounds good!" and joined them in the living room. "Looks like you have some good properties already," you tell Lila. She had two of the light blues (Oriental and Connecticut), one utility (electric company), three railroads (all but Reading), and one dark blue (Park Place). "But I think we should make a trade to get that last railroad." She rolled a two! Perfect! This put you on Boardwalk and you bought it immediately.

"Daddy, will you give us the railroad if we give you the electric company?" Lila asks, batting her eyes.

"Nope. I'll need more than that."

"How about we give you one of the light blues? That way you'll be one away from a Monopoly," you negotiate.

"Nope. I'd need two."

"Well then no deal!" You argue. Lila gives Clint the puppy dog face.

"Fine fine. It's a deal: we'll take the light blue and the utility," he caves. It turns out this was a great deal for you. You and Lila bankrupt the others in less than an hour! Turns out that the dark blues + the railroads = op.

"Alright kiddos, time for bed!" Clint decides, rounding them up.

"You'll have to drag me there," Lila orders. You giggle and pick her up, taking her upstairs to the room she pointed out as hers. After setting her on the bed, she called you back.

"(Y/N), are you going to be our new mom?" She asks, her eyes wide.

Unsure how to answer, you slowly shake your head. "Not now honey. I'd never try to make you forget your mom or try and replace her."

"A few years ago we were playing on the TV at our old house, and some guys knocked on the door. Daddy was out of town. Mommy told us to go upstairs with the baby and I never saw her again," she cries. You lean forward and give her a hug.

"I'm so sorry that happened to you Lila. I promise you I'm always here if you need me. Right now I'm just a friend, for you, and Cooper, and Nate, and Daddy. If you ever need anything you know you can talk to me."

She gives you a quick hug. "Good night (Y/N)!" You smile and close the door to her room.

You go towards the steps to walk back down and see Clint, but are stopped by another voice. This time it's Cooper's. You come in and stand by his bed.

"(Y/N), are you and my dad dating?"

"Yes Cooper."

"How much younger are you than him?" He asks, raising an eyebrow.

"We're 18 years apart (hello reader. yes, you are 30 and clint is 48 at this point in time: deal with it). But that shouldn't matter."

"So are you dating my dad for his money or do you just like older men?"

You sigh, frustrated by all the questions, but keep it up for his sake. "Your dad and I work at the same place, so we make the same amount of money. And I wouldn't say it's older men, your dad is just a really good person."

"Have you two had sex yet?" You widen your eyes in shock. Never would you expect him to ask that. "What? I'm a boy going through puberty," he claims innocently.

You take in a deep breath. "No, we have not. Now get to bed crazy kid, this interrogation session is over." You say with a laugh.

"I can see why he loves you. Good night!" Cooper responds, and you're lucky it's dark to hide your blush.

Finally you make your way back downstairs to Clint. "Your kids ask a lot of questions. I feel like I've been interrogated by HYDRA up there," you groan, sitting on the couch next to him.

"They absolutely love you though. I can tell. Goodness (Y/N) I love you so much, and I'm so so happy they like you," Clint says, stroking your face gently.

"I love you too Clint." You whisper, and he pulls you forward into a kiss. It starts out innocent but soon becomes more passionate. After fighting for dominance, he finally pins you down on the couch.

"Well, I'd love to, but I just promised your son we've never had sex when he asked and I'd hate to break my word," you tease, pushing him up and giving him a quick kiss. "Good night Clint!" You say, walking out of the door.

"He asked you what!?"

Bucky (vacation):

"(Y/N)! It's time to get up!" Bucky calls in your ear. You shift and hit him in the face with a pillow.

"The one time this whole vacation you want to get up and it's when we dock?" You groan. You can feel him brushing the hair out of your face and then a kiss promptly on your forehead.

"Get dressed princess," he tempts softly in your ear. You can't help but smile and rub your eyes.

"Maybe we could stay in bed for a little longer?" you ask, running your hands through his hair. He sighs happily for a minute before turning around and looking at you.

"Nope." He picks you up and carries you out of bed. You cling to him for warmth, missing the bed more and more. He places you in the bath, which he apparently already ran for you, and gives you another kiss on the forehead. "Take a bath then get dressed. The vacation doesn't end here."

You grin as you relax into the bathtub. Feeling freshly pampered and spoiled you get out of the bath and put on the super cute Disney clothes he bought you. Soon enough you're off the ship and headed for a day at Disney World.

"I can't wait! I can't wait!" You were practically jumping up and down in the car from excitement. Once you arrived you let your inner-child run free, practically running down the walkways of Main Street USA. The whole day was super fun. You and Bucky got fastpasses for the Seven Dwarves Mine Train (because Bucky used to love Snow White), Peter Pan's Flight (one of your favorites), and the Haunted Mansion. As the day came to a close he surprised you yet again by taking you to the Beast's castle for a Be Our Guest dinner. You, of course, tried the grey stuff (it was delicious!) while Bucky tried to keep up with Beauty and the Beast references. Lucky him you showed him the movie a few weeks ago.

"Today could not have gone any better!" You squeal, holding his hand as you walk back toward Main Street USA to watch the firework show.

"Of course it couldn't have. I have everything I need right here with me," he grins, booping your nose. "But, maybe I can try to make it even better."

He stops you while walking through the center of Cinderella's Castle. He drags you off to the side of the castle, opens up the elevator, scans his key card, and it whisks you away.

"What do you have planned now James?" You ask, giddy with excitement. He doesn't even have time to answer. The doors open to the Cinderella Suite, the most awed hotel room in all of Disney World. It takes a lot of work and contests to stay there. He opens the one last door, and you see your suitcase next to the bed.

"Bucky Barnes!" you cry, tears rolling down your cheeks.

"Oh doll," he smiles happily, wiping the tears away for you. He takes you over to the window and you can see the Wishes fireworks going off.

"This is too much! It's a dream come true. I love you. I love you more than time can tell. I love you, your past and all. I love you Bucky," you say, trying to come up with the right words. Your heart melts when he strokes your cheek just as lovingly.

"I love you too, Doll. Anything for my princes," he whispers, giving you the most romantic and memorable kiss of a lifetime.
