A bit of a trigger warning if you can't read that stuff please don't read this.
Y/N's P.O.V.

"I'm going to tell him Sam I have been waiting 3 almost 4 years to tell him and I have finally gathered up enough courage to tell him!" You told Sam looking a bit nervous.

"I'm so proud I have been waiting for this moment forever! Y/N you are finally going to tell Steve you like him!" Sam squealed quietly looking super excited.

"Well here I go. Wish me luck!" You said as you walked off to go and find Steve. After looking for about 15 minutes you found him and Sharon outside talking.

"Sharon... I uh... I know this might sound weird but uh... Will you please go on a date with me I have liked you since I laid my eyes on you?" Steve asked Sharon and you froze waiting for her answer.

"OH MY GOD OF COURSE I WILL I LIKE YOU TOO STEVE!" Sharon yelled her answer back to Steve as she hugged him.

You decided to make yourself known, "Congratulations guys if I can make a recommendation for a good place for a date would be the Italian place about 4 blocks down from here." You said holding back your tears and putting your assassin face on.

"Thank you and Tony recommend that place to I was thinking about it but now that there is 2 recommendations I think that is where we are going. If that's good with you Sharon." Steve told me not even surprised I was there.

"Yeah that sounds great! But if I can ask why are you out here Y/N?" Sharon asked.

"Just getting some fresh air but I'm heading inside. Good luck with your date and see you later." You told them as you turned around and walked back into the tower.

When you got inside you asked J.A.R.V.I.S. to bring you to your floor and you started crying as soon as the door closed. "Are you alright Ms. Y/N?" J.A.R.V.I.S. asked politely.

"Not really..." You said and then started to tell J.A.R.V.I.S. everything finishing with "...It feels like my heart is being ripped in half slowly and in the most painful way." As you continued to cry.

"I am very sorry Ms. Y/N. Do you want me to call Dr. Banner about the chest pain you are experiencing?" The A.I. tried to help.

"No that's ok J.A.R.V.I.S. thanks for listening to me." You thanked him as you walked out of the elevator which had stopped about 5 minutes ago but J.A.R.V.I.S. kept closed listening to you.

"It was nothing Ms. Y/N." He replied as he shut the elevator doors and you walked into your room to cry.

Sam's P.O.V.

After Y/N left I waited for a bit then I decided to go look for her or Steve. After looking for one of them I found Steve in the kitchen. "Hey Steve you look super happy. Might I ask why?"

"I finally asked her out..." Was all Steve said with a dreamy look on his face.

"Really!!" I exclaimed sounding girlie even to myself.

"Yeah, Sharon said yes so fast it was like a dream come true. Then Y/N recommend a great place for our date." Steve told me and my smile dropped faster than Y/N's heart must have.

"Oh... Well I can't stay and talk but congrats I have to go." I told him while rushing to the elevator.

Y/N's P.O.V. (where we left off with reader's P.O.V.)

When you walked into your room you kept crying but also went to your desk and grabbed the small blade that was under the picture frame. When you and Natasha were in the Red Room you had cut and your captors knew it and encouraged it but Natasha helped you stop when you guys got out. You were younger than her but she got very attached to you so when Clint came for her she brought you and you finished your training at S.H.I.E.L.D.

You looked at the blade and thought. Sam and Natasha would be so disappointed if they found out you were going to do this as you started to run the blade across your wrists smiling a broken smile as your salty tears fell on the freshly made cuts that were joining your pale scars.

"Stop please don't do this." Apparently when you weren't paying attention Sam snuck into your room.

"I need to. I need to distract my body from all the emotional pain. I need to feel something else." You told Sam still crying.

"Not this way," Sam said while taking the blade away. "This isn't healthy and it is not good for you. You are my like my sister and I don't want to see you fall into depression like you were. Nat told me what it was like and I don't want to ever see you like that." Sam started crying while saying that. "Now let me bandage your wrists."

Sam grabbed the bandages, alcohol wipes, and gauze from the bathroom and started to wrap your wrists. "Sam can I go to bed?" You asked when he finished it was around 10:00 P.M.

"Sure." Sam picked you up and lied you on the bed. As he started to walk out he stopped.

"Can you stay? I don't trust myself right now and I need my brother." You begged.

He looked at you and his face softened "Of course little sister" he said as he layed down on the bed and pulled you close knowing that is what you needed.

Time skip to a few days after Steve and Sharon's date

You were hanging out with Steve and Sharon listening to them talk about their date. After a few moments you felt a burning in your chest and you fell over from the pain. "Woah are you alright?" Sharon and Steve asked as they knelt down beside you.

You panicked and said the first thing that came to mind "Yeah it's just a rare genetic disease that my grandpa had and it got passed to me. I'll just go to my room and grab my pain medicine." You then got up still clutching you hands over your heart area and stumbled to the elevator.

*Sponge Bob person voice* 5 months later

You noticed after a few months that every time you were around Steve and he talked about Sharon or you were around them together you had those attack things. So, you started avoiding them. It worked well but one day Steve called everyone to the lounge.

When you got there you saw Steve down on one knee proposing to Sharon. "Sharon I know this might be fast but I love you and in our line of work our lives are at risk at all times so will you marry me?" Steve asked opening a beautiful black velvet box with an engagement ring inside.

"Yes! Yes! A million times yes!" Sharon answered while throwing her arms around Steve and kissing him.

The pain in your chest was worse then ever as you walked out of the lounge unnoticed and went back to your room where as soon as you closed the door you fell to the ground seeing nothing but blackness.

10 minutes later

Third person P.O.V.

