Note: I will add (838) to the characters' names who are variants of our heroes from the MCU in order to not create confusion such as Spider-Man (838). But I won't put (838) next to characters who do not have other variants in our universe like Doctor Doom, Wolverine etc. although they also come from Universe-838.

The Quantum Realm

Kang, now the ruler of Chronopolis, sat atop his flying throne, overlooking the vast landscape before him. In front of him stood Vision, the former Avenger whose free will Kang had stripped away with his advanced technology. Using his powers, Kang delved deep into Vision's memory files, searching for information on Wanda Maximoff.

He scanned through Vision's vast collection of memories, using Vision's photographic memory to study every detail of her past interactions with him. To Kang's surprise, Wanda was not the all-powerful being he had imagined. Instead, he discovered that she was a fragile young woman with immense power but no control over it. Despite her abilities, she was ignorant of her true potential, which gave Kang an opportunity to exploit her weakness.

Due to Kang having eyes and ears everywhere accross the multiverse, he knew that Wanda had caused an incursion, leading other heroes to her universe to kill her. Kang saw this as a perfect opportunity to exact his revenge on Wanda, as she had erased everything he had worked for from existence. He had a device that could extract the powers of any mutant or enhanced individual but would drain them of life in the process. Kang planned to use this device to steal Wanda's powers, granting him the ability to conquer all of existence with a single thought.

However, Kang didn't want to use the device on Wanda just yet. He wanted her to witness the end of everything, knowing that she was the cause. He also wanted to turn all of her former friends and allies against her, and he knew exactly how to do it.

Kang: Vision, what do you say we pay her a little visit.

Vision: What is it you require of me?

Kang: I will send you back to your universe, and you will act like yourself. You will convince everyone that Wanda Maximoff is the enemy.

Vision: What makes you certain they will believe me?

Kang: Loki probably already warned the so-called 'Avengers' about me and the being I'm after. Once they find out she is that being, they will have no choice but to do exactly what I want them to do. I will tell you everything you need to say. After hearing your words, they will have no choice but to turn against her.

Vision listened intently, he had no choice but to obey Kang's orders, as his free will was completely taken away, forced to do Kang's bidding. He would return to his universe and deceive his former allies, hoping to turn them against Wanda and bring about her downfall.

Universe-199999
A decimated New Asgard

Both sides stood ready for battle. The heroes from our universe and the heroes from universe-838, stood face to face, waiting for someone to make the first move.

The ones from 838 then noticed one of their own, Magneto, standing on the other side.

Doctor Doom: Erik! What a very expected surprise. I would expect nothing less from you, betraying us all for a version of your daughter who is not even your own.

Magneto: I saw another way... And I took it without question. And she is just as much my daughter as any other variant of her.

Iron Man (838): Erik, there is no other way.

Spider-Man immediately realized that the other Spider-Man looks like Peter#2 (Tobey Maguire), the Peter he met during the Statue of Liberty incident.

Spider-Man: Hey! You come from Universe-838?

Spider-Man (838): You know me?

Spider-Man: Don't you remember? The Statue of Liberty? The cracks in the sky? The other Spider-Man?

Although this version of Spider-Man looked exactly the same as the one our Peter met (Tobey Maguire) and he also has nearly the exact same history, he was just a variant of that Spider-Man.

Spider-Man (838): I don't recall any of those events.

Doctor Doom looked at all the heroes who came together to defend Wanda and  glared at Strange while crossing his arms.

Doctor Doom: I see you've been busy!

Doctor Strange: We're not gonna let you kill our friend.

Wolverine: Your "friend"? Look around you! She did this! All of this!

Doctor Strange: Killing Wanda won't stop the incursion! But she can.

Iron Man (838): If she can fix it, she would've done so by now. The incursion has begun, Strange. There is no stopping it, unless we kill her, then we might have a small chance.

Doctor Strange: You're making a big mistake... Don't do this. If you do... You know what's about to happen.

