DENYING LITTLE SPACE AND BUILDING LAGO WALLS

Steve: Tony, come on you have not been little for 3 months. Everyone including Peter knows you need it. Why doesn't little tony want to play with peter, he's hurting is aunt just died on a doctors without borders trip (i know may is only a nurse but here she's was a doctor)

Tony: stebe i don't need to be little any more. I am fully capable of being an adult with no need of acting like a child.

Steve: you just called me stebe you only call me that in between head space. But fine prove to me to all of us in the tower you don't need to have any form of little time and I will go talk to peter who has been in his little space for over 3 weeks hoping his other little friend will play with him.

With that steve walked down the hall. Completely ready to prove tony just was being stubborn and how much he really need little time

In the avengers common room

Nat was sitting on the couch watching me and peter color. I was not that deep in to age play yet but i do love coloring with peter with a pacifier in my mouth. Okay i like it a lot i just don't like pull ups and diapers but steve and micheal set me up a nursery and i really love the little outfits. Micheal my boyfriend is also my caregiver makes sure i can have little time for half of the week the means friday, saturday, sunday, monday. Tuesday, wednesday, thursday are big days and the schedule only changes if we have missones, s.h.i.e.l.d stuff, or paper work. Every other thursday was date night and on the weeks that we don't have date night on friday we go out for ice cream when im in little space, that crazy thing is the press things it's cute.

STEVE'S P.O.V

I listened to bucky on the stand he was doing good the he was asked about a family he was told to kill there was children involved that's when something changed in him

Questioner: sergeant barnes can you tell me why they this... sergeant barnes are you leasing

Bucky: (starting to cry) i don't wanaaa... pweasse tont make meeee

Bucky crying like that something broke in my heart so i got up and ran over to bucky. He was making grabby hands at me. I picked him up as tonys back up caregiver. I took that pacifier out of my pocket and popped it into his mouth. All I could do was just hold him as he cried and cling to me. I looked at everyone in the room but everyone looked like their hearts melted, in some part of me hoped they would finally see how much hydra destroyed bucky.

Judge: are you sargent barnes caregiver captain rogers

Steve: yes. Sorry with him being in jail for the last week he has not had any little time.

Judge: step in front of me. How do you think his little side would do serving life in prison.

Steve: I believe Bucky would end up hurting himself, I have noticed that he has started to relax and most of the problems he has from his POW time are all but non-existent now. Little bucky has helped big bucky open up so much.

Judge: under normal sercumanses we would let the jury decide the vote with as much time as they need but I am giving them 10 minutes if they find him not guilty then there will be no jail time, probation time, and all financial costs will be dropped. If he is found guilty he will be placed in solitary confinement for the rest of his life with no chance of parole and all his military privileges and his rank revoked.

The next 10 minutes, were probably the longest of my life, bucky was so deep in to his little space that he probably did not know what was going on, that pacifier was not going to leave his mouth without a fight, his hand was curled tightly in my shirt, bucky was starting to fall asleep. The judge cleared his throat and motioned for me to stand in front of him again. I held bucky close to me but I was worried that he was going to be polled out of my arms.

jury speaker: we the people find sergeant james buchanan barnes.... Not guilty.

Judge: you are free to go sergeant barnes

I felt like the world was taken off my shoulders. I carried a sleeping bucky out of the court house with the press taking pictures but they were not yelling anything rude or mean or claming injustes. Bucky woke up to the new noise leave but didn't move or try to get down he just look around with wide silver eyes, the reported that was at the press conference where tony said he was iron man, she held out a teddy bear you could tell she had go it at the toy store across the street bucky looked at me, i sow no real chance of harm in it so i nodded he took it and held it to his chest like it would be ripped away

Steve: what do you say

Bucky: muc uoo (sorry that's how one of my cousins says think you and i could not help it)

Bucky's p.o.v

Steve walked in looking upset. Maybe tasha could help, or tony unless he was being a meanie again.