"Hey where is Y/N I didn't see her down here?" Asked Sharon.

"I'm not sure let's go check her room." Natasha suggested looking worried.

Everyone rushed to her room when they got there Sam, Natasha, and Bruce offered to go in.

Bruce's P.O.V.

As Sam opened the door to Y/N's room and we walked inside I immediately saw her body lieing on the floor so I kneeled down and checked her heartbeat and froze when I noticed that: there was no heartbeat.

"What's wrong?" Natasha asked worried about Y/N.

I looked up with tears rolling down my cheeks because Y/N was also a great friend of mine and she was never scared of the Other Guy. "She's gone... Get Thor in here and ask him to carry her to the lab to see what happened." I asked them still crying.

Sam walked out the door and asked "Thor can you come carry Y/N's body to Bruce's lab."

I then heard many of the Avengers ask "BODY?!?!" But I heard Thor say "Yes I can carry Lady Y/N. But what is wrong where she can't walk?"

"She is dead." Came Natasha's reply her voice was so empty it was even more terrifying then when she was angry or threatening someone.

There was nothing but dead silence (see what I did there) only broken by Thor's heavy footsteps as he walked into Y/N's room to pick up her body.

Sorry about all the time skips but there is one more but this one is brought to us by the beautiful Y/N L/N

Dr. Cho and I were working on Y/N trying to see what had happened and we couldn't find anything until we found something that shocked us into silence. "She... She died of heartbreak.. Who broke her heart? There has been theorys that this was possible but seeing it in front of me makes me wonder..." Dr. Cho broke the silence.

I merely shrugged and walked out of my lab to where all the other Avengers were waiting. When I walked over to them they looked at me expectantly. "She died of something that I did not think was possible: heartbreak." When I told them that most of the Avengers started to glare at Steve.

"Why are you all looking at me like that?" Steve asked.

"Because she fucking loved you! Your about as blind as I am deaf!!" Clint yelled at Steve with the rest of the Avengers nodding and muttering things like "how did he not see?"

Steve looked at Sharon, "Did you know that she loved me?" Then he looked at Natasha and Sam, "How long did she love me and why didn't she tell me?"

Sharon answer was simple, "Yes I did but you love me so I didn't tell you." Steve looked shocked at what Sharon had said.

"To answer your second and third questions about 4 years and she was going to tell you the day you asked Sharon out. But then she heard what you guys were talking about and decided to put her feelings aside and try and be nice. Oh and not to make you feel guilty or anything I found her later that night cutting her wrists again. And I walked in on her doing that a few more times these past months. I tried to stop her but she was truly broken." Everyone was shocked including me by the end of Sam's slight rant towards Steve.

"I... I... I never knew." Steve stuttered while tears poured down his face.

Later that night

Y/N's P.O.V.

You were sitting in (I'm going to heaven again) heaven next to Pietro getting to know him better. It was nice to see him again and you guys were getting along great.

"Do you want to see what the others are up to?" Pietro asked.

"Sure but is that even possible?" You asked.

"Yes of course it is. Let me show you." Pietro told you that accent making you feel comfortable because it reminded you of Wanda slightly. He then picked up the remote and turned the T.V. to channel 12. "Now just think about the others and you will see them."

You thought about the Avengers and the T.V. reacted to your thought and showed you the others. They were all in a meeting with Fury and Coulson.

"What do you mean she is dead. Who killed her and how?" Fury and Coulson demanded together sounding so scary that you cursed your own heart for breaking.

Sam and Natasha started to explain not leaving out a single detail. Pietro hugged you when they finished. "I am sorry Y/A/N/N."

"It's fine Pietr- OH SHIT!" You yelled because you saw Fury and Coulson pull their weapos and aim them at Steve.

"We can go back for a short amount of time if you wish to stop this. You get 1 opportunity a month but only for 1 minute." Pietro speed talked which you could understand.

"Yes let's go!" You grabbed Pietro's hand and pictured yourselves in the meeting room and suddenly you guys were there. "EVERYONE STOP AND PUT YOUR WEAPONS DOWN OR ELSE!" You demanded not letting go of Pietro's hand.

"We are only here for a minute so everyone shut up and listen!" Pietro ordered.

"Thanks Piet. Okay so everyone I'm sorry for dieing but please don't blame anyone. I am happy in the afterlife. On Earth I was broken because of my past but now that I am dead I am whole. I have Pietro in the afterlife so I'm never going to be bored. I love you all and I'm sorry for leaving you guys." You finished my spew and looked at Pietro, "I know you want to say something."

Pietro laughed, "You know me well" he said and squeezed my hand. "I want to say I didn't get to know all of you but it's good to see you all and Wanda I support your relationship with Vision. But Vision if you hurt my little sister I swear I will find some way to kill you!" Pietro threatened and you laughed.

"Pie slice oh Pie slice I doubt they are going to take us serious since we are literally glowing but oh well. All of you remember what we said." You felt yourself and Pietro starting to disappear.

"We love you guys!" You giys yelled as you disappeared and reappeared in heaven passed out cuddling on the floor cause that took a lot of energy.

Life went on and death was amazing you checked in on your friends often. You watched Sharon and Steve get married along with Bruce and Natasha, Tony and Pepper, Wanda and Vision, and even Sam and Bucky (I ship them so hard I just had to put this) which shocked a lot of people but they were happy.

You and Pietro got married a few years later. And you smiled when Sharon and Steve's first children were born Y/N Rogers and Pietro Rogers.

I really enjoyed writing this one but there is so many words so I'm sorry (2434 to be exact)