Wolverine: Erik... Think about your family. This Wanda isn't even your true daughter. If she isn't stopped, everyone will die including your real family. Do it for them.

Magneto: I am doing it for them, and don't you dare say she isn't my daughter.

Thor (838): There is no time for games! You will hand her over immediately or we will use lethal force to get to her by any means necessary!

Magneto: Then you will have to go through me.

Spider-Man: And me.

Thor: I as well.

Groot: I am Groot.

Doctor Strange then activated his orange shields.

Doctor Doom: So be it...

The battle commenced, with each hero using their unique skills and abilities to fight against their enemies. Doctor Doom, acted first as he launched a devastating attack on Doctor Strange, using his green energy to try and overwhelm the Sorcerer Supreme.

However, Strange was quick to respond, using his orange eldritch shields to block the attack.

As Wolverine charged towards Doctor Strange, his adamantium claws glinting in the light, Gamora stepped forward to meet him. With her swift swordsmanship and lightning-fast reflexes, she was able to deflect his attack with ease. Meanwhile, Cyclops used his powerful optic blasts to take down Ms Marvel, who responded by creating constructs from her bangle to defend herself.

As the heroes clashed in a fierce battle, Magneto rose up to meet Doom, using his magnetic abilities to lift him into the air. Doom, however, was not one to be controlled, and he summoned all of his power to resist Magneto's influence. Seeing his opportunity, Doctor Strange created portals to summon multiple metal objects to attack Doom, but even that was not enough to stop the master of science and sorcery.

In the midst of the chaos, the two Thors engaged in an epic battle, their lightning-infused hammers clashing with incredible force. The shockwaves of their blows created ripples in the air, and their eyes glowed with blue lightning. The battle was intense, but ultimately our Thor emerged victorious, delivering a crushing blow to his 838 counterpart and sending him crashing to the ground.

Thor: Now you will feel the power... OF THOR!

A giant thunderbolt was summoned from his hammer while he screamed his battle cry. A bolt of crackling lightning leapt from the weapon, arcing through the air and slamming into the opposing Thor with the force of a meteor strike.

The other Thor staggered back, a look of surprise on his face, but he quickly regained his composure, bracing himself for the coming onslaught.

Thor (838): With all that power, I thought you'd hit harder.

The battle raged on, with the sound of thunderclaps and the impact of blows echoing across New Asgard. Hulk traded blows with his alternate self, each smash and collision causing a wave of destruction in their wake.

Spider-Man and Daredevil fought in perfect synchronization, their movements perfectly mirroring each other as they battled their doppelgangers.

The Fantastic Four fought against their doppelgangers who had a renewed vigor, determined to avenge the loss of their fallen comrade. Iceman lent his icy powers to aid their cause, clashing with the Human Torch in a battle of elemental opposites. Warmachine took to the skies, engaging in a high-altitude dogfight with their Iron Man counterpart.

Meanwhile, Captain America (Sam) soared through the air, his vibranium shield at the ready, facing off against his alternate self, who remained in the guise of the Falcon.

Gamora was aided by her sister Nebula and Bucky Barnes, their weapons flashing as they engaged in a fierce three-on-one battle with Wolverine. Sentry, a being of immense power, set his sights on Photon, the two of them engaging in a brutal ground battle that shook the earth beneath their feet.

Jean Grey (Phoenix) of 838 clashed with Captain Marvel, their cosmic powers colliding in a dazzling display of energy and light. Ms. Marvel used her bangle to embiggen herself, growing to towering heights and joining forces with Groot and Korg to take down Colossus. The three attacked the hulking metal mutant from all sides, pummeling him with fists and blunt objects.

Hawkeye and Kate fought valiantly against Beast, who proved to be a formidable opponent with his incredible strength and agility. Cyclops fired his powerful optic blasts in their direction, forcing the two archers to dodge and weave in a dangerous game of cat and mouse. Wong and Clea teamed up to fight Baron Mordo, their mystical weapons flashing in the light.