Bucky: stebie ups

Steve: not now bucky. Stebie needs to do something okay

Bucky: tay

Natasha: whats going on with tony

Steve: he swears he no longer needs little time. But he called me stebe when he was trying to prove he was capable of being an adult. I know it seems like i'm pushing him but i know tony well enough to know that's not true.

Peter: stebe

Steve: hey petty

Peter: wa if we bwock the wab

Natasha: Peter, that's a great idea. Go do you want to do it

Peter: mama wegos mak make a biiiiiiig um umm

Bucky: like a wall thuper high

Peter: ya

Steve: i'll get the legos nat you get everyone else in on it okay

Not even 20 minutes everyone but tony was there now to make the plan

Steve: Bruce, I think if you say you need help in your lab he'll come out happily. If not, thor you can remove him and hold him up here till we come back up okay. Clint, loki, micheal and nat are incharge of putting everything in order and laying legos on the floor and setting up ceiling traps if he tries to go in thru the ceiling, nothing that could explode or break anything in that lab then fill the room with balloons, also line the hallway down to the wall with legos as well. Peter, bucky and everyone else is no the wall, friday you can not tell tony of this okay

Friday: yes steve

Steve: everyone go!!

I watched Tony walk into Bruce's lab and heard the door lock, next the others moved into the lab to start that phase, as we started on the wall. Hours slipped by and the wall got bigger and bigger, it also became wider to the point it looked like a small room with no doors but it was solid. Most people would have left it hollow, but to increase the strength we filled it in. I saw Bruce take Tony up the stairs and then we finished covering what was left of Tony's side of the hall in legos.

Tony: guys come on that's not funny not fix it

Bruce: if you really want to brake peter and bucky's hearts then go ahead and take it down and tell them you no longer want to be there little friend

Tony: no, i don't wanna do that

I looked tony waiting for him to play with us. I saw steve smiling then tony started to throw a fit i crawled into micheal's lab and peter went to natasha's lap as tony started to have a melt down, his little space was unger then peters he regressed to about a year or a year in an a half. Bruce nodded to steve who picked tony up and took him out of the room

Micheal: hey bear, do you wanna ask peter if he wants to get ice cream today.

Bucky: ya. Sider

Peter: ya

Bucky: wanna get some ice cream with me and daddy

Peter: cam we mama pwease

Natasha: okay but first you need a crange okay

Peter: k

Bruce sat down and looked at us with a smile

Micheal: he settle down

Bruce: yes thank the gods. He thought he need to be a big boy because of everything going on with our spiders

Steve came out with Tony on his hip who looks really happy now. He was completely regressed, he was about a year right now. When little middles and caregivers first appeared people were awful to littles and their CGS, it was just a simple mark on the wrist, littles had a teddy bear mark, middles had a rose and caregivers had a shield with a paci in the center. Micheal, steve and myself thought we would not have a mark because they appeared in 2022 and we were still frozen

Bucky: tiny daddy can tiny get so ice cream with us

Micheal: only if he is not in trouble and his daddys says it's okay. Steve, bruce what's your answer

Bruce: i'm okay with it steve was about you

Steve: ya we kinda already know about that meltdown so we are not going to punish him.

As steve sat down he kissed Bruce on the lips. There are 3 relationships that really took off when Tony could not choose between the two of them, it seems to be working out for the best.

Micheal: Okay I'm going to get it. bucky ready i suggest everyone get ready especially the ones with the littles.

As we got to the ice cream shop and got everyone what they wanted. I needed to pee but daddy was talking with steve and it's rude to interrupt. Natasha was sitting next to me feeding Peter and eating her own, daddy was feeding me and himself.

Natasha: micheal umm here. Bucky had an accident.

I looked at my lap and it was soaked. Daddy was going to be mad and not want me anymore. He carefully picked me up and took me to the bathroom and started to clean me up. He was blowing kisses along my belly.

Micheal: Hey, it's okay big guy. Everyone has accidents, no need for tears.

Bucky: (sobbing) uoo mont wont me any moowe.

Micheal: bucky i will always want you. I will always love you okay.

Bucky: (sniffing) oktay i wove uo daddy.

Micheal: I love you too bear let's go finish our ice cream.