In the midst of the chaos, Starlord spotted Cyclops taking aim at Hawkeye and Kate, and quickly drew his weapon, firing a precise shot that struck the mutant's visor. The device short-circuited, causing Cyclops to stumble and lose his footing. Hawkeye took advantage of the opening and fired an arrow that wrapped around Cyclops' chest, immobilizing him and leaving him helpless. Rocket tossed an EMP sticky grenade at Falcon (838), causing his flying wings to malfunction and sending him plummeting to the ground. Captain America (Sam) caught him and gently laid him down, before teaming up with Rocket to take on their alternate self.

Storm (Halle Berry), a powerful mutant capable of manipulating the weather, hovered high in the sky as she summoned an ominous mixture of dark clouds and crackling lightning. America Chavez spotted the brewing storm and instinctively opened a star-shaped portal. As she emerged from another portal behind Storm, America swiftly struck her on the back of the head, causing both heroes to plummet towards the ground. However, before America could crash, she unexpectedly levitated above the earth's surface and realized that she possessed the power of flight.

Overwhelmed by her newfound ability, America could barely contain her excitement as she exclaimed:

America Chavez: I can fly... I can fly!? This is so awesome!

But the elation was short-lived, as Storm retaliated by unleashing a bolt of lightning, and Valkyrie charged in on her flying unicorn to knock Storm to the ground. What followed was a grueling battle unlike any other, with neither side showing any sign of relenting. Universe-199999 may have had strength in numbers, but the heroes from Universe-838 were willing to go to extreme lengths, even killing, to get to Wanda. With powerful members such as Sentry, Jean Grey (Phoenix), Doctor Doom, and a particularly formidable version of the Hulk, the battle soon escalated, turning the entire city of New Asgard into a warzone.

As the conflict raged on, the incursion between the two universes began to manifest itself in various ways. Buildings and cars from one universe began appearing in the other, causing catastrophic global disasters. People from one universe even began crossing over to the other, and massive bodies of water appeared in places they were never meant to be, flooding major cities across both dimensions. Despite the mounting chaos, the heroes continued to fight on, with those from Universe-838 growing increasingly ruthless as they became more aware of the limited time they had left. Even if there was just a 1% chance of saving their universe, they were willing to use any means necessary to achieve their goal.

Wakanda

The machine that was made to trap the first person that steps foot out of the quantum realm, was finally complete. The entire universe around them was falling apart, but there was no place for panic. There was nothing else to do but wait for Kang to come out of the Quantum Realm. Sylvie looked at the machine and talked to Loki.

Sylvie: What if this doesn't work? This entire universe is collapsing in on itself, what if Kang knows it and that's why he's not showing up?

Loki: Kang planned this for years, he won't just give up now.

Suddenly the machine activated, it shined a bright light and in an instant, someone appeared inside the chamber meant for Kang.

What they did not anticipate, was a very familiar face appearing inside their chamber instead, it was Vision. Loki and Sylvie had no idea who Vision was, but the rest did. Shuri, Okoye, The Wasp and Ant-Man ran to the chamber. Loki and Sylvie walked toward it in confusion.

Black Panther (Shuri): Vision!? What on earth were you doing in the Quantum Realm?

Loki: You know this guy?

Ant-Man: (looks at The Wasp) I thought this guy was dead...

The Wasp: You and me both.

Okoye: He never really died. S.W.O.R.D. took his body and brought him back in this new white form. He came to us for help after he regained his memories in Westview.

Vision: What am I doing in this chamber?

Black Panther (Shuri): We just spent a very long time setting up a trap for Kang. We didn't expect you to show up. What were you doing in the quantum realm?

Shuri opens the chamber and Vision walks out.

Right now, Vision was not himself, he was merely acting that way. He was actually currently being controlled by Kang to say exactly what he wants him to say. Kang watched everything from inside the Quantum Realm on his flying throne through Vision's eye lenses.

Vision: I was on an Island with Wanda when some soldiers ambushed us and used a device to send me to the Quantum Realm. It was there where I met Kang. I managed to escape to warn the world.

After what Vision just said, they looked at each other in suspicion since they knew that the being Kang is after was last spotted on an Island and there were soldiers lying everywhere. Loki whispered to Sylvie.

Loki: Is he talking about the being? Is it possible the being could be Wanda?

Sylvie: (Whispers) I think you're right...

Okoye: Wanda is the being Kang is after? I did not see that one coming. So you're saying the very person we are protecting at this moment, is the person we planned to kill earlier.

Vision: Kill?

Loki: Wanda is the being that Kang spent years searching for. If we kill her before he gets to her, we can stop his entire goal.

Black Panther (Shuri): What did Kang want with you? Why didn't he take Wanda on the Island when he had the chance?

Vision: He told me he wants revenge on her, that's all I know.

Okoye: That still doesn't explain why he took you instead.

Vision: Kang took me to look into my memory files. He wanted to learn about Wanda in order to know what he is up against.

Kang also took Vision in order to make him do his bidding. Vision was now still completely under Kang's control, but he didn't mention that to them.

Loki: If we kill Wanda, there is no way for Kang to succeed in his goal. Kang is unstoppable, we can't risk protecting her against him when he arrives.

Sylvie: (Looks at Vision) And our trap is now useless thanks to you. It only works once. It will take too long to recalibrate it again. Kang can't be allowed to reach her. Not to mention the fact that she basically rewrote and dictated our entire lives, she has to be stopped. She is the reason I've been hiding and fighting my whole life away. First the TVA, the time keepers... he who remains... She's the one I have to kill. This is where it stops.

Okoye: I'm sorry, Vision. I hope you understand, not only is Wanda too powerful to exist in the first place, not only has she essentially dictated our entire lives through he who remains... We can not risk her falling into the hands of Kang. She has to be dealt with.

Vision acted as if he was thinking long about what he was gonna say back. His entire goal was for everyone to turn on Wanda without making it obvious.

Vision: Are we sure this is the only way to save the multiverse?

Loki: It will be the first step in saving the multiverse, yes. Then it's the multiversal war we have to worry about.

Vision: As much as it pains me to say this, if this is the only way... Then I will help you. She was willing to kill me to save the universe against Thanos... Maybe it's time for me to return the favor.

Ant-Man: But what about the incursion? Our entire universe is about to end! Are none of you bothered by that fact!? Strange said Wanda is the only one who can stop it.

Sylvie: We are talking about the fate of the entire multiverse. Trillions of universes hang in the balance. This universe and the other one will be a small sacrifice to ensure the entire multiverse is saved.

Vision: I think I might have an idea to save our universe and save the multiverse.

The Wasp: You do? What can possibly solve two countering solutions? If we protect Wanda and she somehow stops the incursion, Kang comes and takes her power, enslaving the multiverse. If we kill her, there is no way to save our universe, but the entire multiverse would be saved instead.

Vision: Kang managed to steal one of the original TVA's devices (The TVA that worked under he Who Remains). They called it reset charges. It was first developed to reset timelines, but Kang stole one of them. His TVA then upgraded its purpose. These new and improved reset charges are used to stop any incursion from occurring. I assume that its purpose is so that Kang can rule the entire multiverse without causing any incursions.

Sylvie: How is it that you know so much?

Ant-Man: Don't tell me you caught Kang monologuing.

Vision: That's exactly what happened. He told me everything.

Loki: But I thought those reset charges could only work if the incursion hasn't started yet. They are designed to prevent incursions, not stop them when they are already set into motion.

Vision: Clearly you are mistaken then.

This was a lie. These charges were still unable to stop an ongoing incursion. Only prevent it, but Vision had to lie for even more motivation to turn on Wanda. Kang knew they were not going to be able to kill her that easily, that was not his goal. His only goal was for them to turn on her, then he will arrive and take her power.

The Wasp: So, what now?

Loki: We have to go tell the others at New Asgard. We need to work together to defeat her.
